BreadLicker: Do not get a membership with them they will tell you that you off you decided to accept renewal each year but I didn't I got charged the 55 membership even though I don't remember telling them that I wanted the renewal because I was just going to try it for a year to see if I like it and not only that they recharge the membership a month before it expires who does that stay away from this company go to Costco's or Sam's Club way better
Joni Riffle: I would give zero stars if I could. Found a Cuisinart set of pans at Canton BJ’s that I wanted. It was 15 piece set, a BJ’s exclusive. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any and it was discontinued. However, the Lansing club had 5. Great! I called the Lansing club and spoke with Daniel. I told him what I was looking for and he told me they had 1 on display and 4 in the rafters. I asked if I could pay for them over the phone and have them shipped to me. He didn’t’ know if that could be done, but said I could buy them on line and have them shipped. Again, great! He gave me the item number, and it came back no such item. He couldn’t get a manager because they were having a “hiring event” and they couldn’t be bothered. So, what do I do? I use my only day off to drive 1 and a half hours to Lansing to make my purchase. I go to the counter to ask for help on the floor (I need someone to get something out of the rafters) to which she says oh, I don’t think we can do that during the day, let me call a manager. The manager comes over, and again I explain to her what I’m there for. About 10 minutes later she comes back to tell me that apparently I was given false information. I saw the set on display. The computer says they have 5, but she can’t find them. I was quite upset. Why do you still have the product on display if it’s discontinued and you don’t have any in stock? Unbelievable - the only good thing I can say about that club was that Daniel was very helpful on the phone. Too bad he wasn’t working on Monday when I went in.Zero customer service there!
Chris Lesnar: Customer service are very slow! They need to hire more people that familiar with the technology ! I was there today to return an item. I stand in the line for almost an hour ! And they wasn’t busy ! It was just three people in line! They took such a long time to serve one customer !
Tia Terpening: I was an employee until recently when I walked out. This place is absolutely horrible, toxic and overly priced. They are CONSTANTLY short staffed and due to that they overwork their employees. The store manager Mike is the reason for the short staffing, trying to stay under budget with staffing for his own incentives. They claim to have an “open door policy” but you are always pushed away by the store manager when we come to him with anything. He gives eye rolls, shoulder shrugs and smirks when you try explaining anything to him (if he does give you a minute of his time).He was a favorite of mine until the day I walked out when he mocked my very WELL documented and LONG history of chronic illness (which I had FMLA for upon leaving). He’s very UNPROFESSIONAL and too IMMATURE to be running a store, and lacks a great deal of compassion for human beings. A great company is ran by happy employees…he has absolutely no sense on how to do that, just worried about making himself look good to those above him.My stress level has greatly decreased since leaving. God speed to anyone that applies for a job here lol✌🏻

Laura Curry: I purchased a membership in Feb 2022 after receiving a flyer that advertised a $40 store credit after paying the $55 membership fee. I had to call customer care several times to get the credit because it did not come as described by the salesperson in the store. My family shopped here several times and were generally satisfied with the store and products, but we didn't use the membership. BJ's sends multiple emails to me weekly advertising their products, but I am concerned as to why they did not send me an email about my auto renewal as a reminder. I realize that ultimately, it's my responsibility to keep track of, but it would be a nice customer service move to receive a notice ahead of time. Now I have been chasing down a refund for over a month, and have called their customer care at least 4 times because the information about my refund that they've provided has been false every single time. I am currently on hold because a customer service rep hung up on me when I was attempting to get answers once again. My advice--DO NOT GIVE ONE RED CENT TO THIS COMPANY! I would give a minus 5 star rating if I were able!
Charmica Terry: Another terrible experience at BJs! Every time I do a pickup order there is a problem! The app won't let me check-in, app tells me i don't have an order, missing items when I get home. This store is a disservice to Delta twp. & I will not recommend to anyone 😤

Screech 1977: Okay I was thinking about not renewing my membership. But I’m so glad I didn’t go though with not renewing! So far this year I have saved several hundred dollars on everyday items. I saved 300 dollars alone on tires (Goodyear) when compared to Belle Tire and Discount Tire. So much money has been saved on everyday items ranging from toilet paper to laundry soap. You really just have to look around and think outside of the box. Even water is so much cheaper! Yes I love this place better than Sams! I even bought my eye glasses here recently! No I’m not an employee or paid by this place but just thankful that they have saved my family so much money in this inflationary economy. God bless!

Chandra Rogers: I would’ve given 1 stars if it wasn’t for the guy at the door and Bob handing out toilet paper samples. They were really kind.Go to self checkout and I ask the lady does she know when produce comes in. No one was in produce so that’s why I asked her. She looks at me like ‘how would I know?’ As if I shouldn’t ask her a question that’s not related to her specific department. She then proceeds to ask another lady (with shaved head) at the small desk to the right. She too looks like she has no clue and says we can get a truck any day. That’s understandable.So I have three large cases of water and grapes and I’m the only one in self checkout. Instead of the lady offering to scan my waters, I have to ask her to scan them. Before I can even finish my sentence, she cuts me off and says, ‘I’ll scan it for you.’ Well oompa, why didn’t you just come over and scan my damn waters instead if staring at me?I’ve never received this type of attitude from this establishment, so I’m a bit annoyed.

Quintell Foster: I bought a truck here 2007 outlook it looked nice and was easy to get in too but not even 6 months the cadlaic converter went out 1300 after that the alternator went had the truck not even two years and the engine and transmission and the alternator are gone 6000 truck not even worth that and stuck in a loan I never put the truck on the highway. And keep the oild changed Called and was told the manager was out the country. So very dissatisfied with this place if you go proceed with caution!!!!!!!!! And take the car to a certified mechanic.

Megan Welsh: Wow, where to start? Bought a car that was advertised as great condition, ready to drive, no issues etc...well it overheated on the way home. After contacting the dealership to let them know we had an issue they offered to tow it back and look it over, and fix any issues to make it right. Well we brought it home several days later. We decided to be safe and took it to our regular mechanics to have it looked over and tuned up. Ha! We now have a $1,000+ bill to fix valves, belts, leaking fluids plus we need four new tires because the tires are so bad they aren’t even at legal limits. On top of all this the “super great” warranty they insisted we needed to buy doesn’t cover ANY of it. All repairs are out of our pocket. If we had spent all our money or savings on this car we would be in major financial strains right now. I’ve bought used cars before but never had these kinds of problems. If the car would of been advertised as needing repairs or unknown mechanical issues that would be one thing, but no, we were flat out lied to multiple times about the condition of this car and the warranty. It’s disheartening as I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this is what I get for deciding to buy a used car I suppose. Lesson learned universe.
Austin Sweet: Great place to buy a car worked with me on time to come in to look at a 13 impala LTZ during the week and on Saturday was approved and driving home to Muskegon. Warranty seemed a bit pricey in my opinion. Had no credit but they got me a good rate with my grandpa as a co-signer.

The way i was treated was the definition of customer service. I have reccomneded this place to both friends and family and 5 years later im back and excited to upgrade knowing ill get another great vehicle! Thanks kamron and staff!!!!

Brittani Robinson: First off I just want to say how much I love my new jeep! The staff was friendly (esp Angela) and they worked hard to get me my jeep even when I was getting frustrated. They even fixed my brakes at no charge 2 weeks after i got my jeep when I noticed they needed replaced! They had a nice selection of vehicles when I went and they made sure I was completely happy with my choice! And the warranty on their vehicles is awesome for the price. I would highly recommend them! :)
julie bowers: Im happy that A&K got me approved for my 2007 monte carlo ss but failed to comply with some of the issues that I expericened during the test drive and a few hours after signing the papers on the car. They said my car had a 120 point inspection but after A&K's Mechanic inspected the car and found it to be unsafe with broken wheel studs and a bad ball joint. With further visual inspection with my boyfriend Seth Myers we found other issues wrong with my car. We left a email listing items that needed to be repaired and fixed but A&K only chose certain items to be repaired. Now I have to go to a repair shop and pay for these items that A&K would not repair out of my own pocket. It just irriates me that after paying over $9,000.00 for a car that you expect it to be in good, safe, working condition with no issues!!!
Cally Cortwood: Due to totaling my car and having a low credit score. I was not able to reapply for an additional loan. one day I went and checked out A&K and luckily caught a lady still in the office. even though they closed hours prior.. she was gratious enough to answer the huge amount of questions I had. She not only helped me pick out a vehicle but she was able to get me a loan to cover the car and took so much weight off my shoulders. I truly am greatful. I love my jeep!
michael sofia: Excellent experience!! I would definitely recommend this dealership, and would absolutely buy from them again. The sales staff was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. We had went to a few of the other more popular dealerships around, and didn't find them to be nearly as helpful, or willing to go the extra mile to have a happy customer. When we found a few things that we didn't like on the vehicle that we were looking at they had it fixed to our satisfaction in less than hour. We bought an 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, and we couldn't be happier, it's super clean, runs like a top, and the price was much lower than any other place we looked at. This definitely isn't your everyday "guaranteed financing" lot!!

Turns out it needed a lot of front end work. I let them know and they inspected the car and agreed. They told me it was on them and they would take care of it. They told me their mechanic hadn't initially not noticed it so it was on them. No sweat! They really treated us great.

They even had the language writing so there could be no legal recourse. BUYER BEWARE. On the other hand at A & K Wholesaler they were very helpful will to do the right thing and fast, no delays or bull. I recommend doing business with this car dealer.
