Lee Chou: I just moved from California to Michigan, and my black car was shipped via trailer. It was riddled with bugs, dirt, and debris. Fortunately, Darryl was able to not only get all the junk off, he was able to clean it to look bette than when I bought the car new. The owner is so upbeat and excited about her work, it's inspiring. Every detail of the experience was clealy explained and every annoying question that I had was answered as if it was of the most importance. I had my Model S protected with PPF and ceramic coating. It looked better than new when they were done, even with 12,000 miles on it. I was shocked on how beautiful the paint looked. I had expectations but, the final product was better than I imagined due to the team taking extreme care of the car as it was thiers. I have a new Charger that's indigo blue and I wanted to protect the paint for the life of the vehicle so I went with the 10 year ceramic coating. It's so shiny now you can't look at it in the sun. More than that, the workwomanship and care were truly meticulous. The owner treated my car as if it were her own. It's a good bit of money but I feel that it's totally worth it on a new ride. Shimia Isaac: This is our second time using Lansing Mobile Detail for our Chevy Traverse and again I am amazed at how our truck looks brand new on the inside after our toddler has trashed the inside with crackers, splashes of milk, juice etc! I finally called to find out if the crew was behind only to hear that they said I called and cancelled, when in fact I didn't and the crew went home . I spoke with the gentleman again to hear that they had a "glitch" in the computer that cleared the appointment for the rest of the the day(how convenient for a Friday afternoon). So it was a waste of my time and half of my day. This business states the are know for detailing cars for dealerships and have been in business since 1982.However, I took my 2007 Malibu here for detailing services based on such good reviews in 2014! They had it almost 1.5 days, and when I picked it up, the interoir was still wet and just not thoroughly completed. There were crumbs still in the cracks and seems. The seats which are light grey still had some dirt and stains.I take good care of my vehicles. So it is not like we are talking grease and oil stains or anything super hard to remove. Minor dirt and grim as this is my everyday driver. They just overall did not seem to care about the work preformed and it was obvious when I picked up my car. Don't take my word on though, feel free to give them a try.Just keep in mind you might have regrets later. I have found a few other places that do a great job.Kwik Car Wash (Yes they offer detailing)&East Lansing Auto Pros.Both do exceptionally good jobs in my opinion!

Rachel Beyer: We brought my vehicle in for a full detail. While the turnaround was great, the final result was less than satisfactory. Some areas are dirtier than when it was delivered to them. The inside of the windshield is streaky and they didn't clean off sticker residue, the rear gate frame wasn't touched, the wheels look no cleaner than at drop off, and there's a bunch of speckled stuff splashed all over the head liner. Kneeling on the still-damp carpet showed that the floors are still somewhat dirty. I feel like we paid for a rudimentary clean and they they liberally sprayed a shiny, greasy protective spray on every surface. It's a long wait, no longer a cost value and the work done is consistently subpar. Today I paid for the VIP and I received less than when I get their cheapest wash. Dusty dash, dirty center console, trash left on the floor mats... I"m sad to have to write another bad review, but I'm all done with this place. Brandy Jones: I found out about this car wash when I first moved to Lansing over 13 years ago. Now that I am back after over 6 years this is the only place I come to get a quick and quality interior a exterior clean. They have been consistent and do a good job quickly. The guys and gals handling the cleaning and detailing are always nice and professional. This will always be my go to as long as I'm in the Lansing area. Best times are early morning or evening. Their long lines are proof their work is quality.

Kristina Siettas: I wasn't overly impressed with the service I received here. I paid a lot of money to have my SUV thoroughly detailed, and they missed a lot of spots. They also rolled up my weather tech mats and shoved them in my trunk without washing them. They also ripped up one of the plastic pieces that held my weather tech mats off my floor. They did replace the floor piece and ended up cleaning my weather tech mat and revacuuming my car, but I had to go back again. For the price I paid for the detailing, I was really expecting perfection. I won't be taking my car there again.
