The management is non-existent; even from the managers . I'm an AGM at a Taco Bell and we provide better quality food, service, and atmosphere as a fast food restaurant . Kristan Maybee: I don't know what the heck is going on with this travesty of a business but I placed a mobile order, showed up at 7:45 (long after they opened) and not a single person was in the store. Everything was dark and the doors locked. This is also not the first time it's happened but how embarrassing for such a large company to have such poor management skills that you can't even open your business on time or have the common decency to tell your patrons it's closed and now I have to wait 5-7 business days for a refund.Your future is looking mighty grim, Panera. How embarrassing.

She didn't want to make a fuss so instead of complaining she went back to the cashier and re-ordered. The second time she did get a bowl, but still no chicken. She went back up and their solution was to give her about a quarter cup of chicken in a take out container.My food was fine; nothing special but not bad.

Kathleen Flaherty: Terrible Panera location!!! I was told by co-workers not to go to this store and I should have listened. Portions are always extremely small, almost non-existent. My daughter ordered a Pick-Two with chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese. The soup had one small piece of chicken, no noodles whatsoever, and the rest was carrots and broth. Her sandwich was barley the size of a large piece of crust and the cheese wasn't even melted. In addition, this was my 3rd pick-up order from this location that was incorrect. Today, I was missing two items that were paid for and listed on my receipt, and when I called, the response I received was basically "oh well". Zero customer service here. Save your money - this is not the Panera you want to visit. Very disappointing. AND shame on management for not recognizing that they have a problem.

Stella Morris-Bell: I ordered the creamy chicken with wild rice soup and a half Greek salad. I have a disability, but I can still do a lot of things for myself, like picking up my order, but getting about is no easy task. As I walked in, what appeared to be the shift manager, store manager , and an outside contractor were holding a conversation in the path for order pickups. They saw me coming but never moved aside to allow me to pass. In fact, the female looked at me indignantly. I picked up my order and had to part the Nile again to get through. To my disgust, dismay would be putting it lightly, I was given chicken noodle soup, not chicken and rice. I do not care for chicken noodle soup at all. I did call to tell them, and was told I could come back and get another soup another day. No thanks! A very simple order. Big difference between noodles and rice! Between the order error and the asinine attitudes of the store management, I'll drive to the Okemos location before ever going to the Frandor location again. And I live within a mile or Frandor.
