Corey Velandra: Absolutely abysmal service.My wife has called multiple times over the course of the past several years trying to get Rathbun to change her account information (name on her policy), which is always met with "you'll get a call back" or "we'll take care of it."It has never been taken care of, they never call back, which leads to more phone calls, leaving messages with "receptionists."We've gone through a mortgage process recently, and they have even been refusing to provide information to the bank. Our loan officer has said that he has tried to contact them multiple times over the course of the past 4 months, and they just tell them that we've "switched insurance carriers." Which absolutely is not the case.Terrible service, you will never receive any calls back, and they will always take the easiest way out of any situation that you present them.I would not recommend Rathbun to anyone that I know.
