Cara Nader: I called today looking for an item that was out of stock and would be unavailable for a few months.They person on the other end of the line was kind enough to provide a recommendation for a company that could possibly help. They provided the name and number as well as the name of the item to ask about.Honestly, y'all saved me so much hassle calling around to different concrete suppliers. The recommendation was perfect. Thank you so much for taking the time to help even though I ended up not purchasing anything from you!
Sonya Dunlap: This company has been contracted by consumers energy after they have updated the gas lines in my subdivision. On Saturday 10 -9-2021 at approximately 9:45 in the morning one of their employees felt the need to empty their extra concrete in the middle of my sidewalk. I reached out to the company today at 7:35 this morning, inquiring what their protocol is. I was advised by the gentleman I believe his name was Rob that he would have a sales representative come by my address and take a peek and call me back I got out of work at 4:30 and still no phone call or message. So I called them back placed on hold by their automated system and then I was sent to voicemail and no call back. It is not like it's a little bit of cement it's a pretty good pile This review was not allowingm me to upload pictures or I'd upload them for you to see it's an obstruction in the middle of my sidewalk. To me this is unprofessional ,unacceptable I would never recommend this company.

Rosie Lyke: A family friend recommended them to us. We called them for our sidewalk project. They completed the work that day and did an amazing job. We are very pleased with the outcome.

David Isenga: Hired in spring 2020 to add on to existing driveway. Seven new sections and front walk-way.There is now standing water every time it rains where the new section meets the old. Also, several new sections cracked completely across during the first winter and they got concrete slurry all over our red house bricks.The brick could not be cleaned completely, but they did what they could the day after it happened.When the owner stopped by to address the cracks and poor drainage in early 2021, he was gruff and dismissive. He claimed the cracks were too narrow to qualify for replacement and said they needed to be wide enough to fit a regular house key into before he would help. He told me to call back if they got bigger. The following spring when the cracks had opened further, I did call and sent the key pic included here, but nobody responded.As for the standing water, the owner admitted it wasn't right, but was only willing to fix if he could do it along with another sidewalk we were considering. He gave me a crazy-expensive quote for the sidewalk job which we didn't hire them for, and now almost 3 years later we still have standing water on the driveway and the new sections we paid good money for now have more chips and cracks than the old ones.Services:Concrete driveway building,Concrete sidewalk building,Driveway installation
John Vial: I requested an estimate from Able Concrete. The representative showed up on time for the estimate, and told me it would be submitted the next morning. I provided the representative with my e-mail address. I don’t consider the job to be a large job, so the quick turn around time seemed very reasonable. Several days later no estimate, and no call to say the estimate would take longer than expected. It’s the fall of the year, and I wanted to get the work scheduled before getting the cold weather sets in. Their lack and responsiveness and lack of professional courtesy is disappointing. I’ll look elsewhere Able Concrete, for a company that acts in a more professional manner.
Kenneth Schultz: One of your employee's parked his pick up under the no parking fire lane sign while blocking the mailboxes. No one received their mail that day as the postman drove by because he was blocked. I took pictures of the truck if you need them. Your employee thought it was a good idea to verbally assault my son. Beth Avery: I highly recommend Able Concrete! In summer/fall 2021, Able Concrete installed for me a fantastic curbed driveway, two side paths, a door stoop, a garbage bin pad and garage floor patch. The work looks excellent and that’s particularly amazing because the topography created some challenges. Their work transformed my property from looking dilapidated to looking well-maintained. It is a joy to walk the professional spacious newly designed paths replacing a tiny one I had before. It is a joy to walk the beautiful driveway, replacing the previous crumbling substrate. I had an especially positive experience with the estimator Mark, who not only wrote up the project in detail and expertly, but also drafted a drawing of the work to be done that blew out of the water anything received by the other companies with whom I received bids. Due to his excellent work, and shepherding the project through to completion, which included several visits, Mark really outdid himself and helped the workers to know exactly what needed to be done. The fact that he kindly came back and fixed up some concrete cracks and holes in my steps really blew me away. He also promised to return with some additional dirt. These things demonstrate the commitment to leave the customer fully satisfied with the best job there can be. The workers were punctual, nice, did each of their aspects of the job professionally, and cleaned up well afterward. Devon Glass: I hired Able to put in a patio and walkway. When the job was finished, the workers had severely damaged my fence and left my yard littered with excess concrete and cigarettes. Concrete was sprayed all over my siding and my brand new exteriors doors. They also did not backfill around the new concrete. When I discussed these concerns with Mark, he said it was my responsibility to "restore" the yard and they were not responsible for fixing the fence. I rated 2 stars because the concrete looks good so far. Don't bother hiring Able, they have terrible customer service.

steve sharkman: They do not do good work I have seen it twice with my own tape measure supposed to be 6 in in the driveway I got an inch and a half. Supposed to compact the sub grade they put the concrete right over the bad soil now it's cracking up. I did concrete for 20 years thousands of yards I know what I'm talking about.
Ron Zanger: I have a driveway and 65 feet of sidewalk to replace, but I will NOT be considering unAble Concrete for the job because they cancelled on my last job, without explanation, a month after they agreed in writing to do it. Under the circumstances they cannot be trusted to do what they say they will do.
