I cannot say enough good things about this company.I am a retired high end cabinet builder and was apprehensive about hiring someone to do this job. They showed me their workshop and the initial consult was very informative and helpful. Elizabeth Hansen: We'd been talking to independent contractors and designers at kitchen showrooms for a year, who were quoting us around $30k to give us the cheapest cabinets and countertops on the market. We ended up talking to Centennial Woodworking and are so glad we chose to go with custom, quality work. In the end, we spent less for 20x the quality. The design is excellent, and the cabinets are solid and beautiful. Working with the countertop supplier in Flint was smooth too, and when we did have a communication snafu with the countertop people re:the installation date, Centennial was 100% on our side making sure the mistake was corrected. We did demolition ourselves but opted to have their installer install the cabinets -- he is a craftsman in his own right and went above and beyond to help us.

Ellen Wetzel: Jose is a master woodworker! He pays attention to every detail in his work and works with the client in planning each job. I live in a 126 year old house. He has done a lot of difficult, tricky work in the house and once finished you cannot tell that the house was ever different than what he has added. He made custom cabinets to match the existing cabinets in my kitchen and a hood for my range. He has just finished moving two doors to create an enclosed bathroom with existing 126 year old doors. He even mixed different stains to create a match for the existing color of the wood. No detail is too small! And he's delightful to be around. Even my dogs love him. He has long lead times but he's worth waiting for!
