KILLy Munster: Clean & convenient location. Digital signage for Greyhound/Indian Trails would be nice to add. Lots of people confused about getting in proper line to board bus. Otherwise I like this station a lot & have utilized it numerous times over the years

Michael Steele: Despite security being on site, this entire complex has basically become the daytime shelter for the local homeless folks who aren't banned from the property. You'll see the same handful of people just hanging out with their other street buddies all day, every day from the crack of dawn until they lock the doors at night. Same ones down there begging for cigs and cash daily. Bathrooms are downright disgusting, even when they're clean...they smell like absolute death and could use a full remodel.

Toxic Platypus: It's a bus station. Buses come here, and you can pay to get on one and go places if you like. It serves its purpose, is what I'm saying here.

Nathan Caudle: Dudes tried selling me weed, kinda creepy and it smelled trash anyway. The information desk was nice though and so was security
Masum J.: They don't have the phone number of their drivers, they don't have the phone number of the next station. Customer service is terrible. The bus ran off without me during a (stop for break) and my things went with it. I spent $150 chasing that bus with a cab to get back on it

Piper Meloche: I waited for over 40mins at the will call desk and no one came out to help. I called - no answer. Knocked on the window - no response. No one was there. It's not like this was the middle of the night either - it was noon on a Friday! That is simply unacceptable customer service - never using them again .
