Linda Ashton: I was having sever pain with a pinched nerve and daily headaches. It was suggested that I go to a chiropractor but it was concerned with the price and that I'd have to keep going but even though my insurance didn't cover it was still quit reasonable and Dr. Killian suggested only a few sessions. My neck feels longer and I can stand up straighter. No headaches and I'm so impressed that I can stand long enough to finish dishes and cook a meal. Its been a great experience and Dr. Killian and his staff couldn't be helpful and friendlier. I'm so glad I took my nieces advice.
teresa baker: Cornerstone Chiropractor has done so many amazing things for me .I have been under Dr Killian care since May 11th 2022 I can now walk up and down stairs normally instead of one foot at a time and holding on to a railing for support,I no longer have foot or leg cramps at night, My posture has improved greatly, sciatica pain has decreased tremendously. I have seen a few different Chiropractors in my lifetime and believe me Dr Killian is one of the best, I highly recommend Cornerstone Chiropractic.

Holly Sisco: I had shoulder surgery in February. I was told by the therapist not to go to the Chriopractor. So I did not go. In July my mom was in Cornerstone Chiropractic. Told Dr. Killian. Why I have not been in. He told her coming to him could help me. So I made an appointment. He and I talked. I told him what the therapist said. He said why did they say that. I said, I don't know. Doctor worked on me. Set up appointments for once a week for while. Now I go once every other week Boy oh boy did these appointments help me. I got done with chiropractor appointments was able to do more with the shoulder, then the therapist.

Sheraz Raza: Had an appointment with Dr. Denise, who is an amazing doctor was very kind and answered all the questions and was really good during the services. The only issue I had was that they charged me upfront without any explanation of benefits being described. The lady at the desk was very rude and said that this is how this office works and you need to pay upfront. She added that they can't wait for the claim to be processed and then the bill comes to this your mail because people don't pay and they lose alot of money. Was a grumpy old lady! So i had no option but to pay.I discussed the case with my insurance and they said that this is inappropriate and they should nit ask your for the service upfront. Wouldn't go back due to the behavior!

Jonathan Walker: Great chiropractor with a genuine concern for his patients -- even calling in the weekend to check up on me after a bad fall in concrete. Adjustments are good. Exercises and after care are easy to follow and do not cause pain. Seeing a quick progression for recovery. I am hoping to be back to maintenance visits quickly by doing the after care and exercises as prescribed.

The straw that broke the camel's back was him being rude to my wife over the phone, when she was trying to make an appointment for my daughter. Push to do as little as possible per appointment so that you come back.Also, no one in the office wore a mask during this Covid pandemic. They might not believe in it but it's not for THEIR safety but the safety of their patients. They see and touch dozens of patients, one after the other, and from what I could tell don't even wash their hands between patients.

Amazing results in such a short time of listening and letting him help me. VA approved for in-network community care services.

Tia Terpening: I recently did something awful to my lower back, I could barely move. I seen Dr Dail yesterday and by this morning I feel SIGNIFICANTLY better already. I’m no longer jolting in sudden pain from moving wrong. I’m able to move around and function again. The pain is now a very dull ache and I can tell it’s finally healing.Dr Dail was very gentle, got right to work and I appreciated him praying over me for my pain to heal.This office is amazing and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming. Nothing but good things about this place!
IntuitionsbyNiko: So I originally was drawn to this place because of all the great reviews, however was not impressed and felt scammed. I first paid $125 after insurance for an x-ray that I did not need. I was expecting to get adjusted as well and all the dr. did was use the vibrating massage gun on my spine and said that was the adjustment.. after going to an actual chiropractor that cares about their patients and does a full adjustment first hand I realized that this place wasted my time and money. I was later billed $20 and they said they "forgot to charge me when I was there". I Paid it of course to be done with this place. OVER 4 MONTHS LATER they sent another bill of $42 that said benefits denied and said "it was a glitch in the system you don't owe" huh? so if I were to pay that and not call and ask for them to explain were they going to inform me or pay me back my money? .... I recommend other places

Kay Murphy: My whole family has been seeing Dr. LeZotte since he acquired the practice, many years ago.A true professional, he asks questions to determine areas on spine that need extra attention. You can trust him to take care of your children, no matter how young too!My girls rarely got sick as children, getting occasional adjustments.I no longer have ear infections or sore throats each fall. My asthma has decreased greatly, and my range of motion improves greatly with his adjustments. If you are looking for a great place to go to improve your health, definitely see Dr. LeZotte.

Dr. Rick fixes whats necessary and explained how to do exercises to avoid constantly coming back. Can't recommend enoug . On top of that, his rates are extremely reasonable.

Marcus: I recently visited Total Health for a ongoing back issue that had made my life....harder for the last 4 years. I've seen several doctors over this issue in that time and not a one of them even bothered to a xray of my back to really see what was going on. Dr. Richard Lezotte was the first doc to take x rays of my back so the healing process can begin. He went over the x rays with me to ensure that I knew what was the issues were. Dr.Lezotte is knowledgable and he and his staff are friendly. I highly recommend Dr Lezotte and Total Health Chiropractic of East Lansing.

Janina Kavetsky: Never been to a chiropractic before but was willing to try anything for my pain. Other Drs just gave me meds or sent me to pt without even doing any diagnostics. Found out that not only did I sustain an undiagnosed back fracture at one point but that even though I have been told I have a short leg and told to wear like lifts my legs are the same length and my pelvis is just tilted. I will definitely be going back.

Teresa Nichols: Jim and I have been going to Dr Jean Guy since January 2022. We are so impressed with our experience with Dr Jean Guy. He really cares about our health and us personally. Including his whole staff everyone is so friendly and cares about your progress. Love them all. Dr Jean Guy tells you the way it is and is so honest about how to help you. He explains every detail how your body functions and explains everything that is not functioning and what he can do and is doing. Always willing to explain any questions you have. Jim hurt his back and was having a hard time walking. Jim doesn’t have that pain anymore. We have both have improved so much and learned so much about our health from Dr Jean Guy. We feel like we are visiting family every time we visit or see them. We praise God for we know He led us to Dr Jean Guy.

I was having debilitating migraines weekly and since going to them, months and months will pass before getting one now. I tried medication, massage, going to see multiple physicians, but nothing gave me consistent relief until I saw them. They are wonderful people, who genuinely care about their patients and getting them well. They will be my chiropractors for life and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Literal miracle workers!
sarah killen: My daughter and I saw Dr. Jodi Whitfield a few times. She is kind and friendly and my six year old felt very comfortable with her.However, they were so busy and so rushed that we barely spoke to her during our initial visit. We were duffles from room to room with little explanation. My X-rays were taken by her husband who is the other chiropractor in the office. He came into the room without introducing himself and positioned me for the X-rays by placing his hands on my body and physically moving me where I needed to be standing without explanation or permission. Dr.Whitfield apologized for the busyness and said it was due to being before a holiday and that we could go over my X-rays on our next visit. Three visits later and I have not seen her for more than five minutes and have never discussed my X-rays. She recommended that I come in for adjustments three times a week yet they are unable to schedule us for weeks at a time because they are too booked.Very kind woman who does wonders but I would not recommend just because the office is too busy to actually offer consistent detailed care.

Katie Klumb: First of all this business is looking for easy money through X-Rays - X-Ray examinations are appropriate when a fracture, tumor, infection, or neurological defect is suspected. But they are not needed for evaluating simple mechanical-type strains. I've been to many legitimate Chiropractic offices that will do adjustments without X-Rays but I was in a bind a few years back and new to the Lansing/Okemos area and Infinity was able to get me in. I was in pain and needed relief fast so I allowed them to complete X-rays (not covered by insurances and hundreds of dollars). Well fast-forward 4 years, I woke up with my typically pinched nerve in my upper shoulder and needed relief. So I called today, they got me in pretty quickly. As I waited the desk staff calls me up to update my information and then proceeds to tell me that they can't see me today because I'm due for ANOTHER X-Ray and it's their lunch time so they can no longer see me. I'm in pain - I don't need an X-Ray and I took off work early to get to my appointment. WOW - Needless to say, I will never go back here or recommend this place to ANYONE. I will actually make sure to tell anyone that asks me where I go to NOT go to Infinity Chiropractic. Thankfully, my Chiropractor in the Brighton area from when I was a child can see me later today - plus they don't require X-Rays.

April Warner: Dr. Holmberg takes a gentle approach to chiropractic care, she’s very personable and really takes time to listen to her patients and then treats them individually. I came in to her office with low back pain. My back would hurt if I had to stand for very long or when I walked for long distances. She used different techniques on me that helped loosen the muscles and realign my pelvis and I have been pain free since. I still see her once a month to make sure things stay aligned and to make sure I continue to be pain free.
