Trinda Martin: Giving more than star because they are the best price in the area if you have a Costco membership and the the delivery personnel are nice. Customer service, making a mistake right, and communication is not a priority for the Lansing area delivery service.
Sonia Yardley: I set up an account for my mom for water delivery and renting a water cooler only to find out that they never came to refill the waters after that first time. This went on for about a year and my mom never used the water cooler after thise first initial bottles and said that they'll talk with their manager to see if they can voif the rental (which was $200+). Then, they deliverd 5 bottles accidentally after I closed the account. Only to pick them up the next week on their pickup day. And today I see a charge on my account and I have no service with them. Stay away from them! I'm so done with their games and so close to getting a lawyer if they keep messing up because I don't have time for any of this.

This is water delivery forcrying out load.Amazon can deliver seemingly millions of items in under 72 hours… Grubhub can deliver hot fresh food consistently to my doorstep in approximately 45 minutes.We’re talking about water that is grossly overpriced, yet people like myself are willing to pay for based on the convenience.Yikes Absopure… yikes… Is anyone awake at the wheel? Your business is not long for this world. Probably should consider selling your business to an entity that may stand a chance at saving your dumpster fire.
Ric Bachman: Worst experience I couldn't have expected. It's water delivery, it is not hard. They do not show up when they are supposed to and don't bring the correct amount of water. I signed up for 10 5 gallon bottles every 40 day. Sometimes they would show up weeks early with a full load, sometimes they'd show up late with four bottles. Save yourself the time and hassle. For the cost you might as well get an RO system.

Amy Ramsey: They are not kidding about the customer service with the other reviews. I didn't look at the reviews unfortunately, until after I had immediate issues with even getting the 1st cooler and jugs delivered. The first cooler was missing parts, so I had to wait for another to be delivered (I had to set it up myself.) I called to get a few more jugs delivered after 3 weeks and Customer service said they'd call me back with a day. Never happened. So after 2 days of waiting for a delivery day, I called and cancelled all my services. Told they would pick up following Tuesday and now it is 4:30pm Tues, no pick up. I called CS and they said sometime tomorrow because they're running behind. No time frame, call tomorrow and they'll give me a time. Yeah right....I was told that the last time! What a waste of time and money! I already called Culligan water and they are on the ball...they called with delivery time frame, even set up the cooler. I'm already extremely happy I switched.
Kamy Henning: Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I scheduled my first delivery for the first week in April and was told I would be getting a pickup/delivery every 4 weeks. After 6 weeks had passed with no word from them, I emailed the provided address asking how the delivery schedule works and if I am expected to schedule it myself each month. I never received a response, so I just let them charge me the small monthly fee for the cooler and I bought my own water from from grocery store. Now, 4 months later, I randomly got a $55 charge from them out of nowhere. When I called to ask about it they said it was for the jugs of water they dropped off and the jugs I did not set out for return. I did not even know the jugs outside my apartment complex were mine because it was so unexpected, how would I have known to leave my empties outside!? This is very unacceptable to be charging customers so unexpectedly and doing drop-offs/pickups with no notification at all. I highly recommend you do not work with this company, I just reached out to them for the second time and I highly doubt I will receive a response with the way they operate.
robert henderson: The worst customer service I've seen. They consistently miss delivery dates and then don't call you to tell you they've "rescheduled" and they don't apologize for their terrible service or ask how they can make it up. ZERO interest in customer retention. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they would "leave a message with them". Of course nobody called. With this type of service, I'm starting to wonder if they even use real spring water. So I write this review at the end of day of our second rescheduling and still no water. Pathetic

C Galvas: They reschedule whenever they want and however many times they want. I scheduled a delivery 2 weeks out. I called on the day they were supposed to deliver and they had rescheduled on their own. I told them if that's the case I need it in the morning the next day. They said that's fine. I called in the morning and got told 11:30. Waited until 1:30 and no one showed. Next day rolls around they still didn't deliver. They rescheduled on their own again. I'm being told tomorrow again, but I have zero faith it will show up. They do not notify you at all, much less ask if they can reschedule.

Angela Baker: Simular service as the previous reviewer's. We ordered delivery for our family do to having a new infant in the house. The customer service up front was Great for about a month... Our 1st water cooler wasent working right and didn't have child locks like we had requested. They said it would be switched out on the next delivery. This delivery came 3 days early the delivery driver left no new bottles of water but a new cooler with a bag on top because it was raining that day in our front stoop! Now we're months in and had to take our bottles in to fill our selves. After canceling service Friday they issued us they would be by Tuesday tip retrieve the two coolers & our 6 bottles. Guess what! No show! So now I'm stuck with two water coolers, 6 bottles and im calling another service tomorrow!!! Can't wait to duke it out with the bill on this one!!!!
josh tuttle: Don’t show up when they are supposed to and charge your account because of their problem. On top of that they won’t refund your money. That’s putting it short and sweet. I would highly recommend not using them for delivery.
Amethyst Ascension: So I ordered water, and my first time the service was great. The second time they didn't deliver it the day they said they were going to deliver it, no email, no phone call, just expecting me to be home all day I guess. So I call the next day, and they said it was out for delivery that day (which is today), but they couldn't give me a window of time. The customer service rep said they would have to make a phone call to find out when, and call me back, which was never done. So I called them 10 minutes before they closed for the day, and she said she seen that I called, however because they didn't hear back from the driver, they didn't call me back. So I proceeded to cancel my order on the phone, and then when we were attempting to leave our house a couple hours later, we found the water order put into the middle of our drive way. They didn't even attempt to ring the door bell or even come up to our door. I know because we have a ring and camera at our front door. My issue is not at all that they couldn't deliver the water when they said, my issue is that they had absolutely no common courtesy to contact me and let me know that it wasn't arriving until the next day, and that it wasn't even going to be until after their business hours. I will not be doing business with this company again. Good customer service goes a long way. I have to update this on 12/12/18 because I spoke with the owner of Absopure awhile back, and I returned 7 5 gallon jugs that I paid for with my credit card, After the truck came and picked them up over 2 months ago now, I was told they do not issue refunds back on deposits through credit card that they send out a check and it takes 4 to 6 weeks, and guess what I still never got it back, I guess this just shows their true customer service..shakes my head, unbelievable. I would warn about this company. I do not like giving bad reviews, and I like giving businesses opportunities to make it right, but this has been a bad experience the whole way around, and I'm glad that I trusted my gut with this company early on, maybe even the water isn't as they say it is, I didn't have it tested, but the integrity now has me wondering about that :(

Lisa Holloway: I live in the country and have really hard water. We have a water softener and filters on our faucets, but the water always clogs our coffee machines. My neighbor told me about the Culligan water service for drinking water. They bring us our water jugs monthly, and we use these now for drinking and use in our coffee maker. I've yet to replace our coffee maker, and it's been a year since we purchased the one we're using. Great service, trusting delivery drivers who take our used jugs and replace with new each monthly delivery. We only use 3-4 jugs a month, and the bill is less than $20 for water and delivery. No more having to buy water and carrying the jugs from the store to home. We no longer have residue in the bottom of our drinking glasses. I wish we would have done this sooner.
Douglas Ekholm: I like knowing I'm ingesting as clean and pure water as possible. I rely on the periodic water filter exchange so I don't have to keep track of the timing of it. I make sure my many plants received the same consideration.
George Cole: I've been a Culligan Customer for a while and I have over the years had trouble with a part to the Softener. They have answered my calls and serviced it and got it going again.My Softener is in my basement and their salt delivery is the best. They have certain delivery days set up and they call to tell me that they will be there at a certain day of that week and want to know if I want the delivery or reschedule for a different day. I'm 75 I can't carry that salt down the stairs to the basement. The delivery man does it and fills the softener up. Very polite and I have got to be around some of them for awhile very friendly and have a good sense of humor.Why would I change this for something else.Thank you Culligan for being a considerate business .

Ayo Maat: Correction and update 8-29-2022I have been a customer of Watershed Wellness for 10 years directly or indirectly through Chicago Raw, and Cousins' before they closed. I am now a distributor. I love their products and the ethics of Dr. Bob. He is a no-nonsense health practitioner who loves wellness and teaching wellness to those who seek it. The high quality of his products is untouchable. He also does not fear being ostracized for providing the truth and not sucuumbing to deceit of customers just to make a profit. I have purchased and/or sold Watershed's EC450 water ionizer, nitric oxide aka L-arginine, the book The Miraculous Benefits of Ionized Water, the angstrom minerals, papaya seed, Euglena for collagen, spirulina and chlorella tablets, Vitamin D, bacopa, mucuna, rhodiola, and ionizer replacement filters. I have learned more about angstrom-size minerals and their benefits through Dr. Bob. I now overstand why he prefers angstrom minerals over colloidal forms of the minerals. I am a vegan. I have an organic garden. So Dr. Bob and Watershed Wellness shed more light on the green lifestyle I have chosen for the past 43 years. I prefer protein in vegan form. The tablet form of chlorella or spirulina works for me. Dr. McCauley is a genius and his engineer is great on answering questions--you just have to wait until they are available. To those who have not been drinking ionized alkaline water long, it may seem so pure and clean and exhilarating. It is, but when you charge it with terahertz energy, the taste differs. I would like to see more innovation in helping all get affordable ionizers or do it yourself kits, so they can afford the ionized alkaline water and ionized acid water for their plants, skin, feet, cutting boards and countertops. The EC models are more cost effective than the other water ionizers, but still out of reach of the average senior, young person and seeker of health on a budget. While insurance companies pay for almost useless or ineffective medical devices, they do not cover or reimburse for the cost of water ionizers in which hydrogen or hydroxyl ions in the water and the oxygen provide the alkaline water that detoxifies the body.

Tim Lydon: The water we have out in the sticks is kinda hard and sulfur-y. We're happy to make the trip into Holt for good, tasty drinking water from the Water store. After a deposit, a 5-gallon jug is only $2 to refill...compare that to a case of bottled water and it's cheaper without all the waste of plastic. You can get a usb-charged pump dispenser for like $12 and you're good to go

Tracy K: Discovered The Water Store after moving to Dimondale in October 2020. Friendliest lady in the world behind the counter at rhe Holt location. She was great, very informative . and she gave us some decent suggestions. There's another guy that works there some days, he's really quiet but very nice. We will be going back as long as we live in Dimondale, which we plan to the rest of our lives. The reason we're going to the water store is because the tap water in Dimondale is so bad you can't even cook with it. Also The Water Store has great prices, and we love that they have 24 hour access.
