Michoacana suarez: hello, good afternoon, I want to thank this club that receives our children every day so that they partly socialize with other children, but apart from this, what do I think of the club? I know others, and I speak out loud to one of my children since the first day he arrived in this place another child stole his money from his bag, luckily she noticed this and reported it thanks to that the child was picked up the money that I stole, and yesterday a brown-skinned girl told my daughters and another friend that they are her slaves and that they should do what she told them to do, as far as I know that is bullying and should not happen, Because these people complain every day about the racism that someone else does to them, but that does not mean that we should serve them and let them abuse our children in schools or clubs for boys and girls, I want to ask in the most Watch out for serious calls to attention to these little people who I suppose bring their education from home because these are not ways of treating other children, they must have respect for others, whether they are of the same race or not.

Cortana Melton: I have gone for 2 years and it is so fun but you half to be 7 to go there is a art room a game room a teen room and my favorite the tween room for 10 11 and 12 year olds before the teen room.😁😁😁😁😁😁😁

Offline: Great place but the staff are inconsiderate and use vulgar language in front of kids not only encouraging bad behavior but ignoring it I would not recommend your child to go here unless you are desperate for your child to go somewhere while your at work that is if your child goes to lansing charter academy because the boys and girls club only provides a ride there from lansing charter

Alyssa Durand: Staff are neglectful, they don’t report the items they should and forget to tell the parent that picks up the child after their visit of major events that occur during visits that could lead to the child being in danger. Not a good experience with this location.
Jane Doe: Just no. My ex husband was ordered supervised visits after being charged with a heinous crime (for lack of better words) I had sole custody and even though that happened I had physically no say about these visits. They state in their policy it is only the other parent in the visits and family is generally not allowed, but he had people come in every week family and not family. It didn't matter if it was people I wasn't comfortable having around my kids for all this place knew these people weren't even supposed to be around my kids. I've never felt so dismissed and concerned that I sat in the parking lot for every single visit because I was that uncomfortable leaving my kids there. This man had no custodial rights but got to call all the shots.
Jasmine Pratt: Awesome staff! Alexis is absolutely amazing. She's kind and super polite! This place is also one of the best places I've came to for individual counseling. My therapist is beyond awesome.
Dottie Skodak: Very effective and out therapist or rather our worker was very upfront with my child which I did agree on. He wanted him to respect him as well as himself and me. Very thankful he could talk with my grandson and let him think thru what was next of her didn't participate in this program and that he understood the consequences of his failure.

Brandon Piercefield: Great place we use it for play therapy for our 7yr old son who is autistic. His therapist is an awesome human her name is Ashley. She always makes my son comfortable and they have a good time. She always offers my son a drink and snack. There's plenty of parking spots and front door is locked with a buzzer to hit controlled by my only complaint the receptionist who seems to always be annoyed with her job and you come off as a bother to her. This being everyone's first interaction with each visit I hope it's just been coincidental to me personally. I don't know all the exact services they provide there but I've seen people of all ages there as clients. I couldn't be more satisfied with my sons care from Ashley and their services.

Deerose26: I don't like leaving review for non profit, however I'm extremely disappointed in the hiring process. I was excited about working a fulfilling job in other ways than pay, knowing that most kids that are self admitted and looking for help, and me being a mentor to help them navigate through life.I was supposed to have a meeting through an app called teams, I was only twenty minutes early for my schedule interview, I double check to make sure I had the right info. I waited forty minutes for an interviewer that never showed (Philip Gates). I called his number after the allotted interview time and was met with an unfriendly demeanor and a guy who just wanted to shift the blame.We set up a meeting for in person, but after taking a night to process what happened I decided to look for employment else where. It was tough cause I was excited about the opportunity. I just wanted to write this review because indeed has me jumping through a ton of hoops just to write a review.

I became involved mostly because of services we provided to the agency, but I've come to see the amazing work done with children, youth and families in our community.
