Lake Lansing Boat Launch: what do users think?
Steven “HaulStars” Adams: I've lived in meridian township my whole life. I feel $8.00 to park and launch your boat is not only excessive its a mochary.
Robert Augustyn: Great launch and very clean restrooms
Nathan Wilkie: Water levels are high right now and the new launch concrete slabs have been put in. The bathrooms are open until around sunset. The normal launch hours are sunrise to 30 minutes after sunset). The bathrooms opened for the season but do close during the winter months as they are not heated. The launch sells passes for the day and the season when staffed. We will be putting up a gate house soon. If you do use the launch please be courteous to those launching as it can get backed up during high traffic times such as weekends and holidays and the fishing tournaments (typically Thursday nights). The staff isn't always there so please prep the boat prior to launching to avoid conflicts.Contrary to popular belief this is not the best place to watch the sunset mostly because it is on the north side of the lake and not the east. The best place to watch the sunset in the local park system is the North Park Main shelter because it overlooks the marsh and has a clear view for a large portion of the year. The best place to watch the sunrise is at the south park as it is nearly due west from the sun at that time.Ice fishing can be accessed here during the winter but we do ask that you park your vehicle away from the water so other ice fisherman can also enjoy an easy launch.I have worked at the Lake Lansing Parks since July 2022.
Kittie Butcher: Nice place to sit and watch the lake activities or weather...
Matthew Gillett: Nice boat launch. It has two launches so it doesn’t get backed up that often. It has a boat clean off for after you pull out. It has a lot of parking too.
Michael jason: Nice, solid dock. Launched 17 foot boat easily even with very low water levels.
Travis Stoliker: Well maintained and very convenient.
Cory Chvala: Good boat launch! Can be very busy on the weekends!
karen alred: Lots of orderly drop in and pull out of a very wide variety of watercraft. A small native botanical area flourishes there as well.
Matt Hammond: Empty tonight, fast in and out
Nette W: Nice lake
M. Syarif (omcalip): Beautiful. And few people visit. When I visit it, it's only me and my little family. What a quality time.
Tomas Martin: Buen lugar, lo visite nevado en primavera tiene que ser espectacular.
Jake Smith: Easy in and out spot!!
Sue Saad: Very awesome. There's lots of people there all the time.
Doin the most: Mindfull thinkingThis bench is an amazing spot to sit and Let It Go
Mike Ramon: Love this Women❤❤❤❤
Sally Churchill: Well organized and adequate parking
NightOwl: Fun
Jim Delaney: Great boat launch.people launching boats are still more important than the rest of us
Ray Schwan: People who launch at this site need to learn etiquette and courtesy. They think they can just sit in the launch area when there is a lineup of more people to put in the lake

Edward Gross: We enjoy walking the trail from here, have seen lots of birds
JAMES JACKSON: Nice enough place, access to river trail. I think they need to upgrade the boat launch, it's in pretty bad shape.

Willow Canoe Launch: what do users think?
Ed Eyden: We pulled our kayaks out using the very convenient roller ramp. Makes getting out easy instead of climbing out in the mud
Ruth Gillett: Great little facility with a nice boat launch and stairs to a pebbly section too if need be. Porta potty too if needed!
Derek Watson: Fantastic set up. Super convenient.
Chloie Bordner: So peaceful and perfect for couples looking for a getaway
Marshall Marvin: Nice place to put a kayak in or out of the river.
Steven Sparks: Can't give a 5 because I haven't personally used it. It seems very well set up and accessible. Also very clean and well kept.
Wrigley Bynum: Well kept. Always meeting new people here. I love these "access" points. Great for the community!
John Romankewiz: The launch worked out perfectly for the group of people I went with. In addition it looks like a local left water and a can of bug spray near the launch. A nice touch and a kind gesture. We will definitely visit again.

My 3 daughters under 10 did a good job. Looks like they have other trails by the boat dock, but we only did the one trail.
