Aaron Weller: I brought my truck in to have a lift installed. Upon drop off of my vehicle, I asked that they install the front struts on the 3rd clip for a little extra lift.Fast forward 2 weeks and the truck / suspension have settled and I notice the front has a noticeable rake. I checked the struts and they were left on the first clip. I brought the truck back to Vehicle Accessories and explained my case. I was told that the instructions say to leave it on the first clip and that it would speed up ware on the ball joints. I understood the risks, hence my asking for them to be installed in that manner.They told me they would make the change but that I'd have to pay for it but they'd not charge me for the alignment. It seems to me as a person who also works in customer service that one of two things happen.1 Do as I asked or 2 let me know you can't or won't do as I asked with some explanation .

Brought to their attention a shake in the trucK, They re did the entire front end. The second my husband left the shop it was shaking. So the next step was replacing tires. Still shaking. Takes it back in AGAIN and the mechanic test drives it and says there is no shake. My husband is feeling the bumps in the road! He's been on the road for 2 days since leaving their shop. And brand new tires are now cuffing out!! These mechanics seem to just throw money into your truck, without knowing what is truly wrong and then try to say it is fixed. Then will telll you to just bring it back. And continue to bill you as they throw money into your truck not knowing if what they are fixing is actually what is wrong.

K&S Trans LLC: Never work with Colton Loomis from sales. He is a liar. He told me a 2022 Freightliner Cascadia ( used with 17 k miles) is coming. I told him I have my own bank to finance the truck. My bank ran my credit and got me approved . After a week or so I got an email from Colton Loomis saying the truck is ready and told me the price will be $5,000 more. I wrote him a email saying our deal was $185,000. He never replied back to my emails or my phone calls. I have called him several times, but no answer. Today i have called him from a different number and he answered his phone. He told me truck is sold to a different person for $195,000. This guy wasted my time and ruined my credit history . The way how he treated me is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend buying a truck from this place .Colton loomis is a very dishonest sales guy.
