Full Throttle Motorsports: what do users think?
Ray French: Terrible service wouldn’t even have a pedal bike serviced there
mike pline: 👍🏻
Shea Russ: Evan and Lucas were a great help. They got me all set up and definitely made me wanna come back.
Marios Fotiadis: My recent experience at Full Throttle was nothing short of terrible. I had my sights set on purchasing a 2023 Slingshot, and I reached out to the dealership on Saturday, November 8th, at 11 am. Following their instructions, I promptly sent all the required paperwork and copies of my ID. However, I didn't receive any response from them until 4 pm, which happened to be their closing time.During my interaction with the salesperson, Shane, I was informed that they would try to rectify the situation and possibly arrange a meeting on Monday. Despite Shane's efforts, the General Manager (GM) failed to respond to Shane's texts or calls. This lack of communication and disregard for a potential sale of such magnitude, approximately $40,000, was highly disappointing. As a result of this experience, I have decided that I will not be returning to Full Throttle in the future. Moreover, I cannot in good conscience recommend this dealership to anyone else. The unprofessionalism and lack of customer service demonstrated by the GM have left a sour taste in my mouth. When making a significant purchase like this, one expects better treatment and attentiveness from a dealership. Regrettably, Full Throttle failed to meet these basic expectations.I hope that this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering Full Throttle as their dealership of choice. It is essential to find a dealership that values its customers and prioritizes their satisfaction. Unfortunately, Full Throttle did not demonstrate these qualities during my interaction with them
mike nemeth: By far the worst place to ever buy anything they sent info to wrong email about bike loan which delayed everything and added something I did not want on loan lied and said it was the banks fault bought a fender for a bike and the color does not match won't call back or do anything about any of it if I could give them a 0 I would
R.P. Mcmurphy: Took care of me. Thanks Collin.
Bryson: Alright, so I bought a 2021 Kawasaki Ninja 400 as my first bike from these guys over a year ago, June 2021. I haven't been in for any service on it, I've enjoyed wrenching on it myself, but the sales environment was chill. Sat on a bunch of bikes I couldn't afford at the time, gave a young guy a sale, and started my great adventure. I went to a few other bike shops in Lansing before-hand and they just didn't seem as refined or nice as this place. I have over 4000 miles on my odometer, and I still wear my Full Throttle t-shirt!5/4/2023 Update- Bike still going strong, no drops no accidents, still haven't been back, but Full Throttle calls/texts me once or twice a year to make sure everything is still good with the bike, which I think is really cool. Might just be an attempt to get more money, but they don't ever bombard me they just check in at the beginning of season or w/e. Super chill, if I needed any help I'd be happy to go back! I've done a slip-on muffler as you can see in the picture and I recently put some Michelin Road 6 tires on it. It's not likely, but if I ever decided to buy another new bike, this would be one of the first places I go to. From what I remember their used inventory isn't bad either.
Paul Lounsberry: Put a deposit down on reserving a 2023 Yamaha Jetblaster in January. Reached out in February for a status update and was told some of the early orders were starting to come in and they would let me know. Didn't hear anything all of March and mid April I emailed again asking for a status update. Didn't hear back so I called the next day and was told that Yamaha notified them last night that they cancelled my order. I find it hard to believe they were just notified of the cancelled order after I waited all that time to contact them again in mid April. Took multiple calls and pestering to get the deposit back as well. Great communication to order and have them take my money, but terrible communication after that.
James Robinson: First time dealing with Full Throttle Motorsports. I took my KTM in for a software update on Saturday, April 29th, 2023. They took care of it quickly and at no charge. I was very pleased with the service and the quick turnaround. Would recommend them.
Bev Pratt: Fav place to buy parts and get the quad serviced!
ROB HARE: I'm a cash customer & they didn't want to give me a good deal ! It was the 2nd & the last time they didn't do me right. Found other dealers that know how to treat a cash customer, correctly...
Travis Dexter: Brought my motorcycle in for an oil change and to replace the rear tire. They noticed the exaughst had a broken brace and informed me about. I already knew about the exaughst problem but told them I didn't have the extra 300.00 it would have cost to fix it. They did everything needed and worked with me on price. I am now back riding safely and I owe it all to full throttle. They have made a customer for a lifetime. Would recommend to anyone.
tanner price: If you're looking to get a new ride it's a decent place. If you're looking for parts, don't bother going here. As nice as the lady is at the parts counter, she doesn't know jack about parts or bikes and nothing is ever in stock. You'll be forced to order and wait after having to do the legwork on parts/info, so you might as well just order online from the comfort of your own house and save the fuel and time to go there.
Paul Witt: Absolutely fabulous service and super nice people!
Robert Byrnes: Favorite yamaha store in Lansing, great selection of add ons too. Needs to keep a better stock on motor oil.
Dallas Baker: The only reason why I'm rating it one star is no one even came up to ask if we was buying anything or not even a hi .
shane duffie: Purchased a Slingshot from Devin Hamlin! He made this Purchase easy and simple. Very Accommodating! 100% would recommend Devin! The sales team and staff is very friendly!
Chris McCaffrey: Justin in the service department was great!!! I will always ask for him. They even delivered my quad to my house. How great is that
That's My Two Cents: Snowmobiles, Motorcycles, Side by sides, Atv’s. Polaris, Kawasaki, KTM, Harley Davison, Slingshot. So many Toys, So many choices !!! Fun place. New & Used.
Keith Parmer: Bought New Tires online for my ATV during the COVID lockdown around February. Went to full throttle to get the tires mounted. The Service Manager absolutely chewed me out, got really angry because I didn’t buy the tires from him and explained they would have to charge me like $200.00. I said “Ok no problem, I understand” I didn’t care because I just wanted the tires mounted so that we could go ride. I tried to explain to him that I tried to buy the tires from him but they were closed. He didn’t seem to understand. Fast forward a few weeks and I go back because a tire was leaking air.Went and told him I needed a leak fixed. He said “well does it have a hole in it? Is it the valve stem?” I said I have no idea I just know it’s low on air. He said well we don’t patch tires.I left. If it was me and I was working with a customer I would have said “Ok Sir. Leave it with us we will check it out repair it or replace it whatever it needs, sign here for the repair” Customer comes back picks it up and pays for the repair, that’s all I wanted it’s not that difficult. Funny thing is some other manager was there and didn’t see the point either. Don’t argue about what is wrong with it or what you can’t do, Just fix it. If I knew what was wrong with it and could fix it I would be there talking to him.Funny thing is I just purchased a New dirt bike for me, one for my wife, two new ATV’s and two new jet ski’s. About $60k. All I would have gladly purchased from them.Know one at full throttle cares about your business. Can’t buy from someone that doesn’t want your business.Update bought two New Snowmobiles all the gear and a trailer.Another $42,000 they didn’t get!
leston Bruce: Lucas in service is outstanding for getting what you need as soon as it can be

College Bike Shop: what do users think?
Crystal Papranec: Great workers and lots of great inventory.
Charlie Higbee: lmao missed a appt i had to get tires put on my bike because i was called into work called to let them know and schedule a new appointment and now wont make another
Jon Frieseman: Horrible customer service, and will be left on the phone waiting for someone to just pick up for 20-30min plus just for parts department.
mark stucky: Great people to work with getting parts or service!
Jessica Garfield: Decided to purchase a dirk bike for my husband which was great to start. Kathleen was our sales women. Jan-27 we walked out with our bike and its now feb 21. still we have to wait for paper work to be sent over to our bank for payments.. a month later still nothin has been done and playing phone tag between bank and college bike shop and being told paper work was sent over but the other party never received anything 🙃 😒 This is horrible customer service, never again!
Nico382: Best place in mid Michigan to shop for new Honda, Kawasaki, and Suzuki motorcycles and dirt bikes side by sides
gunnar carroll: Customer service is mediocre.
Alex Isaboss: MISLEAD AND MISINFORM CUSTOMERS JUST TO MAKE A QUICK SALE. DOES NOT SUPPORT THE MOTOCROSS COMMUNITY.
Scott Scotson: College Bike Shop is the only downtown Lansing bike shop near the capital. Once you enter the potholed, terrible condition parking lot and enter the out-of-date, old, and smelly showroom you will not only find a small selection of bikes, but a lack of customer service. This business is run by the children of the founder, a brother and sister duo. Maybe it is from being handed a business and a golden parachute, or just laziness, but they don't operate to help the customer. To save costs, they have their kids run amok.If you try to get a bike fixed at the brothers shop, you'll find that they only fix bikes they sell. You can have a legitimate bike, not a chinese knock-off, but if they don't sell it, they won't service it. I wonder why bikes they sell need to have such priority; must break a lot. That's like asking for an oil change at a chevy dealer and them telling you they only work on chevys. They funny thing is, they DO SELL YAMAHAs, there are even customer photos as such. Also, don't ask if they can get a specific model of HONDA, they will just tell you they can only get whatever they are sent. That really sounds like they don't have the best relationship with the manufacturer.I can not recommend this business.
Eric Clay: Fair prices and great staff
Jason Rodriguez: Me and my brother-in-law bought two CRF250L. they were able to give us the best deal great customer service very responsive to your calls. I would recommend them to anybody looking to buy dirt street four-wheeler side-by-side. Just an all-around good experience.
Clayton Colter: Haven't gotten my title after 3 months, have called multiple times and worker says she doesn't know what happened but still no update on what is happening or when I'll get it
Branden Hartwell: Great mechanics and friendly service. Fast quality work. Great parts service. Owner Kathleen is always really friendly
Elise Bentley: Bought this brand new motorcycle and can't RIDE it. Bike shop made a mistake on the Title. Now the license has run out and I'm unable to ride. This has been two weeks. Unacceptable. I can't use this beautiful bike until Collage Bike shop straighten this out.
Douglas Christy: Bought several bikes/quads.. Always friendly and helpful.. Won't go anywhere else!
Gary Berger: Sales sucked dropped the ball. I called about a bike a guy said they had it and I could come get it Friday. I called Thursday to verify and the sales lady said it’s someone else’s. Took time off work to be able to go get it good thing I called to verify. 10/10 would not deal with them.
Tyler Saidla: Not only is this one of the best motorcycle shops I’ve ever encountered, Kathleen is absolutely the best sales(wo)man I’ve ever had. Kathleen is absolutely amazing she’s so caring and considerate, transparent and respectful. I wish more people were like her. Thank You Kathleen for your advice, professionalism, and Tow straps! You’re honestly the best. I buy a lot of motorcycles and even though they are quite the drive from me even when I move to Florida I will pay the freight cost and buy through them exclusivity Indefinitely!!I called over a hundred dealerships to find a bike and luckily ended up here.Selection is great. Parts help is Knowledgeable and friendly as well.Thank You again for being the best dealership I’ve worked with for the past 11 years.
Thomas Farr (Moparfarr): Quick service and the price was right 👍🏽
Robert Reale: If you're experienced and can talk shop with these people you might have a better experience than I did. I'm brand new to riding and walked in with questions about helmet fit, style, features etc. and no one seemed to care that I was willing to spend my money there. Was not greeted by anyone in the shop and the few questions I managed to ask were met with a cold unwillingness to give me anything but the most remedial "don't bother me" answers I've ever gotten in a sales environment.
Steve Mitchell: Called for price $14.95, drove there and purchased with tag saying $14.95, they charged me $17.95. Major rip off! Said prices subject to change. Beware!!!!
Al Dykstra: Grom website $3499. When I got here they said $4400. Think I'll go somewhere else. $900 over msrp??

Brent Bussard: Deceptive store front. Go inside and you'll find a large well stocked store with knowledgeable staff and a great service department.
M G (mngrif): They sold a bike out from under me while waiting overnight to hear back from my bank's loan underwriters. They didn't even bother to call and check if the bank had replied or not. If you agree to buy from them and need to wait to for a call back, pitch a tent and camp on it.
Brandon Courts: Great dealership to get a bike from or get your work done. Got some work done and I'm very happy with it. Had me back on the road in time for Bikes on the Bricks!
Darrel Ashby: Friendly and professional and honest about pricing and delivery. Should I decide to buy I will be coming back.

U.S. 27 Motorsports & Trailers: what do users think?
Shawn Barrett: They found me a roof for my 2002 polaris ranger. When every place else just said its to old. Well they worked hard and for a week. And they found one. Loved they staff all very helpful
Patrick Samsel: Call Full Throttle because they are 20 miles closer. Couldn't get a straight answer on tune up supplies for my bike (Yamaha). Spent too much time listening to other conversations when i thought I was being helped. called US 27- Tyler was polite, professional and focused on....me. Well done! I am driving the extra 20 miles at $3.69 gallon because these folks care and let me know I am important to them!
Gaylord Strodtbeck: Good
Tim McCormick: Salesman was ok. Not pushy but a little cocky. Clean place. Willing to let you test drive machines.
mark thelen: Claude is Great to work with! Solid communication and very happy with purchase. Very professional!
Kregg Cotter: Just made a purchase. Claude our sales person was very helpful and Paul was great finalizing all the paperwork. Couldn’t ask for anything better.
Mark Monroe: Great deal, great salesman!!
Jeff and Kathy McNew: Mark and the team at US 27 were great to work with purchasing our 2 new seadoos!
guy salander: Shane very thorough and friendly nice to do business with really knowledgeable about there products. Answered every question we asked.

Mo0b3ar M-K: Amazing sales team! Easy and quick process with knowledgeable staff. Thank you Larry L. for everything!
Travis: This purchasing experience was hands down the best I've ever had. Aaron was transparent with everything, not a normal salesman. Paul the finance guy wasted zero time with his portion of the process, the speed of which I was in and out was excellent. They snagged my business from a 28 year relationship with another dealer.
Andrea T: This is a way overdue post but i am doing it now! US 27 Motorsports has been a great and reliable for us to fix up our broken machines. Derek and Gabe were very helpful and always accommodating in the service department. Excellent service!! Nothing but good things. I'm sure we will be seeing them soon!

Kim Williams: Thank you so much Mark for the wonderful service!!!!

Jen Mitchell: I highly recommend this dealer! Aaron is a great salesman! He is very knowledgeable and personable! Also Paul makes the paperwork process quick and easy! Thanks again guys!

Lansing Scooters2Go: what do users think?
Mike: Called for a part on a scooter and they said no problem but wanted to call me back just to double check on used inventory. I told them brand new is fine but they would need to ship it since I live an hour away and as soon as I said that he lost interest in me . Again he wanted to check the used inventory and call me back… long story short never called back. If that is how they do business then fine I’ll go elsewhere
Your Mom: I have been looking for a moped for a while now but I refuse to pay more than I could sell my car for and this place has no actual details about pricing or any other info on what they have in stock all the website has is a few pictures and a fake help chat line. Where's the details, spechs and prices?
Bill Bennett: I would not recommend them for repairs or up grades. They over charge and there work is shady... I would not go there for repairs on mopeds.
officially Bored: Bad and terrible if your buying a new moped then it’s not that bad but don’t go there to get stuff done with your moped they tell you it will be done at a certain time then apparently there’s people in front of you getting stuff done it happened 3 times within one week definitely don’t recommend their service and repairs!!!
Angelina B: Do not recommend! Friendly guys, but they overcharge. Came in for a simple repair, took them 40 minutes tops and charged $50 for labor. Ripping off college students because they can.
Roy Osterhout: Never open
Jeremiah Deruchie: Best place to get a moped the cheapest in Lansing
Richard Mccabe: It is the best experience that I have ever had
jerry pool: 1st scooter ran out of gas 1 mile after pick up...Get 2nd scooter....DOES THE SAME THING?!!!!!!HORRIBLE
Richard Baggerly: I just bought my first moped from scooters 2 go. My friend Drew Aldrich bought his from scooters 2go and I'm very happy with my moped. And I will enjoy it. Thanks scooters 2 go
Jewel: Very friendly and honest & the owner allowed after hours business so I didn't have to take a day off.
Simon: This ranks up there with one of the best shopping experiences ever. Had a lot of fun making our purchase. They even went out of their way to put our motor scooter together on short notice, pretty cool. We'll be coming back.
Drew Aldrich: I bought a scooter from Stash yesterday, he was friendly, and professional. They built and delivered it to me very quickly. I'm very satisfied with the level of service I received. Thanks again guys. Would give 5 stars. But they spilled a few drops of gas on the paint on accident and messed up the paint. No biggie, and he made it right.
marvin walker: I wont go away that easily. AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!! STASH DOES NOT STAND BEHIND HIS PRODUCTS AND PRICE GOUGES FOR REPAIRS!!! ONCE YOU LEAVE OUT OF THE FROM DOOR YOUR ON YOUR OWN! RUN, HIDE, DUCK FROM STASH AND SCOOTERS TO GO.
Thomas Sadler: Brought my scooter here for a simple tire swap. Guy told me I would have my scooter back within the day, didn’t hear a word from him. I called the next morning and he said it was on the agenda for the day. Closing time rolls around and I still had received no call. I had to call him and find out what was going on. Now a tire change is going on 3 days. Horrible communication skills. Your customers should not have to phone you five times for you to pick up and find out what is going on with their property.
Forever Green: Best scooter store in town
Bobby Uranus: I’d say the owner is very friendly and helpful. He reached out his friend and I was very glad he helped.
Evan Kay: Great service!
auto and scooter enhancements mechanic: Well there is a unjustly review I totally disagree with. You can't leave a review based on on in proper engine break in you bought that scooter used with low miles from a person. Not that company. Not only that I'm reporting your post you can't give a go ahead for a repair and not pay for it. Then argue it's illegal to refuse service. Lol you got the repair for free. So why bother leaving a bad review. I helped that company they are fair and honest. I was there when the dispute happend. Was there for parts... note this. Look at the peoples names none are local... just a circle of people that have similar names. With a bad review. I know this they are banned from auto and scooter enhancements. I don't need customers like that. Especially when I go the extra mile to keep my customers happy.
Samantha Farmer: Good service very laid back, got what i asked for and great upgrades to my scooter.
Bilqis Albarrak: The dealer is unprofessional! Has no patient to his customers! He always overcharge me compared to the prices online. He uses that he’s the only dealer around Lansing and he knows that he’s the only one who can fix Tao Tao‘s. I had a manufacturing issue with my Tao Tao He charged $200 , when I told him that I’m gonna contact Tao Tao to pay for that issue because it’s a manufacturing issue he got upset and And told me that I was rude for saying that???? However I checked the price online and it says it costs 70$ ( the piece and labor). Then when I told him so, he got upset again and he told me not to come to his place again !!! Unfortunately with this unprofessional attitude I had to sell my Tao Tao
