Charlie Regent: The building is easy to find. It's clean the process was quick.
Leonard Burdek III: Bus has broken down two out of four trips I've taken with them, one causing me to lose a full day of vacation! They rebooked me on another bus and covered the cost of a motel but still, it ruined my trip.
Tommaso Randazzo: Rode with indian trails from East Lansing to Chicago. Exactly what i expected from a bus plus more! Free wifi on board (a little slow but what do you expect?), an outlet per seat, seat belts if you feel uncomfortable without one, and the nicest drivers. Highly recommend. The only downside was an annoying layover in Grand Rapids, but nothing to fuss about.

Crazy Man: Terrible. I am a college student who has been taking these buses for about a year and I had no complaints until now. I book a ticket for 1:20, and the bus doesn’t show. Waited at the station for a few hours. Once again, absolutely terrible

G.R. “SpectreAChief” C.: She, the driver was thoughtful, I didn't realize that I was transferring from Greyhound to Indian Trails, (this was an emergency trip, returning from seeing my most for the last time, she passed away later that day) but when questioned she assured me directly that it was (I hadn't ridden Coaches since 1979) arrived in Grand Rapids on time.

Piper Meloche: I waited for over 40mins at the will call desk and no one came out to help. I called - no answer. Knocked on the window - no response. No one was there. It's not like this was the middle of the night either - it was noon on a Friday! That is simply unacceptable customer service - never using them again .
