Stepping Out: I recently purchased a commercial 'investment property'. I knew it had issues and invited Jon out to look things over for me. As expected, the building had asbestos pipe elbows, caulk and some floor tile. Mid Michigan Management was quick to safely remove all of the material--they started on time and finished the job up when they told me they would. They even followed up to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. Working with contractors before, I expected a lot of hassle but I did not get any grief in working with this company. On the actual removal day, he arrived promptly and the work was done, testing and all, in just a few hours.
