Aaron Clark: I rented a skid steer to work in my woods clearing some brush and moving earth, they sent me a skid steer with no doors or side glass and no functioning working lights. The day I gave them my credit card information, my account was hacked and charges were applied (unlikely coincidence, in my opinion). When I tried to sign their online document my phone popped up a notification from Google saying my information was just shared to 10 other websites from the nowyoussign.com site that they use for their online contracts. It took them 4 days to come pick up their skid steer after my time with it was up. I came to this company to rent equipment thinking they held themselves to a higher standard than the smaller companies I've used but the smaller companies have never given me issues on this scale. I highly recommend not using this company mainly because of their unsecure payment and contract system.
Gail Johnson: Great service and availability of the excavator we wanted. Gary processed our order online. The unit was ready when we arrived, clean and well maintained. We even saved money by being able to use our own trailer. Highly recommend MacAllister Rentals.

Lexa Bell: Equipment was good. Neither clerk was wearing mask appropriately. One sometimes pulled it down under her chin. Other below her nose cobstantly.
John Zimmerman: I had a good experience overall with this tool rental location. The employees were very helpful and professional. There were several issues with the stump grinder I rented - some of which could have been avoided by proper maintenance and some were not their fault at all. Took off a star for these issues but I was thankful that staff gave a discount upon return to help compensate for the issues. Not sure why there are so many 1 star reviews. My experience was very good overall.
Jacob Ranum: Okay place. They just didn't have the metal detector I was looking for. The other rental store I went to had it, which is surprising because they had less merchandise than home depot. Name was A1 rent it all.
yousif alhalmy: Worst location eve! I waited a whole day trying to get a concrete mixer. The first time they told me that the two bigger size concrete mixer are not working so I decided to go for the smaller size. Then I went to get a truck and went back to get the smaller one. I waited a half hour waiting for someone to come and help, and they eventually came in saying the other one is also down.....
Colin C: Very rude and terrible service. Rented a pressure washer and found it was malfunctioning at home and upon returning it, they said they couldn’t guarantee that any other pressure washers would work. Before wasting an entire sunny afternoon, get your rentals from somewhere else.
Diaz Diaz: Told me my lawn mower would take 4 to 5 weeks! 12 weeks later. I pick it up and it does not work correctly. No longer safe the blade does not stop spinning!

Severe Clip: One of their trucks was speeding through St.Louis at about 60 moh this morning in a residential area where the speed limit is 35.There is a school in the area but thank God the kids are still on summer vacation.

Joshua Nash: Noone has a clue where you need to unload. This place has 3 shipping/receiving offices and they don't communicate. Broker will likely give you the address for main building, but that's probably wrong if your delivering pieces of equipment.
