Autumn Ridge Townhomes & Apartments: what do users think?
Nik B: I can here looking for a place to live and took a tour, this place is a dump. Buildings and garages look like they are falling apart. Seems like no one cuts the grass or maintains this place. Look very run down and nasty.
chantelle henry: Horrible landlord to have. Layout is nice inside, but DO NOT move out here. Save your self the headaches and stress. Their office managers and staff are getting worse as time passes by.
Jordyn Potter: Edit for April 2023The new staff is amazing! I filled out a work order and maintenance was here the next day, and he was great, thank you Manny! It really feels like this place is trying to do better! The new management team and office ladies have been a pleasure to work with as well, compared to what we dealt with in the past, very helpful. The only thing that could make me happier is if the pool they advertise would open up this year and maybe if they fixed up the outdoor lights. Fingers crossed.Old (4/22) They don't have the amenities they advertise, no pool or working laundry for the past 2 years. And none of the street lamps work, it is terrifying to take my dog out at night.
Noah Walker: I thankfully have never moved here or lived here before, but the news speak for itself. There's way too many red tagged apartments and the people running Autumn Ridge don't even have rental licenses. Total slumlords to the core!
Dominique Cochran: I’ve been staying in autumn ridge for about a year now I’ve never had any issues since I’ve been living here. Mariah was my leasing agent she helped me find the perfect unit that worked for me and my family all around Great person.!
Madison Vanderley: Great place to live! If you love gas leaks that never get fixed!!
Rob: Obvious slumlord’s. I visited a fried here and the place needs major work.
Dorene Fuller: Melanie is fantastic!!! Extremely helpful and gets back to you as promised. She’s friendly, knowledgeable and keeps her word!
David Johnson: "The complex has been operating without a valid renter’s certificate since 2017.City officials say the apartment complex has more than 600 units and each one is being rented out without the proper legal documents. The city says the apartment complex is not up to code and some of the units have been marked as unlivable."Not to mention the pool is permanently closed, even though every advertisement of this shows images of the pool.Do your research. Read the news.
Chloe Secor: I recently went for a tour and they were not super prepared, but they were kind. However, the apartments were not in great condition (one of the models had standing water in the basement) and the exteriors were full of discarded bikes, children's toys, and other debris. Many of the apartments are still pink tagged and the leasing office made no mention of that or any current maintenance. I was also quoted prices that were not only different from online but the documents I was handed at the end of my tour. I really wanted to like Autumn Ridge, but it does not seem like a safe place and management is very scattered.
Theyo101: Office has been very helpful during our move. Melanie made sure everything was in order and we knew all needed.
D P: Mr.Metaga was very great and helpful and the space in each apartment we viewed was very wonderful.
Joe S: DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE PROPERTY IS TRASH. MANAGEMENT IS TRASH. MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT IS TRASH. NO STREET LIGHTS. CRATERS IN THE LOT. DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT EVEN PAY AN APPLICATION FEE. ITS NOT WORTH IT. PROMISE. RATHER THAN FIX THE PLUMBIMG AND THE SEWAGE BACK UPS IN SEVERAL TOWNHOUSES. THEY JUST CHOSE TO END OUR LEASE WITH VERYLITTLE NOTICE. PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. THEY WILL NOT TAKE CARE OF ANYTHING. THEY'LL JUST "NOT RENEW" AND BOARD IT UP LIKE THE rest of the junk in here
Danny Telemin: I moved here over the summer and i really like living on the property! Maintenance has been super helpful with any needs and Regan from the office is very nice and helpful.
Aleighya Beach: The office staff are super nice and inviting! Regan especially! I enjoy living on the property because it’s close to everywhere I need to go and the extra space in the townhome basements are super useful.
Megan: The office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance staff fixes major problems quickly.
Turtleitis: Though the units are clearly older and in some serious need of TLC. The Autumn Ridge office staff has been incredible. They are incredibly friendly and willing to help with any problem that I’ve had since I’ve moved in.
Sugandhi Sawhney: Lived here for a couple of years. Terrible maintenance. Poor to no follow through. Buildings are terribly maintained both in and out. The kicker, however, is that the apartment complex management has no qualms about holding on to the money they owe you after you move out. I’m going on 2 years waiting for a “call from the manager.” Incompetence is one thing but this management takes poor management to a whole new level by also being unethical in their dealings. Their management seems to undergo changes frequently which is what they continue to blame their incompetence on. Most employees I have spoken to are either clueless or repeat the same dishonest speech every single time. Seriously not worth living here.
Iph Vic: Excellent customer service! Metega and Regan went above and beyond to ensure I had no issues with my move in
NaomI Butler: Although I’ve had my own issues with the complex Regan has made things so much easier on my household. She’s been extremely generous and supportive. She goes out of her way to help others and is extremely appreciated!
Leah Bellomy: The office staff lies. It's all based on credit not income!!!

Jack Dell: amazing spot! love everything about it, staff, amenities, etc. couldnt be happier

Scott Deacon: Looking online for my daughter for near future move. Location is superb. The style is fresh and modern. All appliances and rooms new and upscale. We plan to visit soon and just hope not sold out. Staff has been friendly responsive and helpful.
Sarah Brannan: The amenity that sets this apartment building apart from others in East Lansing is the staff. Ryan, is an exceptional example of the friendly, caring, prompt staff! He is always going above and beyond to ensure that projects around the building are done correctly and that residents are comfortable. We are loving Gateway Lofts thanks to our amazing staff and maintenance crew!

Woodland Lakes Apartments: what do users think?
Gina Cross: I truly hate writing bad reviews but I feel the need to save someone who is like us the trouble of thinking this is a nice place to live. The apartments are pretty nice and we love the layout, the complex layout is nice too with pretty trails nearby, so it’s just unfortunate how bad the neighborhood is. It’s the sole reason we are ending our lease this year— we planned on signing a lease for two years when we first moved in. Over the year we’ve lived here countless things have happened here around us that are truly abysmal. I won’t go into detail but I will say that I’ve never had to complain before about neighbors or noise in the 4 different complexes I’ve lived in before this, and I can’t even count how many times something happened here in 1 year that I had to contact the management/call police for. Extremely noisy, extreme domestic disturbances, neighborhood violence, everyone drives 30+ mph through the neighborhood (literally everyone who drives by our apartment). To sum it up, absolutely not a safe place to live with children, and not a pleasant or peaceful place to live in general.
Autumn King: Maintenance is wonderful and always responds immediately in a timely manner with all concerns and fixes all issues I have. I enjoy the community.
ashley k: The staff was nice, the area was in a good spot and was close to everything. We decided to put a deposit down on an apartment. Some issues came up about a week later and we had to cancel our move. They stated that the deposit we put down was not refundable although we were never told that and all of the paper work i read did not say anything about it not being refundable. They stated that I signed something online but when asked for us to see what I signed they said they couldn’t do that. Very disappointed by this complex and now we are out $500.
Robin Ebling: We’re excited about the possibilities here…the layout, the amenities, the location. But the extremely noisy neighbors above us were never dealt with in an effective manner.Yelling, running, pounding occurred at all hours unless they were not home. Since our girls needed to get adequate sleep for school, this became a growing issue over time. Despite the other positives, the constant noise led us to decide NOT to renew our lease.
Reese Waters: Well I was charged a late fee due to my auto pay not being pulled out, which I feel is not my fault. I have never been late on a payment and so when I went to the office to see if anything could be done about this, the office manager Jim was not very amenable and told me I would have to pay the late fee anyway. Then my dryer melted and burnt my comforter and then my sheets, so I have been doing my laundry at her house since then, I will be moving out next month
Rachelle Morrison: Nice complex, feels like your in the country but stores and everything you need is a short drive, family and pet friendly, lots of kids running around. Walls are not paper thin, rarely hear the neighbors, definetly dont here talking or peoples tvs or music which is one thing I was worried about moving from a house into an apartment.
Nellie McDaniel: My husband and I lived here for almost 2 years and recently moved out. While we lived there, we had minimal issues. They worked with us to move into a downstairs apartment after living in an upstairs apartment, the maintenance team is the BEST (seriously, the main guy is so fast and really kind), and overall our neighbors were all quiet and kind. Our biggest issues were NEVER getting a call back when we left a message, it was near impossible to get ahold of someone in the office. When we moved out, we were told by Jim on the phone (when I called asking when we would get our deposit back) that he checked and we would be receiving our full deposit back in the mail. After 2-3 weeks, we got our check and it wasn't even a quarter of what we put down, and I would say we deserved at least 3/4 of the deposit, if not full as there were barely any damages and we deep cleaned before leaving. Its not even the amount, but being told from one of the managers that we would be receiving the FULL then not even getting half was very disappointing. Just feels shady considering we paid 2,500 to break the lease, were always on time with payments, and gave more than enough notice. I called and left several messages asking for them to call me back about it and never got a call back.. it’s the only apartment we’ve ever lived in where we didn’t get the full deposit so I’m very upset.
Valerie Roper: Woodland Lakes Apartments are very spacious and I love the location. This is a perfect area for anyone with children, students, or even singles. Although there are children in the area, the noise remains relatively low. If any problem occurs, maintenance handles it right away. If you're looking for a quiet safe area that is also affordable, this is where you want to be. I haven't been able to find another apartment in this area that offers all of the amenities and space that are offered here at this price. The office staff, particularly Jim Combs, make every visit to the office a delight. I sometimes pop over for free coffee and popcorn, at the clubhouse, just to have a chat. As the holidays approach, I can't wait to see all of the classy holiday decorations of my neighboring tenants... It really gets you into the holiday spirit.
Heather Park-may: I love living here! My husband and I have lived here with my 2 kids and dog for 5 years. Maintenance is responsive, submitting maintenence requests is easy, and I usually get a response within 24 hours. The heated pool is great, and always clean. Holt schools are great. The community is clean, quiet and safe. The office manager Jim Combs and the rest of the team are always great. They have become like family over the years.
Hinata Morgan: Fun,family friendly neighborhood with a great park and pool. The staff is always really nice and so are the neighbors. We love it here! We are able to take our kids and dogs on walks every day and enjoy the peace.
Shelby Rohrer: The process of the application and move in was super easy and fast. Office staff and maintenance went above expectations for move in. Our kids were especially excited about the park and pool. Everything from the apartment to the property looked amazing!
Timothy Cain: Woodland lakes is easily the most beautiful and wonderful place I have ever lived. The management is absolutely superb (You will LOVE Jim, really great guy!) and maintenance is top tier (Marcus is the absolute man, but everyone is really solid!!). I promise you will not find kinder or more genuine and caring maintenance or management anywhere. They are incredibly family oriented and you really get a sense that they truly care. I really enjoy and appreciate the staff here. Aside from the management and maintenance crew, you will LOVE the apartments as well. Super cosy, comfortable, private, and enjoyable. I really cannot say enough positive things about this apartment complex. Even the campus/property it sits upon is top tier. The grounds are always kept very nicely and there are several (10+) miles of trails in the very nearby area.I sincerely cannot give any negative critique about living here. This place is beautiful and cozy, and will make you a very happy person. Perfect for raising a family!!! Your children will have many other youngins to play with in a safe, secure, and enclosed environment away from major roads. There is even a playground that is smack dab in the middle of the complex. I sincerely love it here and cannot praise management or maintenance with any higher award, they are TOP NOTCH!!!
seahtm1: The leasing office does not listen and are very dismissive towards African American tenants.. I have personally been treated as if my complaints do not matter more than 3 times. They add on fees to the lease every month. So your paying more than the last month. I should have followed the advice from previous tenants who left the exact same type of review. There is one particular person in the leasing office that is very dismissive when you bring your complaints to them. If you do end up leasing an apartment here do not to bring your concerns or complaints to JIM in the leasing office. You will be waisting your time. I would advise going straight to the corporate office with any of your concerns and or complaints.
Dee Dollas: This place is nothing like The pictures nothing like the reviews They putting on here Maintenance doesn’t come fast enough , they still hasn’t responded when you first move in It’s not up to date this place is horrible! And need better assistance the refrigerator looks like It been Through 30 different people the stove Is Ridiculous they are making too much money FOR THESE PLACES TO LOOK LIKE THIS! This is horrible & he threaten me to take me to court when this place looks like this & still haven’t seen maintenance
Bella: I have lived here for the past two years and I am sad to say I put in my notice of ending my lease here due to moving closer to Detroit. The grounds are beautiful and the neighbors are delightful. Thank you to James for helping with our initial moving in process and a big thank you to Dawn for the good communication and kindness. A HUGE thank you to the maintenance team. They are seriously SO PROMPT and hard working! The only issue I would say I had is seeing the maintenance team tearing down residents bulky furniture that they leave by the dumpster in order to dispose of it properly. If you live here, please don't do that. It is rude. (granger is not to far =))It's been great, Woodland Lakes Team!
AB Shoble: Worked with Dawn W. and Elyse B. today definitely best experience ever! Both were very friendly and amazing to work with. I recommend living at Woodland Lakes Apartments and would DEFINITELY, 100% suggest working with Dawn and Elyse. Thank you both!
Ajv hi: Worst office staff..hopefully new company will fire them :)
Kristena Park: We have been in residence at Woodland Lakes since November 2020. We give 5 stars to the maintenance team for their timely attentiveness to any maintenance needs we have had. The community swimming pool is well kept. The exercise room/facility is also well maintained and my husband enjoys using it often. The lawn/landscaping/snow removal services could be improved upon. Overall, we have enjoyed our living experience here and leased again for a second year.
David Nelson: Jim was great I was a last minute move in and he accommodated very well. Upper unit with a great view. Enjoying my new place! 👍
mitmit98: Great place, love it here.
Alyssa K: Called today and spoke with Jim on the phone, Asking about Delhi inspections so I could have a family member take my dog for the day. I called and spoke nicely about my concerns while he was very unprofessional and proceeded to yell and raise his voice for asking questions about the inspection.

900 West Apartments and Townhomes: what do users think?
Michael Vader Misner: In and out.
Ryan Dinehart: All preliminary conversations are through AI. The system is incapable of answering simple questions. Their AI asks if you will qualify for income requirements but wont say if they are section 8 or "low income" units. Cancelled my tour immediately after driving through facility.
Kay Hetzer (Kay Hetzer): Cost way to much to rent there...
R T: This place is the best complex I've ever lived in during my time in Lansing. The office people are so prompt and friendly, and they really do care about the comfort and happiness of their tenants. Every problem I've had has been taken care of very quickly and professionally. Maintenance is quick and efficient to see to any repairs I've needed (which wasn't much, since these units are very well kept up already). I've really enjoyed my time here over the past few years, and I would highly recommend 900 West to anyone I know.
Cameron Bruneau: The community is great, and the maintenance team is even better. When we needed a maintenance man to come out on Christmas morning, they came within minutes. If you're looking for a good community to call home, this is it!
josh tarrant: Great location and the staff is very professional I've never had a better experience renting any place else and would highly recommend anyone seeking an apartment to start their search here
Kailei Toth: Love this place!! Tera is absolutely amazing she goes above and beyond!!!
Shazelle Hurt: Nice place to live, very quiet. They always had something going on at the office. However the price you pay for the apartments 2 bed room no update inside, or any amenities for the amount of children that live out there to do. Just the park, and that's not even enough. I think they should have a pool or a dog park or something. Give the residents something to do for the amount of money they pay to live out there.
Steve N: Lived here for 4 year. Car was broken into 3 times. Pretty sure someone comes through every night stealing stuff. Gunshots all around the area. Terrible place to live for this price. Layers of paints that peels if you barely touch it. Cheapest light fixtures and appliances they can buy at Menards. And they will charge you for every penny they can when you leave. Made me pay for all new flooring for a tiny spot that could have easily been patched. Terrible experience terrible place. Highly recommend finding somewhere else to live if possible.
Allison Shaw: I love living at 900 West! The community is quiet and family friendly and the office and matinence staff are professional and kind.
Jordan Pearl: Tera was great from start to finish. Making sure I had everything I wanted and needed from the time I moved in until the time I moved out. Always trying to make sure I was happy and satisfied. The maintenance guy Jose was great as well always fast and on top of it whenever I had a problem. Thanks for my experience at 900 West.
Stephen Davis: Top ranked leasing agent Teera helped me through the whole leasing process. Really appreciated her ability to communicate and elaborate any situation that was in confusion. Her open communication was very helpful in the completion of my residency in 900 west...Thank you teera for being such a great and beautiful person ❤ 💕 💗
Abdu Jemil: This place is very nice! It is clean and quite. It is a perfect neighborhood. The finishing is amazing including new carpet, great painting and remodeling. Leasing was very smooth. Tera from the leasing office helped us with the paperwork, touring, and she supported us from the beginning to complete the paperwork to get the unit of our choice.
Elizabeth Rhodabeck: 900 West is a place I can call home. The front office team is awesome & understanding. Maintenance (Jose) gets your work orders done fast & promptly. I really like it here! 😁
Rebecca Whitcomb: Beautiful place to call home! Staff is helpful and kind. Grounds are kept up nicely with fun florals in the spring and summer. Highly recommend these townhomes if looking in this area!
Krissy Jackson: Clean, cozy townhomes. Management is excellent; very attentive and understanding. Maintenance is always quick to respond to issues. Neighbors are very kind. The complex itself is clean and kept up nicely. I definitely recommend!
Zachary Marc Phillips: Its wonderful. They offered me a bunch of solid lease deals to pick from. They've been reaching out the community to get people interacting. They have responded well to suggestions and request for help or maintenance. And even though Covid sucks, they've done there best to stay optimistic for us. I really hope this post helps. I've been know to look for the good in most things but this is a sincere one for sure. Making good memories, meeting great people, and being part of a community are the only things that kept me going in 2020.
Jeanne Kinsey: Maintenance staff is super friendly and very expedient! My HVAC was making a whirring noise and maintenance came right over at a time convenient for me (I work remote from home) and replaced a valve which stopped the noise! No fuss needed with an outside vendor, and very knowledgeable and friendly maintenance staff. Thank you to Joe and Violet!
Carissa and Boyd Kneebone: This is long, but worth the read!We moved here from Colorado right at the start of the Covid epidemic and needed to find a place quickly. They worked with us and got us in a place within a week ( amazing!). We have enjoyed living here! The staff is amazing, quick to answer questions and concerns. The maintenance guy is great and very responsive.Update: We were able to qualify to buy a home, unfortunately, due to Covid and some other factors our closing was pushed out. We reached out to 900 West Townhomes to see if they would work with this and they didn't even question it and said they would be happy to let us stay a little longer.I don't know where some of these negative reviews are coming from but I rarely do reviews because I have such high standards and I just had to! Please consider living here, it is not perfect but what place is? Management is amazing and they truly do care about their residents! They will go above and beyond to make your stay be the best that is can be. 5 stars all the way!
Tania G: Update: After talking with Tera, she clarified everything and I received my deposit.I moved out and received a Move Out Statement with confusing numbers and late fee that doesn't apply and they are not giving me my $300 deposit back even though the apartment had no damage and I always paid on time as agreed. They ask you to respond to that notice within 7 days and by certified mail making it difficult. I have sent emails and left VM and no answer. So, once you move out there is no response.I sent my letter claiming my deposit back by certified mail like they asked and willing to file a small claim if necessary. I'll update this review when I get an answer.I moved in here temporarily and went from 4 months to 6 and I'm very happy with management. I had issues with my AC and hot water and they took care right away. I like to stay in communication about my rent payment etc. and they respond immediately. When I was looking for a place they were the only ones that were accommodating enough to my needs. No complains here.
Gisss Mtz: A very nice place to live at and great environment. If you have a complain maintenance comes right away they try to fix everything right away for you they’re very helpful very nice people. I honestly don’t have a complaint from them. Thank you 900 west

Tammany Hills Apartments: what do users think?
Grace Lyon: This is a great place to rent - very friendly and helpful staff, nice and quiet location, and a very affordable price for how much space you get. Would definitely recommend!
Tyler: The apartment itself is not bad, however in the past year they have decided to cut down all of the trees and bushes that once made my balcony view so great, replaced by a desert of grass and stumps in the middle of the yard. Management is hard to get ahold of when you need something. Update: they have fixed some things up in the past year including new siding and the rent is still a decent value for what you get compared to most apartments.
Ari S: I/we have lived here with our pets for 2 years and love it! The building’s exteriors are recently renovated, the location is quiet (even with being next to the hospital) and the complex is friendly!Conveniently located close to campus & South Lansing. Very easy drive to Okemos & a hop, skip & a jump away from the highway.Office & Maintenance staff are kind & willing to assist with any issues you may have. In 2 years I/we have only run into normal apartment wear and tear,& a couple things that needed to be fixed… which the staff attended to within 72 hours, or the next available business day.Paying rent has never been an issue and if you do have questions, on-site office staff are more than willing to help. This is the best bang for your buck….& speaking of bucks…you might even see a few out your window at night! We are so glad we made the switch and came to live here.
Gray Lunara: I have lived at Tammany for about 5 years and will live here for awhile. It is by far the most affordable place in the area and you get a good amount of space (comparative size and price to any cities slightly bigger than Lansing this is a great option). The buildings and appliances are outdated for sure but most everything works just fine.Maintenance requests do take a long time to get around to unfortunately but I just sometimes have to ask a few times. Still worth the price. Also this is Lansing, we are in a woodsy area, yes almost everyone is going to have those little box bugs, they live here too. Invest in some peppermint oil and it helps. As read in some other comments about getting letters about evicting and them having paid but Tammany saying they haven't, that's happened to me too. All it took was me communicating to the office why I had received it when I had paid, and they resolved the issue. With a (2021) new billing system in place there was bound to be some wrinkles to smooth out.Be communicative with the office about your issues and understand that they are just people trying to do their jobs too and things will be fine.
Cherry Blossom: Extremely unprofessional. I am absolutely gobsmacked.Don't expect anything to get fixed, and don't expect the office to ever call you back, let alone answer the phone or the door. Just bow your head and comply like they want. But hey, at least we have new siding, huh? Makes the buildings look real good from the road. Distracts you from the front door disconnected from the wall and the broken window upstairs that people have called about several times that management "had no idea about" as they shuffle the work orders into the trash when you're not looking. You have a better chance of the McDonalds ice cream machine working than getting anything fixed. But hey, at least we have new siding, huh?
Celso Mauro: If you value your time and money do not rent here. The apartments are not bad, however, the management company is the worst. So, do not rent at any property managed by Mulder management apartment. Before rent here, I used to think that what other peoples have written here on their comment was will not happen to me since I always pay according to my contract. However, today I have to deal with eviction letter and hidden fees even after sending all my checks according to their contract payment day and the hidden fees do not stop to show up.Because I usually like to be at the top of my expenses, I asked for my payment ledger, seems like that was the mistake. Couple of days after, I started receiving eviction notice on my mail box stating that I owe them money which, I did not know where they where coming from, and the ledger never came. Finally after, over 3 months insisting and over 3 eviction notice, I got my payment ledger. When I tried to match the money from the ledger and the values, DIFFERENT AMOUNT ON EVERY EVICTION NOTICE, on the eviction notice, no match at all. So my question is, where are these value on my eviction notice coming from, How did they came with these numbers. I tried to talk to the front office manager and even herself was confused and could not explain me where those number where coming from. Later, the front office manager told me that she had a conversations with the main office and since I have been paying on time they they agreed to drop all the late fees, however, I will still owe them. and guess how much is the amount that they say that I owe them. If you thought about my security deposit you're right. Now I am just waiting for my lease to be up and it seems like they will try to keep my security deposit. But since I have prove of all my payment, I guess we will have to go to courtI was informed that I was not the only one going through those issues, actually people I see many people moving out. The air conditioning is very noisy and does not work properly, so I prefer not to turn it on. In addition, the laundry machine in my building is always broken, I lost money many times and may neighbors and I prefer to do laundry anywhere else. This place may seems cheap at the beginning but it is not. I found that with and extra $10 to $20 you can find a better place with more competent staff and better conditions. If you keep readying the comments below, you are going to find many similar comments
Caleb Jenks: My wife and I lived at Tammany Hills Apartments for a year during the first year of covid, and it has been our worst experience as renters. The location and the apartments are very nice, and the rent is incredibly cheap. The biggest issue for us was management. At least twice we got a notice in the mail saying we had missed a payment and we had to make it up, otherwise we’d be evicted. Both times I checked my checkbook, made sure I had sent the check in, and called the office to tell them it was a mistake. Both times I got copies of the photos Tammany hills took for my bank, and even sent those to them in the emails as proof they got my money. The biggest issue we had, was no care for privacy. They were changing all of the intercoms out in the building in early spring of 2021. My wife and I had left, and when we returned we found that maintenance had let a third party installer into our apartment with no warning or any idea we would be having it replaced. After I called the office furious that we hadn’t been warned someone would be working in our apartment, their reply was “well it’s our property so we can do what we want with it” which is a fair point. But, Michigan does have a law that renters are to be notified of entry within 24 hours unless it is an emergency. After we got this response from the office, this installer came back into our apartment twice! No knock, no warning. We immediately moved out as soon as the lease was up. If you want super cheap rent, and don’t have any care in the world if they snoop around your apartment, then this is the place for you. But I would never ever recommend to anyone renting from mulder management. They’re a terrible company.
Abigail Tzau: I've lived here since May 2020 (so a little over 5 months) and my car and my boyfriend's car have both been stolen from and rummaged through MULTIPLE times. One incident occurred when my boyfriend left something in the apartment and left his car to come grab it. When he went back outside minutes later, various compartments in his car had been opened and rifled through and he was missing items. This wasn't the first time we had noticed someone had gone through our cars and taken something, and it makes the entire area feel very unsafe. I'm now even hesitant to leave my apartment door unlocked when I take my dog outside to relieve himself. The apartment admin has also admitted the car-thieving is an issue at this complex, with multiple other people informing them of similar incidents, yet they haven't installed security cameras or hired security. The price looks good here but I will not renew my lease.A few more pet peeves of the place: 1 laundry machine and 1 dryer per building. the laundry machine is old and frequently malfunctions, leaving clothes sopping wet, which then requires multiple cycles of being put in the dryer. I ended up just using a laundromat most of the time. Last pet peeve is that there is no online portal for rent payment, and you're also not able to turn rent in to the office in person either. Rent checks (and any other communication with Mulder Management) must be snail mailed, which is incredibly out of date. Delays in mail can also translate into late fees from management if your mail/check happens to be received past a due date.
Brad L: Terrible place to live. No urgency or care for maintenance that needs to be done. Horrible staff that forgets requests. Management company doesn’t care about the quality of their complex, just as long as they keep collecting rent from their tenants. Stay away and save yourself a headache!
Nick Witgen: I have lived at Tammany Hills for 2 years now so I have quite a bit of history with this place. I hope this will help with anyone trying to decide whether or not to live here.Pros:1. Rent: The rent is incredibly cheap! I pay $691.00 for a 3rd floor single apartment. All utilities beside electric and internet/cable are included. Also, did I mention that you get a car port free with your unit? For the price range, you really don't have much to complain about.2. Management: When I first moved in, I was having trouble getting my internet connected. After 3 days of running around, Comcast was finally able to help me figure out the issue. Tammany Hills apologized for how much they inconvenienced me and gave me a gift card to make up for it.3. Location: Quiet community and a great neighborhood to go on walks! Plus, easy on and off for US-127 and I-96 is nice.Cons:1. Washers/Dryers: Since I have lived here, I have used the washing machines and dryers all of 3 times. Each time I used the washer, my clothes were soaking wet. The machines are very out of date and it definitely shows. If you plan on living here, I would definitely recommend taking your laundry to a nearby laundromat. If Tammany Hills is reading this review, please get new machines. People would appreciate being able to do their laundry in your buildings.2. Management: I know I previously mentioned that management was good, but it varies from time to time. My wife's old building routinely had pet accidents in the hallway and macaroni on the floors for weeks at a time. The best Tammany Hills did to solve this was putting up a sign on the door.Minor Nitpicks:1. Location: While it is quiet and close to the major highways, it also means you have at least a 10 minute drive to groceries, movies, etc. However if you don't mind the drive, this is a very minor nitpick.2. AC units: While air conditioning is included, it is a wall unit. It will keep your living room cold, but my bedroom often got pretty warm. I would recommend buying a tower fan so you can help divert some of the cool air from the living room to the bedroom. Again, minor nitpick. All in all, you won't get as good of an apartment as Tammany Hills for the price you are paying. While the washer/dryer situation is annoying, again you get what you pay for. For as much that comes included with your unit, this is a great apartment complex.
Courtney Byt: I love living at Tammany Hills! I’ve lived here for many years, and I still love it. I’ve recommended Tammany to several people. The office and maintenence teams are wonderful and on top of things. The apartment location is conveniently near anything I need to get to, and I get to see wildlife frequently from my windows.
Jessica Russell: Edit: since posting this review, I have moved out. I now have had a horrific experience with this move out, worse than any other. I have contacted the office more times than I can count requesting the return of my safety deposit. They have given me all types of excuses, but not the deposit back. I was told be Shelbie to "hand write a letter" to the main office to REQUEST my deposit back. As this was a legal contract requiring the return upon a good exit inspection, that is not the correct process, I can assure you. I have dealt with many contracts in my job. At this time it has been more than 3 months since I moved out, I do not believe I will receive it back. Please enter here at caution. The loss of communication between the leasing office and main office astounds me.Ya, I have had a couple issues living here for two years but those are the same issues I've had at other places too. Overall the staff is responsive, they have improved since when I first moved in. My biggest annoyance is actually other neighbors not cleaning up after their pets or might be fighting for the washer and dryer time. They highway isn't bad noise wise and I haven't had a bad issue with maintenance.
Rob Moore: Do NOT rent from tammany hills. I am not one to get online and vent, but I feel its my obligation to my fellow community to warn you of this place. My fiancee and I moved in in 2017 and after 3 years of eye rolling neglect and dishonest backstabbing sneaky teniques of hiding hidden fees and tiny text in between the lines, we preferred couch hopping in the middle of a pandemic was less stressful then living there. During the peak of summer, the weekend of the 4th our AC unit quite litterally exploded and dumped toxic freon all over our apartment, soaking the carpet, endangering our cats and our 3 year old nephew, they refused to fix it because they where already on "vacation" forcing us to stay in a hotel for 2 weeks until the freon dissipated enough and the AC was fixed so it wasn't 100°F+ in our home. Then to top it off after we moved out they took our security deposit because the carpet damage from the freon caused was "our responsibility". Now they slanderously lie to our future renters to a point where its caused 3 different landlords to turn us away after security checks and credit checks and so on. This is ONE out of countless instances that absolutely blew us away at the terrible mentality and inhumanity of this company. I could go on to talk about the blatant lying about several other things, or the peeping through windows from maintenance, or the fact one of our cats was lost forever because management left our front door open after an unannounced inspection, or changing the rules of your lease or even the rent price spikes every 6 months or so lol. To sum it up.... do your self a favor and look else where for a home. This place is not what your looking for. We remain homeless through a pandemic because of these horrible people.
Kayla Sebolt: We've only been here for a few months but we love it so far. A little outdated but everything works and neighbors are all very nice and quiet. Shelby in the office is extremely nice and welcoming. We had a maintenance request and it was taken care of quick the next day. I would recommend these apartments to anyone. The location, customer service and price are fantastic.
Niezel King: Too dissapointed ! Don't rent here they were being unfair.... 'we called them if there is any 2 bedrooms available for family then they said yes ! After that we checked the place amd we like it then put money order for deposit give it to them , then they were telling us that we can move anytime but ,after 3weeks they called us and telling us that they're not allowing 3 adults for 2 bedrooms sounds illegal.I never heard to anyone that its not allowed 3 adults in 2 bedroom which is my mom and my dad and myself' 'I ask if its a student housing they said no .so How does it works that there not allowing 3 adults for two beds ofcourse my parents sleep together !"..THEY DISCRIMINATE US BECAUSE WERE ASIAN 😡😡😡
Alexa Danek: So far, I am pleased! The location is perfect, secluded, private, but conveniently close to MSU and the highway. Our neighbors are friendly, relatively quiet at night. Management is currently taking steps to resolve the issue of other pet owners not cleaning up after their dogs, so we are thankful for that. Maintenance is quick and the man who usually does the repairs is super nice and friendly with your pet when he comes in to fix things. I do think the units could be updated a bit for what you pay, especially with each new lease term. They do a nice job of keeping the exterior of the complex looking nice, there's never any trash laying around. I wish they had a fenced in dog area, but they do have nice sidewalks for walks with your pup.** Had to update my review: This has nothing to do with Tammany Hills but with the area itself... One of our cars was stolen out of our parking lot at our apartment. It was stolen during the night and then totaled and abandoned not far away... According to my NextDoor app, car break-ins are very common in this area. So, if you do live here, double check that your doors are locked!
shen qu: the rental fee increased after I finish the application and paid application fee.The application fee is for buying a lesson that not to trust people easily.
Joe Phongpreecha: Personally, I've found the staff to be very helpful and responsive.
Ghada Abboud: Would not recommend this place.
Mohamed Gibril: Lived there for 5 years, I would never move there again even if they paid me, I would never recommend that place to any body. The only reason that I moved there was that it was cheap and I was broke. They didn't change the carpet for more than 7 years, neighbor had dog that woke me up 5 am almost every day, the other neighbor smoked under my balcony making it impossible for me to open my window in the summer.Few years back police knocked down the door of the downstairs apartment. And this year there was a fire in one of the apartments in a near by building. One day I left my car open and somebody went through my stuff and took about 10 bucks that I left there.felt that management lacked experience and knowledge, they gave me conflicting information In multiple occasions, they made it impossible for me to leave when i wanted even though I provided them with multiple people to take over my lease.Bottom line if you are broke and you need a place for few years till you pick yourself up it might be the right place for you if you aren't that broke I would recommend that you look somewhere else.
Yusha N: don't waste your money. They are not responsible about residents, if you have some problems with your apartment (bathroom, screen, lights in the stairs, cleaning the corridor) they will fix after a few weeks. It's shameful Tammany hills charge a lot and they don't care about residents.as you can see in the photo, the screen had a big gap and all the insects came into my room, I put paper towel in there. I went to office and told them the problem, after one week I went to the office again and asked them please fix this. they still didn't pay attention.Tammany hills is not worth.

Waverly Park Apartments: what do users think?
Genor Hernández: Muy bueno
Hunter Crepeau: Before moving in i heard a lot of bad things about the place but i haven't had any serious issues. The staff is capable and helpful, maintenance is now prompt and responsive most of the time (i had a couple maintenance requests slip through but all it took was a phone call to have the issue corrected), and the neighborhood is pleasant.I have had issues with packages disappearing which is to be expected being around enough people. I put a note out in the mail room, talked to some of the neighbors and haven't had it happen since.
Anna Lea: Susan and laurie are super helpful and friendly
dev perth: this place is exactly what you pay for. experiences here depend entirely upon what building you live in and what neighbors you luck out with. my building is relatively quiet and has no evidence of pests at all but i have heard horror stories about other buildings and other residents within the complex. the complex is large, so that is bound to be the case. my unit itself was decently clean and well-kept but the exterior staircases leave a lot to be desired.good luck getting anything accomplished with the leasing office. maintenance will enter your apartment pretty much whenever they want. i gave them permission to enter and fix something immediately after i moved in, and then they took that as blanket permission for every single other thing they decided they needed to enter my apartment for--even months and months later without any warning. when i called the office to rescind that permission, they basically told me i can't do that. so be ready to find out about maintenance entering your apartment and making up something to fix after the fact. this is illegal btw--they are required to give 24 hours notice before someone enters your apartment and they just don't care. they will also try and impose random "city inspections" (no explanation past that) with less than 24 hours forewarning and when i questioned the reasoning behind it and mentioned that was illegal, suddenly they didn't need to do the inspection. something definitely sketchy there. they will not respect you or your space. absolutely not renewing my lease. this is a temporary place at best and would not recommend it for anyone looking for somewhere to get comfortable and settle down for more than a year.
Jennifer Hall: Jim was great. Very professional and even though it took multiple trips he was there when he said he would be and even vacuumed up after he made the repair.
Melinda Merritt: Shower handle is fixed and works great.
JK Quinn: Apartments are infested, and clearly still needed repairs even when I moved in. Stairwells are crumbling and falling apart. The amount of gunshots and late-night random loud music is INSANE, and don't expect anyone to care. I mean, I've seen a LITERAL dumpster fire here last June/July.Oh, and by the way, Edward Rose Property Management? Stop padding your score with fake reviews. It's PAINFULLY obvious.
John Williams: Thank you for fixing my closet door
Eduardo Hernández: Excelente
Douglas Armstead: Ok I done this
clifton morgsn: Maintenance request was handled quickly an they did it when they said they were
Tony Bryant: My request was handed beautifully, but my request hasn't been carried out. The office staff is amazing. I'm a very understanding person.
Jacob Jackson: Love my new place ,I’ve met 2 neighbors on my move in day, starting to feel like a home.front office are very professional, and made me feel welcome👍🏽
Mandabear M: He was a very nice gentleman. I liked him very much.
Janice Walker: I like Waverly park for one i can afford it there is not a lot of drama there plus I've been there 13 yrs don't like the dish prices plus it has a pool and community building
Hade Stevens: The colleagues in the office are very attentive, thanks to all the workers at Waverly Park
Craig Schade: Problem fixed, it just took a few days to get it done. The office staff and maintenance man were pleasant and helpful.
victoria harris: Maintenance came out the very same week had the job done fast and efficiently
Enrique Soza: La ceñora Maria es muy atenta y amable al igual sus compañeros de trabajo y los apartamentos son muy lindo.
Charlotte: My experience was a great experience and We are enjoying our new home it's a safe community here at Waverly park apartments easy bus transportation and stores near by very family oriented they also have a pool and groundsmen seen daily on the property the office has very nice and polite workers to help out the move in price was worth it. I've made a great choice and the apartment looked excellent upon viewing the Unit. Very Awesome property Thank you.
lynette barney: If you don't have to move here don't move here!!!!! Everything about this place rates BELOW ZERO!!!!

Trappers Cove Apartments: what do users think?
ESHIRZAD: Great job 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Preston Smith: All maintenance calls are done in a timely manner and grounds are kept up great which makes for a peaceful place to live keep up the good job.
Debra Penoyer-VanSandt: I would recommend this apartment complex to anybody who wants a decent place to live but wasn’t expecting luxury. Really nice place and a reasonable amount for rent.
Roshi R: I’ve been resident for approximately 2 years and not once has the maintenance crew or the administrative staff let me down. It’s still an apartment complex neighbor can be problematic and things breakdown but the urgency and genuine concern with which all staff helped, makes the rent completely worth it. Far superior to overpriced apartments.
Laura Anderson: My building's roof is faulty. Water pours in during rain and snow melts.
Petey G.: I have lived here for 4 years and I am very pleased with everything. 😃
Jessica Keene: The entire Trappers cove trail street needs complete repair. I've lived there over three years with rent increasing every renewed lease, and the streets are still terrible.I'd love to have a small gym in the clubhouse.Otherwise the staff is friendly and it's been a nice place to live.
Eileen Jaramillo: Good maintenance. However, allowing large dogs to live in these small apartments is a very poor decision. They bark, the owner does not clean up after them, and they try to bite people to name only a few of the problems.
Don C: Only care about money
Cyndy Saenz: Your maintenance works are amazing
Am.I.Thirsty: Did a great job fixing my a/c! Were very quick and friendly!
David Harris-II-Greene: The staff in the leasing office were extremely professional, understanding, efficient and LGBT friendly! Being LGBTQ friendly was a top priority for me after having a recent rude and unprofessional experience with another management company. I got moved in without any issues and next to no problems other than trying to get my couch to fit in the door from the tight hallway. I give a 4/5
Gulzama Meyakhil: Very green good environment. Good Nightbor.Very clean.
Arash Yunesi: My upstairs neighbor is very loud. When they move around they stump and it makes a very unsettling bang down here, especially in my bedroom. I think they are exercising, no regard for their neighbors. If you can’t be quiet, don’t live on the third floor.
09jackofblades: quick to solve issue, as well as polite.
keiara Dixon: The maintenance man was really awesome. We made conversation here and there but he walked me through what he was doing and any problems that could come up. Definitely exceeded my expectations. 100% satisfied.
abdelbagi babiker jalaladin: Good
Keshawn Spencer: Maintenance was amazing came right away and help me fix my door & was very friendly… definitely a plus in my book! Good job trappers cove
Larissa Jones: The move in process was quick and easy. Staff are professional and knowledgeable.
sanaa mahgoub: The kitchen's drawer that you fixed is broken again on the 2nd day
Cheryl Moore: Mr. (Mike) Dakota great - NEW! And Mister Steven! There are a couple of small Adjustments to update at later Date -Hopefully they will be ADDED to my Unit's Expectations? Also, ALL VENTS Need to Be Scheduled for Professional cleaning ASAP -I Contracted the Flu from just Staying at Home! (a Senior) MUST RECTIFY the Situation please? I Already Signed a New Leasing Yr!...Thank you so much - I Appreciate your Staff!

Towne Square Apartments and Townhomes: what do users think?
paisley bubbles: Living here has been a roller coaster but all issues have been maintenance. Dreya in the leasing office has gone above and beyond to help with every issue there has been.
Alejandro Solis: I live here, is nice place but at the beginning I had issues with my first apartment, then property manager offer me an upgraded apartment for the inconvenience, now I enjoy my time here
Neko Walker: I’m leaving this here because Beth Was Magnificent, i honestly don’t know how she was able to handle me and my situation so fast but I appreciate her and the front office hearing me out and taking action 5 stars for that. If I could put more I would because I’m Happy with the service given thank you.
Michael Kirby: This is a frustrating, but decent place to live. There are a lot of bad reviews and I think that they are justified, but people aren't taking into account how much we pay for rent. If you expect to live at the ritz for this price then you are delusional. That being said there are certainly some things that the complex could improve upon.Communication. Every time I have had to go to the office for something it has been very inconvenient. The office manager (Andrew, I think) is generally rude and makes you feel like you are wasting his time when you come to talk with him. He is also very pushy. All of the communication we get from the office makes everything seem like a hurry. They have quite literally been sending us messages about renewing our lease since the first month we moved in, and they all make it seem urgent. The most recent messages said that not renewing by a certain date would cause you to lose your place and likely be forced to move. While I can't say for sure, the fact that several units in my building have been empty for extended periods of time since I have moved in makes me think that my spot is fine, and you guys just want to pressure people into signing leases.Cleanliness: When we moved in the house was disgusting. There was urine on the floor of the bathroom, dirt and gunk in the carpets and on the tile (kitchen and bathroom) and old moldy food in the refrigerator. It looked like all you guys did was make sure all of the previous renters belongings were gone and nothing more. The counter was sticky and the bedroom walls were so dirty that they visibly changed colors when we washed them.Follow through: my biggest complaint is the properties ability to follow through on promises they make. There have been multiple instances of me calling the office asking for something, the office promising to do whatever it is I asked for, and then it just never happening. Most of these have been genuine safety concerns (broken glass in the parking lot, random cars left with the doors open for several days, just to name a few) and not petty complaints.Overall this really isn't a terrible place to live, other than my small gripes. If this tells you anything, I renewed my lease and am planning on living her another year (at least). After the initial move in process I haven't had any huge concerns here and as long as I stay out of the leasing office then I generally don't have negative things to say. Neighbors normally aren't too loud either which is somewhat rare in an area like this.
Mercedes Thomas: My experience was great!! Quick process and all my questions were answered. If you want an apartment Dreya is the person to go to!! She was truly amazing!!
Martin Reif: Only Decent thing I could mention about signing a lease with this company is the price. besides that the list of bad things I could mention could go on forever, first off apartment was disgusting when I moved into it had to deep clean for about 5 hours. secondly the maintenance crew, I put in a work order and they left a mess in my bathroom screws laying out and dust all over from them drilling in the wall. also, asked the company to fix a pothole about 5 months ago that literally caused damage to my vehicle …still not fixed. If I were you I would find another place to sign your lease ITS NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!
Guy Shelley: Just secured a lease for a town square two bedroom. It was very easy and the places look well kept along with the grounds. The staff is as friendly and helpful as can be. They helped fit a place into my budget when I had no other options. Shout out to Laila! She's the best. I'll be updating post move-in when I get a true feel for the place.
Bryan Walker: This place has clean and the staff is kind
Erienne Smith: Wish I could say my experience moving here and living here was good but it has been far from. From the day we moved In there have been so many complications with the move in itself from the filthy apartment they put us in to being put in something that was falsely advertised and nothing like the pictures shown. Management and leasing office has horrible communication every time I call the manager is never there and the front desk workers never know what I’m talking about in regards to my apartment and can never give me a straight forward answer. Would never recommend anyone to live here.
Winter Ann Graham: If I could give zero stars, I would. Literally anywhere would be better than here. Feels like management could not care any less if they tried. We've dealt with everything from bedbugs coming from untreated units in our building, busted pipes that went untouched for weeks, mold when we first moved in that we had to clean, safety issues, and now two hit-and-runs in their lots with zero cameras.Just save yourself the extra $$ you'll spend trying to keep yourself from going insane here. For reference, here is how maintenance left our bathroom ceiling directly above our toilet for 2.5 weeks until we escalated the situation for a third and final time vs how they "fixed it" (still looks like this today):
Ryan Adelman: Worst company and owner/management I've ever experienced. They stole our $600 security deposit because "they couldn't find a receipt of us paying it." On top of their terrible attitude, organization and incompetence, they also sent me hundreds of dollars in bills for a single stain in the apartment that wasn't even from us. Not to mention the roaches that infested our entire unit from people that refused to clean and countless mishaps with the ceiling caving in and bathrooms exploding. Might as well live in a 3rd world country if you're going to pay this clown over $1,000/month - at least there you'd be living like a king.
Soarin Low: This place has been the best decision of my life
Hoolio Rameirez: Do not live here.Moved in July/2021. Our original apartment that we were supposed to move into had an electrical fire, so they moved us to another building. On move-in day, our apartment had no flooring and was full of mold from the previous tenants (was actively being installed with new carpet).Since then, it has been almost 2 years of Hunter Leasing playing musical chairs with the property manager position, as well as the maintenance team. I feel very bad for the current leasing manager and head of maintenance for the mess that was dumped on them.Do not live here. I've been bitten by more mosquitoes and ants in this apartment than camping in the woods. Broken screens, leaky ceilings, and now bed bugs.Edit because I neglected to mention that there is very little actual privacy. I've heard every argument my neighbors have had, every fight across the hall, all of it. It gets old really fast.Do. Not. Live. Here.
Josae Alleyne: Do not move in here !!!!!
Cannon Fallder: This apartment complex has the worst staff I've ever had to deal with. On move in day, we, as well as a hundred people, had to stand outside for over 2 hours waiting to get to move in. Wanted first months rent up front but wouldn't take card, but they told us they would take cash. I got cash, then was told they wouldn't take cash. Apartment was so damaged, i.e. mold in the fridge, carpet shaving on floors, back door didn't close or lock, I couldn't move in. They gave us a deal on rent but we have to go weekly to ask for it, and to make sure they do it. Staff will delete maintenance request and appointments. They will schedule call backs and never do it. Maintenance burst my water pipe then wouldn't come clean the water til almost a month later. Told me since they let the water dry, they was nothing they could do about the damages to the roof and carpet. There isn't much padding between apartments, so you can hear your upstairs neighbors every step. At one point, I could hear their whole conversation, so privacy isn't a priority here. Definitely won't be staying here once my lease is upOn a positive note, the lawn care looks nice and the parking lots aren't full of trash
Helen Leeann: Worst apartment complex ever. Don’t move here unless you want bedbugs and maintenance that does nothing about it. They post pictures of beautiful apartments online then put you in a run down dirty apartment. If you want working kitchen appliances this is not the place for you. Staff was rude refused to send anyone one out for my broken fridge, I have been buying ice and storing my food in a cooler for weeks. The oven burns everything regardless of how low you set it or how little time you put stuff in it. The heat doesn’t work and even though it’s 38° at night no one will come fix it. You can’t use any of the amenities you pay for because they’re all broken have been for a long time my neighbors say. Staff is a bunch of children who laugh in your face when you need anything done, they don’t care about you or you’re apartment. My biggest regret is signing a lease with these people.
Lynn Jones: Do not move here they false advertising a 24hr gym it’s only open til 8 they haven’t had tanning open since before I moved in Aug 1st there’s only one pool the jets in the hot tub don’t work they have horrible staffing that is rude and don’t answer phones or emails other residents showed me they had mold bad and roaches infested it’s disgusting and nothing but false advertisement
Tyler Pine: If I could give this place zero stars, I would. You’d be better living on the streets before living here. If you don’t like things getting fixed, this is the place for you. If you like horrible communication from the office, this place is for you. Half the amenities haven’t been working for 1-3 years depending on what it is. You’ll definitely get your car broken into it. They let anyone live here. We’ve been here 6+ years and since this companyhas taken over, it has gone rapidly downhill. Cops are here every week it seems like. 2 fires in 1 years time. Haven’t fixed the first one’s damages yet, just a giant eyesore. This place is an absolute dumpster fire of an apartment complex.
o oo: Do not rent from them! I was supposed to move in and the apartment was not ready at all! The cabinets were on the front room floor, the flooring was ripped out, the toilets were in the bathtubs. We were told we could cancel our lease due to it not being ready to move into . So, we found a new apartment and went to them to cancel our lease and all of a sudden we can’t cancel our lease anymore meanwhile we have no where to live and 2 leases now! Do not, I repeat do not live here!
Natalie Vogel: I moved in on 8/1/22 and they’re off to a horrible start…1. They didn’t send out any type of reminder that we can’t move in until 1pm. Myself and several other residents didn’t learn this until the day of.2. Move in was crazy unorganized. They literally have 100 people standing in line waiting to get their keys and pay their rent check.3. Upon moving in, I didn’t have air conditioning or smoke alarms… like everything was completely MISSING. I have since been contacting them every day to get those things fixed and it hasn’t happen yet. (Writing this on 8/7/22.Lauryn literally scammed me to get me to sign the lease. She said I would get $50 off if I signed by a certain time. When I told her I would be at work until a later time and asked if that deadline could be extended by a few hours she said (and I quote) “that should be fine.” Guess what.. I didn’t get the $50 discount because apparently “that should be fine” doesn’t mean that I would still get the discount. You want to literally be seen as nothing more than a check? That’s how I feel.
Amanda S: moved here into a 1 bed - had to deep clean everything because their cleaning company either didn’t come in or just didn’t care. it’s a generally quiet neighborhood, but loud neighbors. clearly a dv situation next door lol. police presence multiple times a week (if not a day). maintenance is absolute trash and will take weeks for minor fixes - less than reputable men. wouldn’t normally mind but i know many people who report maintenance coming into their apartments without reason, they’re rude, and do shoddy work. my disposal and dishwasher had to be completely replaced because of a mistake they made and they tried charging me. also tried charging for previous renters’ damages that i had sent in pictures of the week i moved in. charged me extra rent etc etc. office people act nice but just don’t seem to really care or handle a situation. not bad for a first apartment, but i wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in.
