Last month I send my coach purse for a strap repair, payed for it and was ask to pickup the following week, when I showed up to pick up my purse, she absolutely have no clue where my purse is, digging around for a while, just really lost. The way how she handled my service was poor. finally she told me the purse was not done. I have to come back for it. I was very disappointed, so I asked for my money back and left.we have to look for a new place now. But I will never come back here again .

Matt Hayhow: I would have given them 1 star, but the work she did was decent and the price was fair. That being said, I was told the repair on my boots would take three weeks and I would have them back on the 18th of December 2020, I finally actually got my boots back on April 26th 2021. I was told after the initial three weeks that, due to covid, the materials needed to repair it were on back order and would take an additional two to four weeks to arrive, I was also told I would receive a call when they were done. After another month, I called to see if my boots were done, received no answer and no response to the voicemail I left. I went in multiple times after that to check on my boots and was told three different times, weeks apart, that the materials had just arrived and the work would be donewithin the week. She used almost the exact same wording to dismiss me, telling me she was lying and was just trying to get me to go away because she had not intention of finishing the work any time soon. A full four months after the repairs were supposed to be done, I went in again and was given the exact same response "the new zipper just arrived, I have them glued in but still need to sew them in, I should have it done this week." I told her she had given me the same lie twice before and I would be in the following Monday to get my boots and my money, if they weren't done. Miraculously, the following Monday, only after threat of refund, my boots were done. She also claimed she called and left a message, but I received no call from her at any time. Again, the boots look good, the work seems to be quality, but the excessive time it took to complete the relatively minor work and the flat out lies I was fed for months, made this a very dissatisfying experience. I would only recommend going to P & S if you don't need your shoes back for a very long time and are not bothered by a complete lack of communication. She offers a 10% discount if you pre-pay, but I don't recommend you take this deal as you may never see your shoes or money again.

Norm Wolnowski: sorry to say but the lady was very unprofessional argue with me about my boots , do not go there the lady was very rude and was lying to me about what was going on with my boots and wouldn't quit , I will probably take them to another shoe repair place , she tried to put heels back on them and you can see gaps between the heel and the sole ! never never would i take anything back to this place , BEWARE ! All she had to do was glue and nail heel back on when I went there today it was almost 2 week should of only taken maybe 2 days Took them to another shoe repair place , they thought I did this myself when I told them it was done by P&S shoe repair they couldn't believe it , I had to pay them 45.00 to get them fixed right PLus the pics on thier web site doesn't look like it , there was clutter all over the place she kicked shoes out of the way (customers shoes) to polish the extra clue that was on my shoe , and if you see anything over a 1 star it's probably a freind or family , don't beleive it

Palla Saxon: Its messy she has a cat running around in their. One customer told her she was scared of cats and to get her cat and she did nothing. I think she needs to retire she has no help doesn't answer phone and have a hard time sorting through all the mess in there. Her work is ok but appearance of the place is a hot mess. Cat jumped up on counter in front of customers . Shoes and things are everywhere no organization. Junky is what it is.

Fir a very reasonable rate she will have you out walking again and looking good! Get keys made while you are there too ! I have needed a key made on. Sunday and thankfully she was open until 7 pm that day ! So do your feet a favor and get on over to P & S soon !!!

Paid at drop off and was quoted 2 week timeframe. 7 weeks later and many excuses by the woman poorly operating this place, not only was my item not complete but it was never started. The place is horribly unorganized and full of clutter, and the lady running the place is rude and customer service is foreign to her. I ended up requesting my item back because I was tired of her lies and games. She did provide a refund and because of that I won’t seek remedies through the court. I will NEVER go here again and highly recommend against anyone wasting their time here.You have been warned!

Grace Gere: So I needed to wait a bit so I could be a little calm. As you can see, I brought in my Gucci belt, to get a few holes punched since I had lost some weight. Well, the holes are messy, off center and too big. I can’t wear my very, very expensive belt because the buckle slips out of the new holes. The resale value is gone. The best I can do is buy a new leather belt and put the buckle on it. But you better believe I won’t be taking it back here.

I don't even know why they are still in business. I took my leather coat in to get the color restored. I called 1st, I was told that they could do it. I took it in & was told: next Wednesday after 2pm. I couldn't make it in that Wednesday, so I came the following Tuesday. They had not touched my coat. The guy apologized, refunded my $35 & said, he would have it ready for me on Friday, no charge. I said I needed it for a banquet on Friday at 3pm. He said come back Friday at 8:30am & he would have it ready. I came all the way from Detroit on Friday morning & he said "Did I say after 2pm?" I said no you didn't, I told you I needed it for a banquet at 3pm. He said, "You got about 20 minutes?" I said no, "Give me my coat!"I had to wear that faded coat to the banquet. Very disappointed!! I will never go to this place again!!
