M. Clarke: Staff were courteous and very helpful. They set up the tables beautifully. The event room was clean. The price was good compared to other venues. The only issue we had was that the water stopped working in the bathroom after about an hour of being there. So guests could not wash their hands or flush the toilet, which was more than an inconvenience. Otherwise everything was great. I would rent the space again, given that there is water in the facilities.
Lana Gevorkyan: I contacted The Sweetest Events more than once hoping to rent the BABY table. I emailed and I called and didn’t receive any call backs from them. I even completed the form on their website and still, no response. Hopefully, I was able to find another company to rent from.And then, the day of my event, The Sweetest Events send me an email asking me to rate their business. Such a bad customer service and overall experience.

At last we asked for help and our hero appeared! Their knowledge of the store was impeccable! Led us back down an aisle that we traveled and pointed to at the item we were seeking. Not only did the store have what we wanted the staff also knew exactly where it was!

Adrienne Cooley: Disappointed with our helium balloon order. 9 out of 10 balloons lost their ability to float within 18 hours. We ordered and picked up the balloons yesterday afternoon and first thing this morning they looked like this. I don't remember ever having balloons stop floating this quickly.Our customer service while ordering the balloons was really great, which is why this review is 3 stars. But we won't be ordering balloons again from Party City; between the cost and how quickly these stopped floating, it wasn't worth it.
