Ashley Julien: Such a nice tree farm with friendly staff. Saws are sharp, you can walk or take the tractor ride to get trees. Very affordable if you don't choose Frasier fir. The 6' tree we picked was $27. Hot chocolate, hot dogs and other treats for $1. I love how they still price by the foot.
Megan Catron: Overall a great farm but the prices are pretty expensive. I just can’t see myself ever paying double the price for a Christmas tree again compared to other tree farms in the area. They do have a nice hot coco/food area and a great selection of trees though.
Jennifer Williams: We've been coming here for about five or six years now. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They'll ask how big you're looking for and type of tree, then send you in the right direction to find it. Tannenbaum Farms is a day after Thanksgiving tradition for our family!

Janine Austin: Been coming here for 32 years. This is last year. They drill my tree he big I stead of tapered. Makes tree wobble back and forth. Us then drilled crooked so whe tree sits on a angle. 90 dollars for a tree that leans. Ridiculous. Inexperienced kids who rush rush didn't take Tim to get tree straight. And broke off top of tree. Done. And no not bringing back coming from perry.

Tayler Hall: Easy to find location with clear signage for driving, parking, and where to begin looking for the perfect tree. There is a huge selection here ranging from little cute trees to large and would never fit in my apartment trees. The service was excellent, friendly and I recommend this place to anyone interested in a real tree this year.

Their trees are healthy looking and have lasted well. They also have a good selection of larger trees so we always get a big one for our church. They also have a $3 off coupon on their website. They shake and tie the trees for free.

Stephanie Pentiuk: This was the holiday vibes I’ve been wanting! We pulled up to friendly faces who were super helpful for us. One laid out garland for me and the other helped my husband to the pre-cut trees. We decided to cut our own and they had nice saws and wagons that were perfect for pine trees. They helped us clean it up and get in the car. Very helpful people and the best price around Lansing. This was the third place I tried and it was the absolute best! I will be coming back here every year.

They have all kinds of pines, spruce and firs 🌲 The trees are hand pruned all year, grown in natural soil and are beautiful!! Not only are they reasonably priced but the staff will help you pack your tree. They offer extras that you don’t find at other places.The tree stays fresh in your home until mid January or longer.I drive over 100 miles to this farm. You will be very happy if you come to the Anna Louvisa tree farm for your Christmas tree.

Tanya Baker: We just moved to St. John’s and were struggling to find a Christmas tree farm that was actually in business. We kept heading further south and saw Google said Anna Lovisa Tree Farm was open, so we popped over. We arrived to an empty parking lot and learned we had missed their open hours by 20 minutes. Regardless, John, who was working, kindly let us go cut down a fir of our choosing, drilled the hole, and wrapped it. He was so friendly and helpful — his flexibility and graciousness made it a memorable experience for us and we left with the most perfect pine (all of their trees were picture-perfect)! Cant recommend this place enough.

D. Vincent: Picturesque. Quite. Perfectly groomed trees. Other conifer based items for sale. Several varieties. Price is very fair for the amount of care taken at this farm. Off ground carts to bring back your tree - no muddy branches! NOT a big commercial place but big enough that they take it very seriously. Only open a couple weeks so get there or you won’t get one!

Kenlee Burton: My family and I went Christmas tree shopping and we're having a nice time together! We brought our own electric chainsaw not knowing that we couldn't do that. Someone told us we couldn't and we were like ok! We won't use it then! So we asked a family that had a Christmas tree if we could use their saw! They were very sweet and let us have it! So we went on our way and we're going to use the saw they told us to use. The owner comes flying up in his golf cart almost running over my mom (keep in mind we have never seen him, talked to him, or anyone up front except the nice family) we smile at him and say hi! He then comes up and says "how many times do I got to tell you you can't have those things." We were stunned by his rudeness, we showed him the saw and explained our situation and he wasn't letting us explain he just automatically assumed. Super rude, and super judgemental. It's a sad thing as we used to go there all the time. Really ruined it for us. Not even a hello or I'm sorry that I misunderstood.

Service is always efficient an friendly, there is a wide selection of pines, firs, and spruces, and open areas are clearly marked. It's very fun to walk around, pick the perfect tree, cut it yourself, and then cart it up to the front to buy (prices are reasonable, by the way).They will also trim bottom branches, shake off excess needles, and drill the bottom to fit their custom stands that they sell there. Wrapping trees up in the netting is a small extra cost but twine for fastening is free (and so are the candy canes they give with each sale).As a special treat, if you come on weekends they have a draft mule-pulled cart for rides (and gawking).It's just a great atmosphere to match the season! Bearded and Tattooed: I've been looking for three years for a place to cut down your own Christmas tree, and I have found it! This place is awesome! You get a sled, saw and go pick the tree you want. Trees are marked on what type and price on the tag. Staff is very friendly, helpful and just plain awesome! They shake the tree, bale it and trim it up if you like. I elected for no trimming. I like to do it myself, plus my wife uses the trimmings for garland and a wreath. My son and I got a nice fir tree for 84 dollars. The trees height was 8'7" which is not bad In my opinion. They do accept debit/credit cards. I will be back next season! Thank you so much for an awesome experience! Oh yea! They also give you a free bag of popcorn too!

The price of trees is a little high, but I'm all for supporting small family owned businesses, so it's worth it!The have everything set up beautifully and make the whole tree shopping experience easy and fun. The also have a sleigh in their building set up for family photos when you visit. They will take your family picture for you and they even go the "extra mile" by printing each families photo snd putting them on a board for you to get the following year. It's great!! As an added bonus yo this already wonderful place, they offer FREE POPCORN! And it's some of the best popcorn that I've ever had!! Definitely an A+ rating!

Emily Brumwell: This was our third year visiting Howard Tree Farm to pick a Christmas tree! It has become such a fabulous tradition and the Howards are the sweetest family! Despite the rain, we had a blast dragging our sled through rows and rows of various tree types. Once we found the perfect one, we cut it down with a saw that was provided and brought it up to the barn to have it trimmed, shaken down and wrapped up in netting for the car ride home. We paid inside and enjoyed complimentary popcorn while we waited to have our photo taken for the customer wall.
Brad DeGarmo: The people were very friendly and ready to help you. Plenty of trees. The workers have nice new saws that cut easy with tree sleds. They drill a hole in the bottom of your tree too! Complementary popcorn!!!
