gonemtbiking76: The Golden Harvest again and again define what a delicious hearty breakfast should be. We dropped by on a Saturday with friends from out of town for the full experience. The eclectic exterior and interior decoration, unique seating process, great blasting music and ever changing board menu inside. Additionally, as we all know, includes a wait outside and two hour wait for your food (of late). We had a great visit and the food was Amazing! They are hands down the best place for Breakfast in Lansing.

Jane Doe: Was finally served my food 2.5 hours after I ordered. I was there an hour and a half after close bc it took them so long. Everyone who was seated after me was served before me. They comped others meals automatically but I had to ask for mine to be comped too, even tho others were seated after me, and ate and left before I ever got my food.

Ricky Longacre: This place is a just go. I know y'all have driven by it how many times. They have the BEST breakfast in town y'all. You can easily split an order between two people for the price. Can't beat it.The Blueberry French Toast is to die for. I'm not sure but I think they fry the bread fresh right there. Topped with custard, whip and blueberry sauce. 5 Stars.Biscuit Mountain is what it is. A traditional American breakfast plate featuring a pile ofbiscuit, made fresh, gravy eggs and wide cut large bacon strips.And the Staff, particularly Violet in front does an amazing job serving and making sure your dining experience is more than worth the wait.I don't know any of the cooks but Kudos to you as well. The cafe is chalked full of activities and games to occupy the time before the beyond delicious, authentic gourmet food is served.Thank you all for making cuisine for breakfast and serving us.Kid-friendliness: They have games all doing the cafe walls like Uno, Battleship, Chess and the list continues.

Laura Farrington: NO STARSI was so excited to go to this place. I goggled brunch places and this place came among the top. once I arrived, the outside had so much character. Unfortunately, I had the worse experience. First of all, the waiting time was one hour and 30 minutes. I waited patiently while having great conversation with my girlfriend. When we first walked in, we were not acknowledged for about 10 minutes and it took a long time for the waitress to even offer the drinks. However, I was very forgiving since she later apologized due to the lunch rush and gave us a complimentary French toast. After an hour and 30 minutes and no check in or updates, we inquired about the food which still was not on the grill. My girlfriend and I decided not to wait any longer and we politely asked to cancel the order. The cook got angry, removed the ticket order aggressively and threw it out while cursing and displaying the worse attitude. As we were walking out, she kept cursing and saying that the food was about to be prepare and that the waiting time warning is posted at the entrance. I was tolerant about the waiting time, not being acknowledged, no check in or updates; but I draw the line with rudeness, lack of professionalism, and disrespect. I’m surprised, they are still in business with such a horrible customer service. I don’t care if the food is good, I will never go back or recommend this place to anybody. I’m much happier eating garbage than being treated like garbage. No thank you.

Ben Graveline: The food was absolutely wonderful and definitely hit the spot. The reason why this is a one star, though, is the customer service. The restaurant was about half-full when we arrived, so we figured we may have a shorter wait than usual. However, not one, but TWO groups of four arrived after we did, got their orders taken and delivered, along with their carry-out orders, all before we received our food. It took 103 minutes for us to finally receive our food after being told the lie “Your plates are coming out next” numerous times. I was expecting about an hour wait, but I wasn’t expecting for orders to be served in some way other than chronological order.Current menu is only 5 or 6 items and is not reflective of their online menu.
