HiiT Fitness: what do users think?
Miranda Regenold: Absolutely love this place! Incredible trainers that really care about you as a person and not just as a client. They do an incredible job pushing everyone in each class and makes you want to come back over and over again.Would highly recommend joining!
Coach Nate: Great place to work! If you are a certified personal/group trainer and you’d like to gain more experience, Hiit Fitness is your best choice when it comes to the Lansing area. Hiit Fitness is a fitness studio that will help you explore your talents and expand your knowledge in the fitness training industry. You’ll have the freedom to write out your own workouts for classes with a huge and spacious floor plan and TONS of equipment. Get creative…so you can always give the members an awesome workout in order to maximize their results! But most of all, have FUN! That’s what Hiit Fitness is all about!
Debbie Balaker: At least once a week, the trainer/owner didn't show up during scheduled sessions over three month period! I was finally fed up and canceled my membership (to the contract terms).I was charged several times afterward, and I actually had to cancel my debit card. I am not alone; two of my workout buddies are experiencing the same thing with this shady practice. Check your credit card if you canceled your membership! There are better gym options available!
Bayleigh Penrod: Love this gym! Perfect when you need an extra push. The trainers motivate you and the music is awesome too. Love that I can get a good workout in only 30 min!
Sara Aspinall: Left a review about not getting a response to my calls. Now someone replows saying they did call back and left detailed messages, blah blah blah.Truth me told I know for a fact that thats a lie because my voice-mail isn't even set up to receive messages. Nice try though.
Jenniee Lopez: Nate is definitely hands down the best💙 he will definitely push n motivate you for sure!! Always a great time there
Ali Jahr: If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. This gym struggles in several ways. Trainers, especially the owner, were consistently late and unprepared. There were at least 10 instances over the course of 3 months where trainers were 5-10 minutes late or didn't show up during scheduled session at all. After being promised that this behavior would be corrected, I spent another month dealing with the same issues. Finally, when confronting the owner to request a cancelation of membership, I was flooded with too much information about the owners personal life and was told I had to pay a hefty cancelation fee and had to meet him in person to cancel. It was far more difficult than it needed to be to leave this place, especially since, this establishment was not delivering their end of the contract. After an intense conversation and negotiation that he insisted happen in person, I ended up not having to pay the cancelation fee.I've since left and joined another gym. Only to have learned there are far better local options available to the Lansing area.
Kate Ardinger: I have been a member at HiiT Fitness since 2018, and this gym has become like a second home to me! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun atmosphere and effective workouts. The short classes make it easy to consistently fit a quality workout in, and the variety and intensity of the workouts is much better than what I could put together on my own. Nate and his trainers truly care about every member and can tailor the workouts to meet a wide variety of fitness levels.I also recently did some personal training sessions with Nate, which is another great option if the classes don't fit into your schedule or you want more one-on-one attention. It really helped me push my strength and stability to the next level for running, hiking, and skiing.
Michele Spagnuolo: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Beth Schulte: I should have left when the owner stopped showing up to classes and appointments he was scheduled to coach. He convinced me to stay a member by offering me 2 free months, which I never received. He still missed appointments and showed up late to classes. I moved across state and he has continuously billed me even after contacting him. This business is very unprofessional. It’s unfortunate because I absolutely loved working out with all of the trainers.
Prakash Natesan: Positive:QualityWhile time and effort needs to be put in everything, the HiiT classes here are great to get a good tone. Nate as my personal trainer also pushes you to the limits that you think you couldn't do. It's a great place to break some sweat.
Pavan Varma: If you are serious about your physical transformation needs, this is the best place to join. Particularly, special mention about the trainer Nate in this gym. He will assess your body muscle and fat compositions using the ‘InBody composition’ machine and will design a diet and workout plan to reach your goals. I took personal training classes with him to reduce my body fat and I noticed the results showing up in two weeks. All the trainers here are amazing and are focused to get your results. Once you enter this training area, you will definitely feel the positivity and energy and will enjoy working with this team. Try it and you will love it!
Melissa Boucher: Very professional and motivational trainers, great class sizes and clean gym!
Moe Alomar: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityIf I could give this place 0 stars I would
EX Hitman: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityTHE OWNER OWES ME $575 AND REFUSES TO GIVE ME MY REFUND NOR TRAIN ME FOR IT!!!
Ayjay Ayj: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe trainers seem to not like what they’re doing and the reason is because the owner doesn’t pay them good, amazing trainers but terrible ownership! Bums for the owner!
Saad Alomar: I disliked some of this place such as the dirty bathroom and bad smell I preffered other gyms and that's all ! It personally offended me ! He called my grandma by her first and last name which he said multiple times after she asked him to stop!!!!!
Ben Dover: Critical:Communication,Professionalism,Quality
Charlie Tidwell: These creeps just sent me an unsolicited text message, even though we have no business relationship. Advertise your "fashion gym" in less shady ways.Edit: Since I cannot reply to their comment.I never signed up for anything with them. Didn't know this gym existed until they randomly texted me.They probably bought my info from Go Workout while 'Go' was shutting down/losing money.I'm a human and I make mistakes - on the off chance I did express interest in them (and somehow completely forgot about their existence), it would have been about 2 years before they contacted me.So like - what? You're telling me and people reading this - that you value your (potential) customers so little you don't reach out to them until they've forgotten about you?Doesn't make you look good either way.
Betty Fedewa-Bedard: HiiT Fitness has a great new owner! His name is Nate. He is so great at inspiring me. He listened to my concerns and my needs and helped to personalize a plan of action for me to build my muscle and lose the fat that I gained since March when we all stayed home. He has made his gym safe. There is a lot of members on this new Challenge. He started a 21 Day Weight Loss Challenge, just in time for Christmas. I am happy Nate invited me to join the Challenge. Being a part of a Challenge helps me push to compete and I am working out and I love it. I like that my muscles feel their strength again. And I appreciate that working out takes away that anxiety. Increased energy and euphoria are great side effects! The diet plan is an easy, healthy food plan that is so simple to follow. Thank you Nate and your trainers for caring about the fitness of your members. I am 62 years of age and feeling stronger each day. I enjoy what HiiT Fitness has to offer me and I think you might love it too! Try it and see for yourself!

Fit Camp 35 Okemos: what do users think?
Tracey Seyffert: Fit Camp welcomes anyone and everyone, in studio or online. The work outs can be as hard as you make them and want them to be. Need a modification? Nick has it! Need to be challenged? Nick has it! The best part of the day is the early morning class! Come and join us! We would love to have you!
Ehren Mitchell: Really nice class atmosphere and class options. Nick is a great coach. Would definitely recommend!!!
Kathleen Osborn: I have found the best friends and focus at FitCamp 35. I rejoined in May 2022 after my dog died and in addition to healing my heart, I feel fantastic and am in the best physical shape of my life. Nick Heuer is an amazing coach!
Krista Pellerin: I’ve been attending FitCamp 35 for about 3 months and it’s been the best decision I’ve made for myself in years. The coach and community are incredibly encouraging, ending our 35 minute workouts with “super done,” cheers and high fives! This contagious positivity has me looking forward to starting my day off drenched in sweat.Being new to this type of training, I worried I’d be unable keep up or be embarrassed by my inadequacies. It has been quite the opposite. This group has people of all ages and fitness levels, so the exercises are thoroughly explained, along with modifications for each. Customizing the moves to fit your own ability is normalized.Every amazing workout has helped increase my strength and confidence, while decreasing my waistline. I encourage anyone who is looking to start or change up their fitness routine, to come join us and see what it can do for you too!!
Joanna Cross: I started fitcamp in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. My goal was to continue exercise as much as I could while being pregnant. Fitcamp was able to work with me and modify exercises as needed! I was able to workout into my 3rd trimester. I’m currently near the end and plan to jump full swing once baby is born. The community and coaches are great! They help keep you accountable and work towards your goals.
Julie McLellan: Great gym! I was able to hang out with this fabulous group of people for a week while in town. I will definitely be back if we venture out that way again next year!
Nathan Daniell: Great place and great workout!
Renee Michelle: If you’re looking for a great way to get motivated and get into shape, look no further! Coach Nick is fantastic! He is extremely welcoming and amazing at making you feel like you’re part of the “team” right away. The workouts are challenging, and he is always able to modify each one if you’re a beginner. I am so happy I stepped out of my comfort zone and signed up with FC35. You will be too!
patricia ellis: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityEase of working out from home, still feel like part of a class and Nick does a great job and gives great feed back. I recommend to anyone who is looking to get stronger in the comfort of your own home!
Kathy Locraft: To say that the coaches go above and beyond would be an understatement! I have been a member of many gyms and have never had trainers like Nick and Michelle. Not only do they have daily "kick butt" workouts but each one is recorded so that Fit Camp35 members can workout when more convenient. The workouts are never boring and there is always a variety of exercises with minimal equipment and alternatives for injuries, equipment, or other issues. I truly believe that the coaches want each of us to achieve our individual fitness goals.
Kimberly Zepp: Originally I thought this would be too hard as I was out of shape. I started going summer of 2020 and was super intimidated. When I got there on my first day, coach nick immediately welcomed me and helped me get started. It was tough. But it was the best kind of tough you could ask for. Nick was patient, funny, and made it easy to understand. I could work at my own pace and push myself while he encouraged me. I have trouble with bending my wrists and he made sure to help me with modifications that allowed me to still get a full workout in. Nick made a lot of jokes, played music, laughed with us, and helped us all feel extremely comfortable. It's hard working out in front of other people, but no one judges anyone else. Definitely love this gym.Working with coach Michelle is a blast. She is sassy, funny, tough, and extremely relatable. She pushes you and helps guide you through each exercise. She makes you feel welcome and helps you relax when it's super tough. She also helps with modifications when you have to have one.Being that 2020 is the year of nope, I was really impressed with how clean and sanitized everything was. Everyone was outside and spaced apart. Everything we used was deeply sanitized after each workout. When we were allowed inside, everyone was an appropriate distance and wore a mask. Everything was sanitized at the end of each workout. Both coaches remember your modifications and add them in when they show you a new exercise. They make every workout, while tough, enjoyable. I have never actively wanted to workout before, but that changed when I came to this gym. It truly is a place of no judgment, friendly people, and quality workout. Plus, it's only 35 minutes so it's easy to squeeze in.I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to workout and get in shape. Its tough, but a fun tough.
David Luc: Coach Nick and Michelle are awesome! I originally joined in Nov 2018, 11 months before my wedding to help me lose weight, look good, and feel better about myself. Nick and Michelle are always so helpful, encouraging, energetic, and most importantly in my case they worked to hold me accountable. I love the convenience of the quick, high energy 35 minute workouts that never get boring because Nick and Michelle are always introducing new exercises and variations to keep it fresh and always cheering everyone on! Even with the pandemic going on, they've continued to adapt and there are live virtual workouts that are recorded and can be done later if you can't do the workout live with them. I couldn't have been happier to have had them at my wedding!
Rebekah Sink: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityExcellent, upbeat and knowledgeable instructors provide quick (35 minute), never boring, and effective workouts. Loved the outdoor sessions this summer and fall. I’m always motivated to attend these workouts! Cool music, great people; an all around terrific environment for meeting your fitness goals.
Diane Pauley: I can’t say enough about Fit Camp35! If you’ve been working out a long time or just getting started this is the place to come! Knowledge coaches, a great 35 minute workout and super friendly people. I love how encouraging everyone is. Come join us! You’ll be so happy you did!!
Shannon Kleman: I love starting my day at fitcamp35! The trainers are great and keep you motivated to reach your goals. The members are all friendly and it feels like a family there. I love that they switch up the workouts on a regular basis. I highly recommend Fitcamp35.
Jennifer Brown: Coach Nick and Coach Michelle are excellent trainers and make each workout unique and FUN! If you have 35 minutes a day to spare (yes you do!) I highly recommend checking out Fit Camp 35 for a total body workout in a fun and welcoming environment -even live workouts from home!
Becky Pelle: Fit Camp35 is an AMAZING place. The trainers are wonderful and go above and beyond. Our workouts are always different and for the most part fun. 😁😂 During this crazy time, they have tirelessly brought the workouts into our living rooms through live and recorded workouts. I am so grateful for how hard they have been working to keep our family active and healthy!
Scott Ferrigan: Nick and Michelle are very friendly and take the time to get to know all of the members and what their goals are. Workouts are challenging too, love it!
Joseph Wadel: Coaches Nick and Michelle are extremely motivating, supportive, and fun to workout with! I recommend their class (large variety of time options) to all levels of fitness.
Ashley W: I did semi private work outs and learned so much from Nick, the instructor. This was the first work out program I had done in years and he made me feel very comfortable. A flexible schedule was also a big bonus. Thanks!

FitStop24 - Lansing: what do users think?
Diana Lowry: Absolutely love this place! The sense of community is amazing! Locally owned and operated! Great way to support a small local business, get a fab workout and make some lifetime friends along the way!
Brian Gouliquer: Great little gym, perfect for what you need. I was in town for work and they have plans that are weekly and cheap enough to allow me to workout on the road. Gym was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely if I am back in Lansing for work I will train there again. 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Danielle Struble: Great place to get healthy! Friendly staff ,plenty of floor space, and many options for all exercise needs
Jennifer Wolff: Absolutely love FitStop24-Lansing and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a gym. Amazing equipment, friendly and professional staff, and an extremely clean facility. Lots of machine, free weights, cardio equipment and group fitness classes. The people who go there are very friendly and encouraging. Even during busy times it doesn’t feel overwhelmingly busy. Again, I highly recommend if you’re looking for a gym to help reach your fitness goals!
David Harris: Worst gym ever
Bayan Almjareesh: ever since the new owner took over this place, it became one of the worse gym ever! horrible customer service
omar mahmoud: They are very bad with customer payment service
J Nichols: Absolutely love going to the Fitstop 24 gym - Lansing! The daily HIIT classes are always different, challenging and fun! Great trainers that are personable and caring. I feel that management keeps the gym organized, clean, and I always feel welcome there when I come thru the door. Feels like family!
Shirecca Jones: FitStop24 is clean and the classes are AMAZING! If you haven’t tried them what are you waiting on!!
Tiffany Floate: Hands down the best gym in the area. If you're looking for a bootcamp class that leaves you breathless and feeling accomplished, you've come to the right place. The trainers are well organized and always ontime. The gym itself has a wide variety of equpitment that is clean and neatly arranged. They also offer one on one personal training sessions. All of the staff have been welcoming and most importantly encouraging. If you're looking to try a new gym I would highly recommend FitStop!
Dana Ali: Waste of time and money. Terrible customer service. Facilities are sub standard. The manger I dealt with was unaccommodating and rude. When i tried to cancel they said they would get back to me, instead they just auto deducted the next month without any notice.
Lindsey Padlo: This is the best gym in all of Lansing!! I’ve been with the owners now for almost 3 years, before they owned FitStop-24, and I will not go to another gym! What I love most about this gym is that it’s clean, has a variety of classes, trainers, and equipment, and best of all it’s SAFE! I never feel unsafe here because there are always trainers available when I am at the gym and they have become like family. I love my FitStop24 family! It breaks my heart to see any one star reviews of this gym. I am an actual member, and have been for many years, and the owners are always honest and upfront about all their costs. All one star reviewers I can guarantee you are not real members. This is the best gym in all of West side Lansing!
Sarah A: had a horrible experience at this gym, its harder to get out of that GYM MEMBERSHIP THAN TO GET A DIVORCE. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!! the new owners of the place are super deceiving and not trustworthy they will ask for your credit card info and just take out your money.
Mohammad Almjareesh: I assure you that all the reviewers who have given this establishment a five-star rating are fraudulent and have been incentivized to do so. Although the front desk staff may appear amicable and accommodating at first, their behavior drastically changes once you have made a purchase. Do not be deceived by any promises made to you as they are all falsehoods.not to mention I'm being nice by giving them 1 star, they absolutely deserve zero (:Oh yea play the card of “I don’t see you in our system” this’s very old btw
Mikayla Williams: Very spacious and inviting atmosphere.I walk in and immediately feel motivated to workout.
Rachel Garner: Clean, friendly and safe environment. No judgements by other members or staff towards their patrons. I enjoy going here for class. I can’t express how clean it is. I’ve been in my share of gyms and this facility far exceeds the rest. The staff are attentive and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. Keep up the great work!!
Carrie: Staff is friendly and the gym is clean. Has all the machines. Classes are fire! And so much fun! Allows drop ins without a membership. It’s a great place and ALL are welcome!
Ainslie Branson: Great Gym Amazing staff Phenomenal classes!!!
Amy Miros: Great gym! Great staff! Great classes! This is the best place to workout in the Lansing area!
Kaylee Marie: I love this gym so clean and everyone is like family
Omar: first of all, front desk costumer service is horrible, not professional at all , always using their phone specially the lightskin guy with fake green lenses , horrible place to workout.

The Barre Code - East Lansing: what do users think?
Evin Tas: the exercise and the instructors are nice but the management is really unfriendly. Really bad on customer relationships. I tried to cancel my membership within the foots month I started, meaning I don't want to continue the following month and they wouldn't let me. They said I signed a waiver accepting their policy on letting them know one month in advance if you want to cancel membership, and so they would be charging me for another month regardless if I will continue or not.The mentioned waiver was what I had electronically signed in my first (free-of-charge) trial class and I was told it was a health waiver. Didn't even know that I was getting locked in even if I wanted to cancel membership. I communicated this to their management but they insist on taking my money and not cancelling for another month.I made a completing to Better Business Bureau and they got back to me saying that the Business didn't not respond to their several attempts to communicate with them. This is the kind of business they are and it is really heartbreaking to see that this is a woman-owned business that is acting this shady. I tell all my women friends not to go to this place. Just wanted to let others know as well.
Tarah Thompson: Just took my first class here, and loved it! Great variety of classes offered. I took Meagan's class, she is welcoming, offered modifications to accommodate different fitness levels/conditions, and is very professional. 10/10!
Danielle S: The studio is welcoming and very clean. Class times work well with any schedule and the instructors are extremely passionate about the classes!! It's a motivating and inclusive gym. Highly recommend!
Lynette Ulman: The community vibe here is strong! Before TBC, I had never taken a group workout class. I was nervous about it! I felt so welcomed here and all the instructors give you so much hype! They learn your name and truly care about you. You will feel like family here! Can’t say enough good things!
Milica Bowman: If you’re looking for a sisterhood that encourages you and accepts all, this is the place for you! I feel so comfortable coming into the studio and love the encouragement from all. Since I started going I feel stronger and more confident in my body!
Arianna Knasiak: The barre code is an amazing place to get a quick, efficient, and HARD workout in! The instructors are so passionate and supportive! Would def recommend going here!
Evelyn Grace: I've been going to The Barre Code for a couple of years and I love it! Everyone is really welcoming and super nice. I appreciate that they have a wide variety of classes and times they offer them. I especially like that they have different fitness challenges throughout the year because they help me stay motivated and consistent!
Carly Filion: I absolutely love taking classes at The Barre Code! Working out in a group with awesome instructors makes the experience so much more fun than a typical workout! I always leave feeling refreshed and de-stressed! :)
Ashley Maher: I've been going to The Barre Code East Lansing for a few years and I still feel challenged each class. Instructors also offer modifications throughout class for the days, you need something a little different. With multiple class formats and a welcoming atmosphere, I enjoy attending each class.
Lindsay Naylor: Prior to Barre Code, I hadn’t found workout classes that I liked enough to keep up with. But I really enjoy the variety of classes offered, the availability, and most of all how friendly the staff is. They make sure to learn your name, and the instructors are super encouraging in class. I also appreciate the emphasis on getting strong and making time for yourself through working out, NOT to change your body or look a certain way.
Ann K: Barre Code is such a positive and uplifting place to find the strength within yourself. The best thing is that they offer you 3 free classes to try!! You will be glad you did?!
Caroline Breen: The Barrecode of East Lansing is the place I’ve been looking for for years throughout my fitness journey! I feel fortunate to have found a place full of supporting fun and uplifting people, and a place that I can now call home. They use different unique planned out classes to help tone and burn calories at the same time. If you are looking to get out of that rut, or just try something new, head your way to The Barrecode! You won’t regret a moment. I have flashback memories to my very first class where everybody could not have been more welcoming!
Kristen Umphlett: I love The Barre Code. The teachers are amazing and every class is SO unique. They make exercising a blast!
Melissa Hutchison: Everyone here is so welcoming and warm. All shapes and sizes are celebrated and accepted here. I love working my mind and body here!
Heather Blankenship: BarreCode gives everyone a place to take what they need for a workout! From the high energy of brawl to resetting for the week with Restore! This community cares more about your well-being and happiness as a whole and that giving ourselves that time to workout and move is a gift to ourselves everyday.
Jennifer Madden: Love this place! Great classes teachers and community!!
Karen Everett: 10/10 would recommend every time - TBC EL offers a wide variety of classes (Barre, Brawl, Bootcamp, and more!) so you can absolutely find the workout that feels best for you. My favorite thing about The Barre Code is that it is SUCH a supportive place - it’s about being strong, taking some time during the day to do something for yourself, and appreciating the body that carries you through each day.
MSUCHAARG Events: 11/10 such an awesome studio!! We were ecstatic to have Barre Code lead us in our fitness club's first workout of the semester! They led us in their bootcamp style workout + it was amazing- such a great sweat session! It is always a pleasure to work with Barre Code. They bring the best vibes- super friendly, supportive, + motivating.
Island Ewert: Great place to workout with a group!
Emily Lynch: The barre code has the most welcoming, encouraging community! I leave with a smile and positive attitude after every class, and the variety from class to class is wonderful!
Suliah Apatira: The barre code has easily become one of my favorite places. Its a very judgement free place to workout, especially if you’re like me and struggle to come up with workouts on your own. Additionally, they over a wide assortment of class times so it’s never hard to find one that’ll fit your schedule. 10/10 recommend!

YMCA West: what do users think?
Diana Huntley: Enjoyed the water aerobics class
Tamera Thuma: Parking lot well kept. More equipment than former Y we used to visit.
Kayla Rivera: The staff have always been nice so thats not an issue but for the pricing this place asks its not worth it. It has not been updated since i was here as a child so assuming since it was built! The water slide has not been up an running since we got a memership months ago neither has the rock wall! We got the membership for the swimmimg an the water slide for the kids The pool is not always open for family swim an if it is irs not long the steam room smells moldy. So we will be canceling our membership as i dont see the point in keeping it….. seems like this place is falling apart
Jeremy B: Cleaner than the oak park location but alot busier.
Mr Handsome: Recently moved here from Detroit. In my opinion it's the best ymca in Lansing. If you want to play basketball save get a good room in this is pretty much your best option. I honestly feel like it's a bigger is better situation at this location.
Ali Abdul-Wahab: The hours at this YMCA are not great compared to most other YMCA's. They used to be open much earlier and later. They reduced hours due to COVID, wich is understandable, but the pandemic is easing and they haven't restored hours. The facility is pretty clean and the staff is friendly though. They have a lot of feature and equipment. Including a pool, steam room, and dry sauna. The membership fee is decent as well.
John Dolbee: Very helpful and friendly staff. My membership was all messed up and they took care of me and let me know what I needed to do to fix it. Clean facility, pool was in good shape now over crowded or overly chlorine treated.
Erin Pratt: Love the Y - so many community and youth programs. I go as often as I can for the great pool, always clean and warm with a TON of open swim hours. I love the sauna and steam room on a cold day. Can’t wait for the slide to be fixed (almost there!). The facility is old but clean and a lot of different fitness options. Worth the membership!
Ann Lynch: Ko ko
Terrance Cox: I'm a Silver Sneakers member at this facility. The building is large with two stories. The location is in an area that's tucked away in a nice treed location. Plenty of parking.I can't say enough about this facility from it's lobby with a small snack area and vending machines to the front desk crew. They are polite and knowledgeable of this facility. It is well secured well monitored cameras and manned security on site. From a roller rink and one mile walking track to areas for boxing and handball. The five lane pool is open for all along with a smaller area for kids. It has a slide too. The machine room and weight areas are generous. Enough space for equipment for usage with plenty to choose from. All types of bikes. Weights. Nautilus and more. Classrooms for instructional sessions. Large men's, women's and family locker rooms. Showers, saunas and steam rooms in each. Can't say enough about this particular facility and the Silver Sneakers program and their association with US YMCAs.
Jon Stieglitz: Stopped in to look at a family membership. Lots was going on and the staff was still friendly. Can't wait to join.
Lzz Johnk: I got a membership here for the pool and would go a few times a week. The staff is friendly and helpful. The locker room was always clean, although several of the lockers are kinda warped or busted. They have a steam room and a sauna. If you go in the middle of the day, there's usually a lane free for lap swimming. People are nice and will share lanes if it's busy. Most of the lifeguards are attentive and professional. Overall I like this pool a lot, but from time to time it was a little dirty.
Elizabeth Scheffel: "Westside is the best side, pushing phat rides," Montell Jordan once said. And he was right.
Jesse Krewson: A great place to engage the community and practice a healthy lifestyle!
Jonathan C Gonzalez: It was okay took my kids to the pool and the lifeguards seemed miserable
Pwr Mvs Music Group: Everything is good except for the men’s locker room. Please remodel this next! It’s a bacterial cesspool with all the moisture and outdated shower amenities.
General Fresh: Broken gym floor, unused skate rental, old equipment, rock wall that's never open, kiddy pool slide has never been open for as long as I remember. Improvements are in dire need I barely want to spend my money then they raised the membership I'm low-key offended but my health is more important I just hope this Y turns around cause as of now I'm highly disappointed and always tryna find a better experience elsewhere but the close proximity and the available amenities keep me. I like the sauna, the steam room, and the hot tub. If it's money let's pray that Kyle Kuzma donates a million to the westside YMCA of Lansing. PS the children's summer camp used to be A1 before COVID, after there was a major regression, the choices are no longer abundant, and the spots are much more limited which is a staffing thing so it's understandable.
Tasha Warfield: I like it...steam room was very outdated though.
Melodie McDorman: Oak prak
Noname noReason: No good
Willie Peters: I love coming to YMCA because being a barber/tattoo artist at another Planet hair studio I always make new clients there looking for a new home no long lines no long wait located next to Biggby coffee and we’re great with the kids🤩🤩🎯✅

Orangetheory Fitness: what do users think?
Jaime Garcia-Vila: OTF East Lansing is an amazing and welcoming studio. For years I struggled to find a place where I'd feel comfortable and OTF finally did it. Coaches are constantly checking on you, making sure you're doing the exercises right. In a couple of months, I've seen more results than I expected, it's a good combination of cardio and strength. I highly recommend it
Rachelle Hollabaugh: OTF East Lansing is an excellent fitness studio and well worth the investment in your health. The workouts are a great combination of cardiovascular and strength training. The coaches are friendly, supportive, and helpful. The gym is also incredibly clean. I've been a member for nearly five years and am stronger and healthier because of it. People of all ages and fitness levels are welcome and supported; workouts can be modified as needed. If traditional gym memberships don't work for you, give OTF a try.
Trish Phelps: Terrific gym- inclusive encouraging- you will see real results! Great staff
robert henderson: Nice, but as you would expect by its location, it's pretty crowded
Ariel Newsom: OTF East Lansing has been such an amazing experience. The staff are all nice and the coaches are amazing. It truly feels like a family away from home. If you are ever in town, definitely come check it out. You won’t regret it.
Marjorie Ellis: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityBetween emails, social media and texts you always know what is going on at the studio.
Meghan Camburn: This is my 6th month at OTF after signing up immediately after my first free class and I cannot recommend the workouts/ this location enough! I have always felt so included and supported while working out at OTF. It is an amazing workout that you never get tired of with such amazing people and coaches!
Trisha Bird: Love OTF! Coaches are amazing!
Chelsea Nowlin: East Lansing OTF is awesome - coaches are super energetic and knowledgeable about form and technique! (Kelly, Liz, Shawn, Ben and Flex). The only workout that I’ve been able to stick with and I am seeing progress and feeling improvements in my stamina and mental health. Love the music too :)
john berndt: Exhilarating workouts, changes daily! Wonderful knowledgeable friendly staff encourages challenges improvement!
Polly Bashore: Orange Theory East Lansing has been my home away from home for four years, and I continue to be amazed at the difference in my health and quality of life. Great staff and support - highly recommend!!!
Leanna Feazel: Great classes with fun staff! They are always playing upbeat music to pump you up during class. The gym itself is very clean and everyone wipes their equipment between stations. They have a couple changing rooms with showers for those who need to shower before work. I definitely recommend coming here.
Elle Bennett: I love the OTF East Lansing Studio — the staff and coaches are amazing! The workout is fabulous and the coaches create an amazing and motivating atmosphere.
La'Rae M. Trice: This is the place to go if you're serious about investing in your fitness!
Chris T: Best place to get in shape! The best coaches you can find are located here.
Michael Robbe: Great guidance, good tempo. I personally made the faux pas of not eating before my very first workout (rookie mistake), and having not worked out for months, ended up getting too lightheaded and fatigued in the first 20 minutes. The coach supported me with liquid electrolytes and some simple carbs while I recovered. Greatly appreciate the teams support and consideration. Looking forward to completing my trial next week.
Amelia Cook: There is a coach that comes around to encourage, correct, and push you. At the end of the workout everyone is so proud of themselves and each other. I am the type of person who needs a team and I've found it here.
Brooke Merrill: I signed up online for a free first class, and when I arrived the employees at the front desk had a sign specifically welcoming me and they were very knowledgeable and thorough when giving me the run down of how the classes worked. The actual class was really cool too! The coach was super attentive to all the participants, and the way the classes are designed is fun and doesn't make you feel like everyone is staring at you. 10/10 totally signed up!

Court One Training Center: what do users think?
Julie “Jules” Lewis: Nice facility. Very warm inside. A little far out from my home. Not very good seating but sufficient with Covid because players can only bring 2 spectators. There are bleachers but the poles holding up the building block the bucket view on that side. Also makes it hard for players to stand behind the line for throwing the ball in as the line is directly in front of the bleachers and interferes with the feet of spectators. Small snack bar. The ref for the 2nd and under did a nice job of instructing kids as mistakes were made. There should be a rule that the paid scorekeeper cannot be on their phone and they understand the importance of starting the clock on time and keeping the possession arrow up-to-date.
Melvin Brantley: Great trainer in Hector, very knowledgeable in different bred of dogs and their temperament.
thecoffeemann: This place is great! I'm glad my kids can practice basketball even when the our governor wont open schools! Great social interaction and exercise which is what kids need!
Brandon Haskell: Dog training with Hector is the best!
Enrique Rodriguez: Reminds me of a elementary gym. It's really small.
Pretty Cash: Futsal indoors. Not a lot of seating. Bathrooms are always clean. Parking lot is gravel so usually not salted. Water is provided.
patricia brown: Chill soccer here. OK indoor gym
