Therefore they didn’t have lids to fit the cups also there ice machine was broken but she literally at this point insisted on doing everything and went way out of her way to make sure we got our smoothies! She compromised but she made it work! She even gave them to me for free even when I insisted on paying and it wasn’t a big deal to me she still wouldn’t let me pay. It took a lot of time and patience but the effort she put it in was limitless! I appreciate her so much! Thank you ☺️

Fast forward to today, my mother called me and said that a construction worker knocked on her door and hand her the box that I paid over $40.00 dollars for and said it was delivered at the wrong address! It took a construction worker to deliver the box and not them! I will not buy or support this business. I rather go to Kroger or Horrocks to buy from for now on and drop them off to my loved ones.

Lee Lee: I would give this place a 5 star if the movie theater popcorn was sold fresh. Every bag I've bought has been sitting in plastic bags for 5 to 7 days. It only takes a second to pop fresh popcorn and bag it as needed.

Jaya Yacks: This place was great! I’m local to Michigan but not Lansing and was looking for a gourmet popcorn place to satisfy a bride-zilla from Kentucky! I ordered a LOT of popcorn so she would have the dessert table of her dreams. Everyone loved it. I ordered 3 different kinds of popcorn from Cravings, Marshmello Lemon Cake (adults loved this one), Fruity rainbow (the kids demolished it), and mackinaw island caramel (I demolished this one). SO GOOD! The bride was happy as can be. The bags were full, the popcorn was still warm when I picked it up. And the price was not bad for what I got! I pre-ordered on Sunday to pick up on Wednesday and was happy the popcorn was fresh! 10/10 will definitely be hitting this place up for my wedding popcorn in the future!

This shows the customer service at this store is unreliable, she didn’t even look when I called, I asked the question and .2 seconds later she said no.. therefore she didn’t care about my question enough to ask. Quite disappointed this was one of my favorite stores to shop at.
