joe phenorke: 3/26/21, ~9:00am, I was really disappointed with the customer service this morning. 3 employees wrapped around the counter and not one greeting. I went about looking for my needs and could not find what I wanted. I even wandered up towards the front, still no acknowledgement. I probably should have interrupted the staff meeting, but they were quite focused on the one employee who happened to be getting a new car.I walked out empty handed.

Brandon meece: Needed a custom tool and they were able to make it the shop for less than two bucks, saved me 3 hours or so on taking parts off of my car and putting them back on to reach what was needed to change an alternator. Great guys!

Bradley Ramsey: Good thing you guys require appointments... that you dont stick to. Unloading a 0300 before a 2300 makes a lot of sense. On top of having terrible non industy standard unload hours. And employees that don't feel the need to address situations, all they say is leave your paperwork and they'll get you. When you say you have a appointment they don't care. You won't see my truck here again. Place is a joke.

Odie Miller: I waited over and hour and a half for a bay door and then I get in the bay and the guys decided to take lunch as soon as I get in there. I then had to wait another hour for them to get back and it put me at being there 3 hours total to get unloaded with not many trucks there at all. Beware of this when you come to this place.

Andrew: Regular steel company with slow workers. Office guy handle me wrong papperwork first...then call me to the bay insted of other truck..and aventualy at 4.30am got me to the right bay. My appt time was 4.00am

Vicente Hernandez Gil: lousy place I arrived at 11 am and here I am waiting until 11:00 p.m. time in the world only for them who disrespect the owner of the place should expedite their staff and change it every three months in this way the staff does not fall into the routine of believing themselves inferior or because they have already been working for a long time they do not mind expediting the download and the untouchables and owners of the same pence believe that the comments were exaggerated but it is true as the others say Avoid coming here they don't know how to work they are useless I loaded up in Spokane Washington and as soon as I got there there were 7 cars ahead of me to load up and since that I arrived in 40 minutes, I was already going to load and it was 10 minutes late to load, those are workers and they respect the driver's time, let's see if something hits them, ok

Andres Felipe Cortes Perez: Huge facility with overnight parking, clean restrooms, if you arrive on time at your appointment, those guys take you faster, i came here for delivery and the office is on the same location where you will unloaded .ThanksSee next time

Chris Baird: Terrible communication. Unload in 1 bay good, then move to door 28 and they didn't tell anyone I was here. Waited over hour and a half then I called and they said someone forgot to relay to the next person I was here. I don't come here very often and it has happened every time.

Jon Thompson: Not sure how it use to be but my experience here was great… checked in at 9:30pm for a 10 appointment… was unloaded and parked for the night in their lot by 11… a little tight pulling through the building but I’ve seen a lot worse… definitely would come back.

Karan Singh: Good overall experience. I arrived the night before and checked in rightaway and they do have overnight parking. My appointment time was 10:00 a.m but was unloaded and back on road by 8:30 a.m
