This time getting some fill sand for my daughters playset they went above and beyond for me. Not only is it great quality fill but the driver was extremely skilled and was able to maneuver my side yard through obstacles etc. and lay the fill at site of use effectively reducing my project time by at least a day or two. I came back to by the 2nd half of the yard literally 25 minutes later and they couldn’t give me the yard price. I guess some businesses care about the customers and some care about profits. John C: One of the reasons I shopped exclusively at the Dewitt location for my landscaping needs was the very friendly and helpful service of the employees. I enjoyed going there. I highly recommended them for your landscaping needs. Addendum: I went there a couple years ago and I dealt with a temporary employee for 3 consecutive days. From the first sentence out of her mouth she was sarcastic and rude and knew very little about their products. After 3 days of that my anger built up so much I couldn't think straight. Very, very angry. On the 3rd daywhen I finally had enough, I told the employee she was rude, she argued with me for a several minutes. She told me it was a "personality conflict." Some of the employees witnessed the exchange on the 3rd day only and they probably believe I was being an unreasonable customer. If they had seen what had transpired for the entire 3 days they would feel differently I'm sure. I went back later in the week and out of sight of the other employees she would make sure I saw her smirking, making fun of me. The owner was receptive to my complaints and I appreciated that. I haven't been back there for a couple of years as the debacle left a bad taste in my mouth. Perhaps I'll go back this year. I gave them a 4 star review because the owner said he would take care of the situation and was respectful and all the other employees have been respectful and helpful to me in the past. The employee involved was a temporary employee and the owner said they hadn't planned for her to come back anyway. Thank goodness.

Everytime we go in they choose to pick up the phone before servicing customers who are standing right in front of them to pay. They have an over all "I am better than you" attitude, and they treat their customers as such. In addition, during quarantine they did not wear masks, however they require customers to where them. In addition, they are almost always out of stock or in low stock. Even in previous years this has been a problem.This is over all an unprofessional establishment. Take you business elsewhere.
