Nathan Teggerdine: Was once one of my favorite places to eat especially Sunday morning. Since reopening from COVID shut down nothing is the same. I’ve given it 4 attempts now and each time I was more disappointed than the last. The spicy chicken and biscuits with gravy is not even close to what it once was. Food feels rushed and Ingredients taste cheap. Very sad to see this happen.

Supreme View: Worst service and food I have had in a long time. Server was not friendly and didn’t know how to be hospitable and make things right. It took us 35 minutes to get drinks (served by another server) and order our meals. The food came out tasting sub-par and flavorless. Manager didn’t even want to come and make things right because he had been dealing with so many other issues throughout the night.

Waverly Jones: Kind of a weird time. Very cool looking inside. It took a really long time to have anyone come to seat us. Staff kept remarking on how busy it was but our whole party has worked in food service and didn't feel like it was very busy. We ordered 3 drinks, one cocktail and two draughts and it took like 20 minutes at least. It was a long wait for food and one of our appetizers came out completely cold. Entrees were hit or miss. I liked the pimento Mac and cheese but everyone else in my party felt like their dishes weren't great. Pricing felt high for what we got, especially when we realized they charged for each side of ranch. Wait staff were so great though, and they seemed to be trying to compensate for the bar and kitchen. Not necessarily a place I would go again.

M Lowe: I am a meat person, my husband isn't. We both ordered beef tips tonight. It was the worst meal I have ever had at Texas Roadhouse. Most of my meat was not edible, some was cold, some of mashed potatoes were cold, green beans were barely warm. My husbands meal was fine. I left wads of chewed gristled meat on dish. Won't be going back any time soon.

J B: Equal to Outback.The steaks are cooked well. Unlike some steakhouses, they don't overcook it.I wouldn't go for anything else. Iceberg salad lettuce, all the fried items taste like flour (including onion and country fried items), and the rolls are over-hyped. They are just normal rolls with some weird cinnamon margarine on the side.Some of the servers didn't feel like they fit the venue. And I was surprised they still had Bud-Light/Weiser signs up.

Brad Neideck: Went for my son's bday. Let's just say I recommend you avoid this place. Took forever to get the food and then when it did arrive it was tasteless, spaghetti was over-cooked, vegetables were cool, chicken was pink (returned it and they discounted it 50% since my guest hesitantly ate around the chicken, what?), and salmon was just in the edge of being done. The place wasn't even busy as we were there during spring break. I liked that our waitress was doing shots behind the bar. I'm pretty sure the chef/cook was too. And then the 3 front house staff (2 wait staff and manager) went over near the front door where the customers couldn't see them, were there a few minutes, and then all popped out at the same time-- what was that?? Buyer beware. I'm pretty sure there's many better options in EL.

Not a fan of garlic and I believe all the hot veggie sides had minced garlic. Wouldn't visit again given the $20+ entrees and quality. Interior of restaurant very cheaply done. Could use a coat of paint! Service was good. Attentive waiter. Bjoern Hamberger: Small but very diverse menu, with all protein including vegetarian options. Zippy, attentive service, all in a modern and clean design. Portions were again too big to allow for dessert, but we had some of the shareables before. Good beers on tap, yay! Planning to come back. This place is just hidden between student pubs and could see more traffic. Yet, it was busy, which is an excellent sign. Great value for the quality. No changes for the visit today. Yay!

Brit K: Was super excited to try this place out, as a client highly recommended it. They were out of a lot of items, including rice which I thought was notably weird. We ordered the mushroom bruschetta as I love mushrooms! It was not good at all, I didn’t want to swallow the first bite. Whatever they put on the top tasted like it was fresh out of a can. My husband ate it because he was starving. I got the spinach salad and added chicken. The chicken tasted rubbery like they heated it in a microwave from something pre made. I ended up replacing it with steak and the salad was decent. Husband got the steak with mashed potatoes. He’s a picky steak eater, gave it a 4/10.Didn’t have any cocktails, maybe that saves this place. I wouldn’t come here for dinner again unfortunately.

Haziq Rauf: Got curbside delivery. Pretty sure they forgot about me despite me calling multiple times. Once they came out the food was cold. I know people exaggerate when they say cold but this was literally one degree below luke warm. Because of this error the food turned soggy. Definitely recommend against curbside delivery. If that is any reflection of how this place is run I’d probably just avoid it altogether.
Jason Stenger: Food was good for the most part. Couple things we didn't really like, but good overall. Smokey Bones style wings were really good. Ribs and brisket were good. The Takis street corn was interesting. Banana pudding unfortunately was gross. Service was good. Not quite down home southern BBQ and a little pricey for what we got, but overall good and would recommend.

Would have liked additional drinks however, waiter was not very attentive! 🤦🏽♀️Also out side appearance of Smokey Bones paint peeling on building and roof. Main entrance covered in bird droppings on building and entrance way! Definitely having issues with bird nesting in rafters of main entrance! Very unappealing appearance! James Rozell: Fantastic BBQ, with many selections of flavors for you at your table for appetizers and entree's. Highly recommended for bigger parties watching a major sports games with a hearty dinner menu available. The fried pickles and pretzel appetizers were to temperature and zesty dill dip and cheese dip were smooth. Pink Dragon was a pretty good specialty drink.

A. Tatara: Ate here because my mom wanted a burger. She was happy with her meal, but the rest of us were more lukewarm to ours - my dad and I both got the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, extra hot. Considering they took the time to ask us how spicy we wanted it, I expected to taste some spice, but overall I found the chicken bland and very oily. The creamy blue cheese sauce on the side was pretty good, but that's where most of the flavor came from.The chicken itself was juicy and well-cooked, and entirely too large for a sandwich, but considering the cost ($16), I think it was a reasonable portion (though if it were me, I'd charge less and make the portion smaller and more flavorful).The coleslaw I had on the side had a lot of sauce, but it didn't have a lot of flavor, either. I don't like sweet coleslaw, so in some ways I liked it better than other places, but I would've preferred *something*.The service was good, and I liked the classic sports bar style of the restaurant. The music was far too loud (but I think we were under a speaker, so that might not be true for the whole place), and we could barely hear each other talk. The men's restroom was clean, but definitely not accessible - I'm pretty small and I felt like it was too small to move comfortably in it, and I think someone would have a hard time in it if they had a walker or a wheelchair.

Mandi Boes: Low key, true dinner feel. Fries were a little soggy the last couple of times but everything else spot on. Service and food was fast.Vegetarian options: Love their tempeh Reuben, it's the only place I know that does one. They also have just sautéed veggies for a veggie Reuben too. Their hippy hash is also great (you can add tempeh for protein if you'd like and switch out the feta for cheddar or no cheese). They do use butter on the grill so it's not vegan but veggie friendly!

Gabe Newhall: I generally enjoy Long Horns, but I was really disappointed with their new decor. The wall art all has a modern, sort of impressionistic feel to it and they really lost the Texas ranching feel of the place. Jessica Saenz: I order $20 worth of food. Chicken strips & fries combos. They ask what sauce? I replied “spicy mayonnaise dip”. I asked for 2 sauces for each meal. (1 for my fries/1 for my chicken tenders) I get to the window, I check the bag: they gave me one sauce per meal. I inform them they are missing sauces. They replied: that will be $2 for more sauces. I tell them no thanks I already asked for this on the speaker and you’ve already swiped my card /paid for the food I “supposedly ordered”. No where on their menus either in person or online does it say customers are charged for sauces for their food when asked. So they have been charging customers without their knowledge for their choice of sauces this entire time? They don’t give you a receipt either, so it’s not like you would know IF you are being charged. This is simply called stealing from customers. You are charging them for something they have no knowledge of. You do not advertise this on the menu, prices for sauces that SHOULD come with the meals you sell. I’m not asking for extra, if I have fries..ppl want ketchup. If I have tenders..ppl may want more ketchup or bbq or whatever sauce of their choosing. The young girls working today were petty. So I’m letting everyone know how absolutely ridiculous this place can be. Find better workers, ones without attitudes. Maybe inform customers of prices so they KNOW they are being charged. Give customers receipt of sells. Robbery at its finest. Good luck selling chicken tenders WITHOUT sauce.
Sarah Eldridge: Burgers are definitely not pricey and pretty decent. Fries are fries. Batter on chix, fish, and mushrooms nothing to write home about. Only drive thru. No sit in. Fast service.
Terrance Cox: Great place to get old school treats. Menu is great and a value for the money. Sitting in the parking lot and munching down is fun.Parking: It's just a small lot. It's a drive-through for the most part.
