Everything is so expensive but the quality seemed really nice. I wouldn't spend my money there. I purchased some flavors vinegars.I will say, it's a very nice, clean, well organized store with wonderful customer service.
Steven Mccornack: My wife and I stopped by this morning, looking for some bowls for our Christmas dinner. This is the first time in years that our sons AND their partners all will be together! We looked around the store, and didn't really see anything we wanted. Then Maria (Marie?) approached us, and asked if we needed assistance. We described what we were looking for, and noted that we couldn't find anything. She said, "If you can give me 5 minutes, let me check our inventory in the back." We did - and WOW, she came up with EXACTLY what we were looking for! Our special Christmas dinner will be TRULY special now, thanks to thoughtfulness, effort, and care of Maria. FANTASTIC customer service!!!!!

Mitchell Moore: Michelle is extremely helpful and provides great customer service. She helped my mother with an online order that went wrong and was able to quickly troubleshoot and problem solve. I recommend buying your products in-store (than online) in minimizing any shipping worries and having a better customer service experience. Michelle also told me if the store doesn’t have the product in-stock, she can easily order it for you.

I recommend coming here for literally anything. You'll find something even if you weren't looking for it. It'll be there!

Peter Myers: Truly a great store. Looking for a host gift, and this was the exact right place to get one. We picked out some Michigan cherries, a bottle of maple bacon bourbon barbecue sauce, and a tea towel with the Michigan state bird on it. They carefully wrapped each item in tissue and arranged them in a free gift bag. The workers were helpful and so very nice. Great selection of gifty stuff and a huge selection of wine. I'm gonna go back and get that bottle of spicy honey.

Mary Ellen Lowe: Our preferred store for my granddaughter's art supplies/paints. She uses Posca paint pens and they have a large selection at $1 less than other places in town. We really the employee that helped us out with a few different questions. He was super nice and informative. Timmy Andrews: This location used to be my go-to place for beading items, but it seems like prices have drastically changed since my last visit. I'm not sure about anyone else, but $10 for a single string beads that was $5 just a year prior is a little egregious. Shelves were hardly stocked as well. A lot of empty hooks for beads or multiple hooks with the same exact products on them. The cashier was wonderful though which earned a third star from me.

Jackie Machala: I am very disappointed that I arranged for a design specialist to meet at my home about 5 weeks ago, from the Lansing store, she texted me a few weeks later explaining she was very busy and I said no problem, waited a few more weeks and called the store and asked if Tammie still worked there and explained the situation… to Lori, another design expert and she promised to have Tammie follow up with me and that was a week ago… I pretty much know what I want but may have to search elsewhere for furniture as no one from the Lansing store seems interested in getting back to me. It amazes me as If an employee searches my data base, I have spent something like $20,000 in the last 10 years…. I am in Sales myself and this goes completely against my philosophy of taking care of the client ….signed, still waiting ….
Elissa Stohne: Everything is so close together in this store that I couldn’t even fit my small wheelchair. My husband had to move things out of the way literally all over the entire store for me to get through. I tried to address it with a manager and she passively said they’d look into their spacing, but honestly that didn’t sound too promising. She just seemed annoyed that I even brought it up. No “I’m sorry about that” or anything. So not okay. So disappointing for a store to not be accessible in 2021 and for the manager and other workers to not even really care. Very ableist of them. They can get through so that’s all they care about. They clearly don’t care about people with disabilities. Again, very disappointing.

There's a pottery Barn store in town but the won't pick it up, I don't have a car, and I don't have the original box. They're not very helpful with returns. Very unhappy with the product and the return shipping accomodations.

Lisa Mollenkamp: I like Pottery Barn products but have had so many issues with their online ordering that I will never order from them again. In the last month, I asked for help from customer service to get some bridal registry pillow cases monogrammed, she told me she would put my order through, add the monogrammed ones and then cancel the non-monogrammed pillowcases because they had to be on the order first to get the item marked as completed on the registry. What??? But ok...she seemed to know what she was saying. Yep...I got and paid for, double pillowcases, monogrammed and plain. I let that one go. Now I am waiting over a week for pillow shams that were suppose to be here in 3 days. Tonight I ordered a gift for a shower in 6 days that said it would be here in up to 5 days. After I placed the order, I got a notice that it could be 7 days. I called customer service right away (no more than 10 minutes) and she said it was too late to cancel. So now I have nothing to take to a bridal shower. For such a high-end store...they don’t treat their customers very well. Not worth the hassle!!

Nothing was wrong with the box, we bought it thinking it was brand new, not expecting that when we opened it there was NO SOCCER NET, but instead 2 screws and used sand toys.Went right back and they wouldn't exchange it because when I left, the box was sealed.. Maybe the person who did this used glue to shut the box?!The 3rd person who came to tell me they couldn't do anything started screaming and telling me to leave after I said, "I didn't steal the soccer net" she screamed that I put words in her mouth, she never said that" and I needed to leave!!!!Not helping a costumer with a weird situation like this, saying there's nothing they can do is implying I took out the net and threw in that stuff.I asked for her manager, she laughed and said he's not in. I asked for her name and she laughed. I asked the employee sitting and laughing what was the others women's name and she just laughed at me too.I did take a picture to show management who all had been "helping me" but deleted because it didn't help the situation 😬It was a TERRIBLE experience and I'm thankful for the one and ONLY Professional who helped at the end. 30 minutes later I left with a new soccer net and we opened to make sure it was in there before heading back home.The world is broke and people don't give two hoots about anyone else's time but their own. Staff goes into it annoyed and ready to fight. This will be an experience I won't forget.

Derek: 9:22 am. Employees were walking around in the store. One employee was having a cigarette outside the door but both doors were locked. Hours clearly posted state 9a-9p. It was raining so we left.
Carol Green: Lights were on, nobody's home. We came at a little before 7pm (within the store hours on the door) and the doors were just locked. Super weird. Saw the reviews with similar issues in the morning but in the evening? Wouldn't recommend.

Wow.But the cashier at the dollar tree in Frandor did a great job, they were kind, personable and fast workers. Pretty easy store to find what u need. All though being the holidays the store was VERY picked over and quite a bit of stuff was out of stock, lots of stuff was actually.Hope they pay their staff well as not only do they have to run the cash register but also stock the store as well. Probably why there's always a high turnover of employees there.The location is convenient, plenty of free parking. And perfect pace to get toilet.paper cause no one should ever pay more then a dollar for TP or u may as well be flushing money to.Overall if you're on a budget this is the place to go. Convenient being near MSU for students to.

The cashier sneezed into their hands, instead of using their shoulder, then went back to ringing customer's up (at least use some hand sanitizer if can't use your shoulder). Just starting to turn in to an unkept, dirty, and nasty location.
