Matthew Williams: We’ve used them twice the last year or so. The first go-round was pretty good. We didn’t know what we were doing, but were pretty happy as to what we ended up with, especially for first-time buyers. This second go has been more of a mixed bag. There have been some cuts I probably would have avoided at the grocery store, t-bones without a filet, that sort of a thing.

Tracy Scott: Love their great flavor of meat due from excellent marbling on the steaks and roast, also burger is just like steak burger. Packaging is always sealed and vacuumed packed frozen and delivered at the time that suit’s my schedule.
