Regina Rey: I had trouble hooking up my sand filter/pump I bought online. The company I purchased it from couldn’t help. Five minutes before Theresa’s store closed I called her. I explained my situation and frustration. She asked for my address and at 8:30 that evening she stopped by. She reviewed my set up, made a couple changes, and my pump/filter was up and running. Not only did she come to my home after hours to help with a product I bought elsewhere, she didn’t charge me a dime. I would have gladly paid. I was so appreciative of her going the extra mile to help me. I won’t be purchasing any more pool supplies/products online. Theresa has my business for life! I went to her business the next day and bought a couple supplies. She said to bring her a water sample and she will help me with my chemical application process.
