Sandra Harley: MAS is a wonderful discovery! We purchased a winter place in the south and I have been able to the kitchen with utensils, glassware, pots, baking dishes, everything that I need to set up a very functional kitchen. I bought tablecloths, placemats, candles and other decorative objects. Best deal has to be 2 almost new hair dryers for $3! All items were described accurately and pictures are supplied if there's a ding. Great service from Michelle!
Patsy Jones: I have spent hundreds here. Can't find better deals.
Cindy Colson: All friendly and helpfulness.
KC: So many items are not good. Don't go by photos. Items looks bigger and different in photos. Also the site is not so secured. I have observed all the user's password's can be seen by admin.Be careful in putting your regular passwords to this website.

Copart - Lansing: what do users think?
Beemer kid: By far the worst location I have ever been to , employees are very rude, and they hide the serious damage that the cars have , I bought a car with front end damage but when I came to pick it up it also had top roof damage, and very bad frame damage , none of that was in the pictures , and the regional manager didn’t want to do anything about it and told us if we don’t want the car we can just sell it on the side of the road, never buy cars from this copart location if you don’t want to get scammed (buyers beware if you are buying a car from this location and the photos are at an odd angle or blurry then they are hiding the damage)
Janice Charlebois: My vehicle was totaled and my insurance company had it towed to Copart Lansing. I called, I was told my belongings would be in the back of my vehicle. When I arrived much of my possessions were thrown in the back of my vehicle but many things were MISSING. When I went to the desk COPART didn't know anything about that????? Also they had an envelope with some of my important documents in an envelope behind the desk. Had I not realized. I would have driven an hour home before I realized it. DO NOT DISPOSE OF PEOPLES PROPERTY WITHOUT OPPORTUNITY FOR THEM TO RETRIEVE FIRST.
poncho Marquez: They don start loading to 9 am employees chatting they don't care if you outside drivers very lazy they only take your 15 minutes to do check up
Ali Alhagari: BUYERs BE AWARE,My VIHECLE was almost picked up by somebody else, had I didn' t show up at the moment that the lefter was puting it on a towing car who apparently was intending to steal it. It was stealing situating because he told the lefter that it was his. My recommendation for copart to avoid such loophole (possibility of theft) is to send the the ID number of the buyer to the lefter who would in turn ask the buyer to show him the ID so that he can compare and determine if that person is the true buyer.
Colleen Smith: Everything from my car missing! Would not acknowledge they cleaned my car out or assist me!
Frank Gineman: Quick and easy vehicle pick up. Friendly staff
David Mautin Jr.: Awesome
People OfPeople: I dropped my original title off as per instructions in my insurance claim… office staff remembers me… but it’s funny they forgot to scan in my document or even write down the tracking number of the package stalling my insurance claim!!! They’re great and easy to get ahold of people but they’re not taking any responsibility other then verbally saying it’s their fault IM STUCK IN THIS STATE BECAUSE OF YOU
Sam Elias: Very bad service, looking down at you as you aren't human.
Ryan Nielsen: Terrible front desk service if you want to be mistreated and insulated then come here
Steve Marwani: Friendly very fast service I love it
Jason Reed: I’ve purchased several cars from Copart. The people are friendly and always helpful. If there’s one thing that could be changed is if they loaded cars a little faster and would load single trailers before car haulers so they don’t have to sit for hours
Almir: Wery fast and polite stuff in the Lansing facility.
Leigh Damaske: Very friendly staff. Helpful with questions.
GOD SERVANT: Truck listed as runs and drives. Drove 2 hours to pick it up and it doesn’t even start! Timing chain broken. Avoid this place. Bunch of liars
gorgeen j: Too greedy
Todd Swales: They were helpful assisting me with an appraisal of a wrecked car.
Bill Richards: Fast in, quick loading, fast out. Very nice ladies in the office paperwork was waiting for me by the time I got the load strapped. The loader plopped a 4door wrangler on a little uhaul car hauler perfect the first try pretty impressive. Nobodys first day at this location lol
David Ringlein: The staff at the Lansing Office is wonderful. I like the whole experience, just wish the charges by CoPart were less.
Bonnie Bennett: Ok
Thomas Alderink: Great costemer service

Sheridan Realty & Auction Co: what do users think?
Cheryl Grice: Such a wonderful, professional company to work with. Bill, John, Christa, Brian and crew were top notch. Felt like old friends when it was all over. Highly recommend.
j dragisic: Curtious service.
Gracie Marie: Wow, I’ve been banned for speaking the truth! 🤷‍♀️ So here’s more feedback and info! They lowered the prices on every pallet except the ones I bid on. All had a $50 starting bid, when no one was bidding, they lowered all other pallets to $2 starting bid except mine within 2 hours of auction end When I question them, I was told “they can do what they want”! Seems very unprofessional to me!! Not a very stand up or reputable business!! You would think a professionally run company would want to make things right with a good customer over $200? Heard through an employee that I was banned. Called and asked and was told “ yes” for running my mouth in the parking lot which never happened. I left feedback and the TRUTH that’s all!!! It’s okay. There are plenty other auction houses around that DO describe if a product is damaged or not before you spend your hard earned dollar. This place does not. Buyer beware.
John: Have been to a fair number of Sheridan auctions and purchased items at them. The only way you should ever buy anything from them is if you've seen it and operated it. They intentionally leave important problems out of descriptions and pictures; even talking to them on the phone they will not tell you everything that's plainly wrong with a piece of equipment. They also charge both a buyer and seller premium at 10% last I checked- basically double dipping. They make a lot of money for sellers because they have poor ethics. Just read their mission statement, they have no regard for those purchasing items. Buyers beware
Wade Pregitzer: Great people to work with.
marc trask: I have delt with them 3 times so far and they have always been friendly ..easy to deal with and the people that help with loading are top notch.
Ben Sheehan: Would give 0 stars if possible, not very happy with this auction house , bought a tractor sight unseen so I understand I have no one to blame but myself but have purchased many items across the Midwest this way also so that being said , the auctioneers item description and photos were extremely vague and probably for good reason if they would have accurately described the item the bidding price would have been lower therefore lowering their sales premium , unfortunately this is getting to be the norm with online auctions , the tractor I purchased the dash or gauges did not work they gave an approx hours when I got the dash repaired the hours turned out to 20% more , the front tires were mismatched and has a gouge in the sidewall you can stick your hand in , countless other items that could have been more accurately described and photographed but that could bring the price down and they don’t want that ,but this is just one review and they will carry on as such but unfortunately this will be my only purchased from Sheridan auctions
GrayBeard Castle: To many extra costs
nichole stiffler: This was our first time bidding online and it was an easy purchase. Picking up was even easier! The guys in the shop helped my daughter and I today. I even tried to pay them for their help and they wouldn't take it. Top notch employees, from the office staff to the garage!
Amanda: Love all the auctions, great variety of types and items. Opportunity for really great deals. Staff are friendly
Jerry Lawson: Great auction service
Joanne Galloway: Sheridan has a clear vision of their calendar including clearly defined steps to launch, promote, conduct, and close each auction successfully. We contracted with them to market our farm, equipment, vintage and household goods. They were enthusiastic and professional from start to finish. (Although he's a crowd pleaser, we kept the dog!)
Tina Francis: Would give 0 if they would let me! BUYER BEWARE! CONS! Posted a description of dump truck as "runs great" , rebuilt motor, dump works. Goes up but had to beat it to go down! Motor surged, no radiator fluid, frame rusted, twisted and bent on "inside" but had metal plates welded on outside so you couldnt see because it had dead batteries so you had to bring your own and change them. Should at least make seller and themselves responsible for description. Instead we we're flagged from buying anything ever again because they aren't responsible even for what they wrote!
Sarah Mitchell: I listed my house and its contents for auction with Bill Sheridan.I was living overseas at the time and needed someone I could trust to look out for my best interests and hold open houses even if I wasn't in the country. I was impressed with Bill's professionalism, his work ethic and the advice he gave me. Bill worked in partnership with me, over the better part of a year, to help get the best price for my family home and personal property. He was excellent at keeping me posted at every point. His entire staff are hard-working, professional and friendly. On a personal level, Bill approached the whole project with a lot of energy. He never hesitated to jump in the car to visit the house, make a phone call or meet me when I was in town. We had a lot of out-of-hours communication and Bill never made me feel like I was a problem customer although I know it wasn't always convenient for him. I don't think you can find a better person or business in mid-Michigan to handle an auction.
Jeff P: Neil Sheridan did a great job as my listing agent. He priced my home right and got it sold quickly. The closing process ended up being very complicated (issues with buyers bank, inspection issues, etc) but Neil took care of it all. Even though I had moved out of state prior to even having an offer, my stress level was ZERO because of how well Neil handled everthing. I really appreciate how hard he worked for me and my family.
Scott Frederick: I would highly recommend Sheridan auction company I have been on both sides of the auction as a seller and a buyer everytime I new exactly what to expect its as close to a live auction as I have experience everything has always went smooth Jason made everything as straight forward as possible thanks again
KATIE PITYLAK: We have spent a lot of money on large pieces of equipment with them. After buying a small $20 item at the time of pick up we had to go to the hospital because the baby was coming. After multiple emails and phone calls to them to tell them that I wouldn't be able to pick it in Owosso I asked if they could bring it to mason? They replied yes for a fee. I told them I'm not interested in paying a fee I was just saying it would get picked up faster if it was in mason. They have no loyalty, treat their customers like dirt and its always a pain in the ass dealing with them. Do yourself a favor and call someone else when you want to sell something. Their auctions always sell items for cheaper than they are worth, you wont get your money out of your valuables.
Margaret Gould: would lke to thank Doug Sheridan for conducting my auction . To have this event was not only than good , but was great. I found them good towork with and honest and no problems. For me to get rid of all my Farmall equipment with out a problem, was good and a lot of good memories. Floyd and Margaret Gould
GTW RALPH: Great Auction and great people top deal with !
Kimberly Pendygraft: How miss leading my receipt that was email to me for the winning purchase had the Mason address on it once I arrived to the Mason address I was told I needed to drive an additional 45 minutes to the auction house in owosso. After paying for my item I was then told that I needed to get back in my car for an additional 10 minute ride across owosso to get my item . thanks for wasting my time and gas it cost me more in wasted time and gas then what it was worth.
Patrick finnegan: Always fine great items at there auctions. You name it and you could fine it at one of the live or online auctions.

JJ Kane Auctioneers: what do users think?
josh wilcox: Great guys in the yard always helpful
Brian Myers: Friendly staff . But buyers fees need to be way lower than what they are .
outto lunch: Lots of equipment on sight
Scott Foust: Worst experience ever. I added a photo to show the email communication, after spending $11250 on a truck, 15 months of arguments they say I have to sue them for a corrected title. SCAM ALERT. They'll take your money and leave you with vehicles you can't plate or use.
frank borsellino: they use a company out of Ashland called Amber's towing and Crane service gave me no time to pick up the car by the time I paid for it out of auction There was charges on it, they did not tell me about, hit me up for 150 storage fee and held my driver til they were paidif you use them in ashland beware hopefully jj Kane will use someone else in future
Dion Brown: Dont do it! They will tell you to relax. They will tell you that these items have gone for x amount of dollars and that there will be a flurry of bids in the last 15 minutes. They dont allow you to put a reserve on your items to make sure you get what is a least fair. You will lose your behind. I could have received more by parting out my item.
Brent Graham: This was the smoothest transaction from an auction I've had in 15 years in the business. JJ Kane will be my go to equipment purchaser in the future. Special thanks to Rich & Kim-
Robert Compton: Great place good deal friendly folks

Geyer Auction Service: what do users think?
Susan Eaton: Great place to visit and get away for a while. We attend the consignment auction on Sundays (every two weeks) and have gone to the hay and animal auction (every Saturday). There are also online sales that I have bought items from. Feed prices are good, and there's a small section of horse products and equipment in the store.
Amanda Heinrich: Staff is always super nice and personable. It was great to be able to pick up some fresh eggs while we were there too.
Paul Joyce: Consignment auction is a scam. They sell clocks with missing parts. And it’s not disclosed in the auction description. Beware.
Charlotte Hadley: Animals sell at 11am every Saturday, hay/wood/straw sells at 9am I believe (we only come for the animals). It’s a pretty decent place. I’ve had good luck buying animals from here. I just wish the staff were more welcoming and polite. Luckily you don’t have to deal with them very much.
Carolyn M: Friendly people.
Roy Osterhout: Good place to get rid of quality items you don't want
cathy Graves: Great auction
Sam Schulte: Extremely rude. As other reviees said, it's like they sniff out new people and favor old timers.I tried bringing some equipment as a consignor and after explaining what I had, I was told to "keep my junk at home and sell it on my lawn". Which is hilarious because I've been to the auctions, and they sell similar stuff all the time (for top dollar) and it's roached out junk. Also, don't waste your time with the auction. The good high dollar items fly by and the hammer drops before you even know what going on. However, they WILL go piece by piece on low value items (garage sale junk), holding the bidding open FOREVER hoping to get $3. I've even seen them sell an eitre outdoor furniture piece by piece! They need to learn how to bundle smaller items together to keep things moving. They also need a 2nd auctioneer working the lots from the other end. If you're waiting for something at the very end, good luck, because you'll easily be there waiting until 3 or 4 in the afternoon to get there.Terrible place of business, terrible service, terrible people.
Dls chnell: Great deals and healthy animals..doing great Geyers.
Mary Idunno: Long drive, 6 hours round trip and didn't get what we went for...yet.
E P: I just moved out this way and was told this was the place to find some firewood along with small animals for auction. I showed up Saturday morning and tried to figure out how everything worked... I looked for signs on the wall and see if there was a schedule on the auctions or even how to register. I politely asked one of the girls that worked there if I could just ask her a quick question and she never even looked up but said "ask the guy over there" without pointing or anything... Like what is that?I looked around for a sec or two and could not figure out who she was trying to tell me to talk to. Luckily another gentleman there had overheard the question and pointed me to the person that she was referencing. The guy she referred me to was the auctioneer who was just sitting on a stool not doing anything so I figured he would know. Once again I politely asked him if he could explain to me how this worked. Instead I just got short answers from him that really didn't make much sense as to how I register or anything. The guy was beyond rude. I guess they can sniff out new people in this place and just keep you out of the loop when they want.Glad they're good at welcoming new people to the neighborhood.
Billy Juckett: I love that owner guy he is true and a little stern very successful and determined fosho
Lee Tickner: Great service and low prices!
Kari P: We frequent auctions around the state and when we attended this auction we were very disappointed with the service. The auctioneer was very rude to his staff and to us upon receiving our animals as there was a mistake made by auction staff. Someone in this man's position should not have demonstrated the behavior he did. His behavior and language were poor enough for my kids to make remarks about it. We will not recommend or return.
terese b: Great prices and great fun. You gotta check this out!
Jeffrey Stanton: Best people to be around exlent service
GrayBeard Castle: Great people
Brett Newsom: Great staff with helpful service! Shop local and support our community!
Jan smyth: Auctioner needs to slow down and say the selling price before he says sold. He goes too fast for people that are bidding to know weather they are in the lead or need to keep bobbing.
Jessica Modert: This is the place to get your feed from. They are very knowledgeable and will take the time to help you get the correct feed for your animals.I recently had a conversation with the owner about chickens and feed. I had told him I hate that I'm paying for feed that I end up shoveling off the floor. He asked well why do you use laying mash? I didn't have a real answer beside that that's the feed that I have used for "millions of years" ever since I got my first chicken back in the 90s. He educated me on crumble and pellets. The selling point was that I wouldn't be wasting money on feed any more. He's right! I have been using the crumble feed for months now and when we clean the pens there isn't ANY feed on the ground!!!Thanks Steve for helping me save money.
Mickey Martin: Great place to get animal products. Hay auction is great. I wish people would wear masks or if they don't want to keep socially distance.

ADESA Lansing: what do users think?
Lolita Frazier: Nice place friendly
Christopher Busche: Polite, friendly, fast atmosphere.
Craig Mosburg: Great place. Thanks to the young lady who helped me locate my Dodge Journey. The gatehouse lady was fun to work with. Always smiling.
ray hall: Embarrassing staff hassle members of the public when they should be working
CREOLE: Wow, don't know his name by one of your drivers, is an embarrassment to your company. He was Caucasian and was very large. He approached 2 gentlemen standing on public property, filming, then called 911 and falsely report one of the gentleman having a gun. Please, take a minute to watch a video named "Adesa Landing Carvana" and see if you approve of his actions.
Ricardo Rasberry: Can’t drive the cars. What dealer in their right minds would buy a car without driving it. Until they fix this they’ll never see our dealership attending their sale.
Brienza apresenta Chicago: Good
Tammy Ibarra: Staff is the kindest around
Zandra Riley: Great we in and out in know time
Charles Schmitt: Great cars great people
Tom Snyder: I wonder if they are hiring drivers please let me know
David Bouchard: Its very professionalThe guards are very helpful. They know where the cars are so you dont spend a lot of time looking for themMy advice do business with Adesa
David Keyes: Nice place
Trac User: Previous managers were far better. Currently the inventory is overpriced.
Brandy stath: Small, clean and efficient! ADESA has been courteous and easy to do business with.
maher alabrahimi: JUNK AUCTION . EVER SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO OPERATE HERE , SELLING CARS WITHOUT KEYS THEN HAVING KEYS MADE AFTERWARDS, VERY RUDE SERVICE ( TAMMY ) LIKE TO KISS UP FOR NEW CAR STORES BUT APPARENTLY SMALL DEALERS DONT MATTER ANYMORE
Reemon Youno: The worst service I ever see as Customer service
Jasim Alshahir: Junck
Joe Miodonski: nicest people to deal with in an auction go out of there way for you and really appreciate your business!!!
Rosie Jones: Customer service is not a part of the job requirements. Yes we were accommodated with our arrival time for the appointment yet we arrived and there was no one else there. It took them over 40+ minutes to tell us that they had no idea when we'd receive the car. This is mad crazy.... horribly disappointed....
Cindy Fellem: Pretty great auction house.
