Ivey Matter: We purchased blinds from Barons in approximately 2013. One of the bedroom blinds has quit working. We took it into the store to either see if it could be repaired or replaced. He told us that we didn’t buy from them and they can’t repair it. They supposedly don’t sell Levelor blinds! 😳. I Googled “who in the Lansing area sells Levelor blinds”….guess what came up? Correct….Barons blinds! He said that we could purchase a Hunter Douglas blind that would be similar. In my search I discovered that Hunter Douglas BOUGHT Levelor in 2016. That, of course, doesn’t change the fact that we bought and had installed, Levelor blinds from Barons in 2013. These people seem to be shady and I would not recommend them to anyone. I will be making a complaint to the BBB.

Bill Meyers: It's obvious this business does not want that much business. The hours are 9 to 5 Monday thru Friday. People work those hours. I guess I will shop somewhere else. There are not customer friendly.

Jenn Rademacher: I ordered a house full of window coverings. I have 2 sliding glass doors I bought blinds for. On each set of blinds there were 10 plain white slat. They didn't say anything about it and wrote it on my order. When I called to question it they acted dumbfounded. The extra slats had not been ordered. If I hadn't called they probably wouldn't have ordered them. Smh

Kristen Furseth: I had a great experience with Baron's last week. I had a roman window shades fray and almost broke. Looking online for repair shops, found one to send the repairs too which I did not want to do. Finally saw Baron's and called them and yes they could restring it within 1 day. I ended taken not only that window treatment to them but added 2 blinds with broken rods. The items were dropped off at 10am and they called me at 3PM that same day that the repairs were finished. The shades and the blinds work fantastic and the repair charges were very reasonable.
