Robert Kerr: In April of this year (2021, we were directed to gerber Collission, when a tree branch fell on our car, damaging the hood and windshield.Gerber replaced the windshield, and the hood, after it was determined that the hood could not be straightened.When we went to pick up our car several days later, we quickly observed that the hood was not properly installed, as the passenger side gaps were significantly tighter to the body, than the Drivers side, and tight enough that I noted concern that paint chipping would be likely if left that close. we went to the counter person, and he noted that they were about to close, but had a tech take the car back in and try to better align the hood.They brought that car back out, with a slightly better alignment of the hood, noting that the aftermarket hood may not fit the same as an OEM hood, but was what was covered by insurance. Fast forward just over a half a year, Early November, and the 1st cold snap. As soon as cold hit, we started noting, that the door was actually contacting the hood and fender, one of the areas where we had previously noted the tight gaps. After contacting Gerber, they declined to adjust the hood, unless Farmers insurance issues additional payments, and further claims that they warned against adjusting the hood (that they agreed was a poor fit at the time and re-adjusted), so now, we are having to take Gerber and our Insurance company to small claims to get these issuers resolved (and it won't be by Gerber....)Services:Body Trim,Auto glass repair

John Lucas: I Jack knifed a short single axle trailer and crunched the rear quarter. I had just had the truck rust proofed and undercoated and didn't want to have that re-done. I asked Austin if he thought they could just pull it out instead of replacing the whole box side. I was even willing to take less than perfect. I remember saying it's a truck, and it'll eventually get dings, scratches, and whatevers. I don't have a trained eye for this kind of thing, and I'm sure there is something wrong, but I certainly can't tell. I'm very happy and I highly recommend this shop. Plus they only had it 4 days!

Sean Cullen: We gave Driven our car on July 12, 2022 to do some body repairs for an insurance claim. They had to get some parts for it but got them in a reasonable amount of time. As of July 26 they had all the parts in that they needed to make the repairs. It is now 3 weeks plus one day since then and they have not even started painting it yet and are telling me that they "hope" to have it done by next Friday, the 26th of August. In my line of work when I hear that it usually means it's not going to get done in that time frame. They were unable to give me an explanation as to why the process is taking so long other than the usual "there's a lot of variables" line. I am not paying for this work because it's covered by insurance but it does not lessen the massive inconvenience that has been created by not having our car for what will probably turn out to be over 6 weeks. This is almost certainly the first and last Time that I will be using this establishment.Service:Painting

And to make matters worse, we paid for BRAND NEW tires and glass clean up. When we collected the vehicle, we noticed that they put on USED, off brand tires yet the insurance paperwork stated Brand NEW TIRES. When we entered in the vehicle, there was glass shards all over the passenger side.Now they aren't returning our phone calls.We will be pursuing this legallyBEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! Boppie: Well, it was recommended by a few people to go to Tripp's. I had communication issues right out of the gate, couldn't get a call back to confirm drop off date, even after calling twice the day before the tentative start date. Someone upgraded my Enterprise rental without my permission, after I specifically asked for the cheapest car they have. It wasn't Enterprise either, they worked with me on everything satisfactorily. The repair time was par for the supply chain constraints, so no complaints there. When I picked up my car the drivers side headlight didn't work, so they replaced it. Then the driver side headlamp lens is badly scarred from wheeling out the hood after painting...the damaged side was the passenger side. I didnt go back in and let them know, I was done. Headlights were also not adjusted, one shining higher than the other. No Quality Control apparently. Maybe mine was an isolated incident, I don't know. DisappointedFound another item this morning. The passenger side door has a crinkled up piece of trim they never fixed! It crim kea and creeks when I open the door. These guys are awful! Damn!

The job was not finished and she had to take time to take it back to get finished. I will make sure everyone I know to not take it there it was very poor customer service.

Mandolinman58: I could have sworn I did a review. Here we go (again lol). I appreciate this place on several levels. First the repair work they did is top notch. Nasty fender scratch with busted front end piece. Second this is a family run shop. The Tripps were professional, competent, handled my insurance co well, got my rental coordinated, etc, etc. Also I'm pleased to have them in this particular part of town that is a bit run down. Tripps took over a vacant building, total rehab and interior redo. Really classes up the neighborhood. On top of all this, I got my 25% discount of my deductable. Great business. Great people. I recommend them.
