mitch burkholder: Every time I come here, the food is a little worse yet somehow more expensive. Our entire table actually laughed at how ridiculously small the wings are now. The picnic table style seating is awful and unnecessary for the small amount of space it saves. Not one of my party of 8 was pleased with their meal beyond the fact that it filled their bellies. The man who served us was the only saving grace, because he brought a little joy to a mostly disappointing meal. As usual, despite being mostly empty, food was very slow to come out. My son still likes it here, but if not for that, we wouldn't come back.

Kaitlyn Mooney: placed a large order here for takeout of just wings. we ordered half boneless and half bone-in and when they showed us our order before bagging it we noticed that we didn’t get any boneless. the staff was very quick with offering ways to fix the order and had boneless wings to us in 10 minutes which is impressive for an order our size. very friendly and talkative staff that clearly love their job. only recommendation is to maybe find a way to label sauces. we got quite a few sauces and when we got them home we weren’t sure which was which and had to play a (very tasty) guessing game. overall great experience and will recommend to all my friends in the area looking for good chicken wings

Andrew Martini: Update: 7 months later I decided to give DWC another shot. Original review was 3 stars; I've upgraded this to 4 but have left the original review below as a comparison between experiences. I tried the boneless wings again, opting for sauce on the side. I'm not sure what was up with the chicken I had during my first visit, but these boneless wings were top notch - no fatty bits, high quality - no complaints this time. The barbeque sauce situation is still bad; I tried the Florida Citrus BBQ this time, and it was equally as a repulsive as the other BBQ sauces I tried before. Fortunately, I also tried the Firecracker sauce, which I've seen favorable reviews for. It's a thicker sauce with some slight heat - absolutely delicious, especially if chased with another bite covered in ranch. Fries were 10/10 again. I'll definitely be back, but I know to steer clear of any BBQ sauces now and opt for something else. 4 stars - can't give 5 due to the poor BBQ sauce showing, but if you're not a BBQ sauce person then the culinary offering here is 5/5.---(Original review August 2022)The good: Fries are probably some of the best in South Lansing. Paired with the cheese, these were quite good. This was unexpected.The bad: Boneless wings. I had high hopes and had been waiting for this location to open, but these were a disappointment. La'Rae M. Trice: The customer service is exceptional! Iman at the Cedar location was incredibly warm, patient, professional, and efficient, even running the place by himself with a smile on his face! I didn't order for myself, but my father said the food was good. I gave it 4 stars because they gave him the tiniest bit if coleslaw as a side. I think that's standard, so it's kind ridiculous lol. That being said, I stopped in here tonight for the second time and this location does it right. Wings come out fast and on time. I had a very large order tonight and while there was a tiny mishap, the manager Iman fixed it immediately. Anne up front was awesome and extremely efficient. John, the GM, also seemed real chill, even on a busy night. Bottom line, wings were fantastic. Always well sauced. Will definitely be making consistent visits here for wings.

Greg Zenker: Not an elaborate menu but the food is very good. Don't expect to get an alcoholic beverage as they do not serve them since they cater to those in recovery. Don't let that stop you though. Very filling and good prices. If you want a no frills restaurant, this is it. Very nice people there. I love their idea of giving people who don't drink alcohol a place to eat without temptation. They also have a small gaming room with a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and a video game arcade.

Hailey Porter: The chicken wings are so tiny it’s comical. You can see in the photo that a lighter is bigger than these chicken wings. The sauce on the wings was good and so was the Okra, but the Mac tasted like freezer burnt stoufers. Unless your looking for tiny wings that are overpriced consider going elsewhere.

I saw their updated menu did not old any grilled chicken items in their wraps or sandwiches, so I ordered the Cobb Salad with grilled chicken added to it ($18 salad).I parked downtown, walked in, took it home, only to find out that the reason you go to BDubs for, their signature sauces, both sauces and dressings were forgotten for the salad. Instead of eating it, I decided to save the salad and go to the restaurant the next day during some errands and get the sauces to enjoy the meal.The hostess was sweet, gave me the sauces without hesitation. But when I get home, I found a long hair in the salad curled up. Benefit of the doubt, I also have long hair so I assumed it was mine. As I dug into the salad to mix it up further, ANOTHER long curled orange hair was deep within the toppings. My hair is straight and blonde.Definitely an underwhelming experience - also being 16 weeks pregnant! As you know, there are only a few things we can enjoy without aversions, so I was super disappointed in the food quality and attention to detail overall.Overlooking the menu, it seems as if Bdubs is on the same track as other restaurants, alleviating higher priced wholesale items (grilled chicken et al) to save money in the long run.Won't be returning likely unless to get traditional wings...but the way my stomach feels even processing that grilled chicken, not sure I will be back :(
