Joyce Curtis: Bill's years of experience ( 40 + ) have given Bill unsurpassed ability to restore finishes to like new, while maintaining the patina and integrity of antiques. I started taking woven chair seats to him for coloring over 20 years ago because I knew he was well respected by other furniture repair people. His ability to match colors and finishes adds a professional touch in a way that impresses customers and makes my business look good. We are lucky to have him!
David Pike: I took a family antique heirloom to Franklin-Nash for repairs to loose joints and Bob did an excellent job of restoration. I could not possibility be happier. The work was skillful, the job done on time and the price much less than I expected. When completed I was called and picked up our antique the next day. I highly recommend their services and will not hesitate to use them in the future should they be needed.

Lisa Stow: I had taken in a sofa table to be refinished with a very specific date that the piece had to be done by. Unfortunately, the movers were scheduled a week earlier that what I had told Bill it was. Bill was VERY gracious and said that he could get it done by moving day!! The table turned out absolutely BEAUTIFUL, so much so that that I didn't really want to give it to my son. I would highly recommend Franklin Nash. Great customer service and a fantastic finished product. Thank you Bill.

Ken Herr: people. Do yourself a favor stay away shady , lying unprofessional . Promises things a dont back up her words steals customers from her place of employment at a antique store in mason by putting down there items and givgiving her perspersonal information and saying i have a better one at home . then its junk when I recieved it. They made it Presentable untill they left then all the shotty work showed , and I thought she was a nice person but its a lie , People honestly stay away she is all about herself and will screw anyone I mean she steals coustomers from her job. Maybe he heard something in my voice. Regardless he does reglueing and simple clamping, the exact thing I wanted to ask if he services. Maybe had he fielded my call appropriately, I could give a higher rating.

Rebecca Kasen: I purchased a bedroom set, another full size bed, and a table from them. They forgot multiple items with the first delivery. They also gave us the wrong rails for the bed. They had to come back twice to fix their mistakes.When we went to have our mattress delivered, we learned that the full size bed was not a standard full size, as advertised. I asked them to come and pick up the bed and issue a refund for the bed. They said they would only do that if I accepted a 25% restocking fee and the refund would only be in store credit.
