Robin Bowen: Just bad from the minute I walked in the door.Told 1/2 hour.2 1/2 hours later still was not looked at.End the end i was charged for balance and rotation that was never done.Went back to talk to owner and a senor lighting up which it hadnt done until after work done on my Van.Cost $50 so it wasnt charged because I had paid for Tire Balance and rotation that wasnt done.To bad my time on both days didnt matter.All i can say is shame on dishonest business.

Noel O: Edit: Adado offered to do the job for 25% of the price of everyone else that I called. Over 1 year later, the job is still holding up perfect. Why waste your time and money going to other places? Honestly, if I didn't move over 1 hour from Adado, I would still be going there.Had a chance to go to Adado to have both brake calipers in the back replaced. They got me in on the same day and had the job done in hours. Had a chance to finally meet Bob and he was as great as everyone said he was! The customer service and actual service they do on the cars here is incredible. Also, their prices are incredibly fair compared to competitors .

marc wieber: So these guys helped me change my life! Unexpectedly I came across an UNBELIEVABLE sweetheart deal. 2019 5th wheel immaculate for 16.5k. I owned a travel trailer. Big upgrade. Was quoted 2k for a 5th wheel hitch install by c@?&],g w04/d. Called hitches and more and was quoted less than half that. Added a tonneau and mud flaps. Done in ONE day.

I accidentally called the Jackson location and the person who answered was super friendly and said he'd make the appointment for me in Lansing for this past Saturday morning. When I called the Lansing location a couple days later to let them know the size hitch I needed I spoke with Jason and found out that they aren't even open on Saturday. I was going to switch my appointment to Jackson but he said Dan would come in to install my hitch. Dan was awesome and went above and beyond. He even installed the bike rack for me and taught me how to use it. Everyone I spoke to at Hitches and More were very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciate them honoring the Saturday appointment and especially Dan for coming in on his day off. I highly recommend them.
