При въезде есть парковка, оставляете там трак и идете с водительским удостоверением и документами на груз к домику охраны. Там киоск с тачскрином и сканером. 2 минуты и возвращаетесь в трак ждать смс с номером двери. Я прибыл в 10 утра на 2 часа раньше аппойтмента. Получил смс с номером двери в 10.55 и был разгружен в 12.40. Подписанный пруф оф деливери приходит по смс, подписывать нигде ничего не надо. Так что не все так плохо.У меня был сухой груз, возможно с рифером другая историяI read the reviews and prepared to spend many hours waiting here. But no. Everything was pretty fast with me. There is parking at the entrance, leave the truck there and go with a driver's license and cargo documents to the security house. There's a kiosk with a touchscreen and a scanner. 2 minutes and return to the truck to wait for an SMS with the door number. I arrived at 10 a.m. 2 hours before the appoitment. Received an SMS with door number at 10.55 and was unloaded at 12.40. The signed proof of delivery comes by SMS, you don't need to sign anything anywhere. So not everything is so bad.I had a dry load, maybe it's a different story with the reefer
Clint B: Appointment from broker and printed on BOLs are for 4AM. Arrived and check in, Meijer says 4PM. Always a problem here.

hunter L: Slow slow slow, as slow as a snail🐌, I checked in at 4:30 am and waited for ⌛️12:00 to finish unloading, and all my following itineraries were cancelled😑 This is a very bad place I'm so angry right now 😡

Zackary Ewing: Unload times are regularly 4+ hours. I don't know what they're doing in that warehouse, but something can be done differently and should be changed. If you're not able to unload a truck until hours after the appointment, then move the appointment accordingly, so we can spend our time at home or somewhere else.

Sherry Watson: Plenty of overnight parking. All employees were super friendly. Received door assignment four hours before unload time and unloaded before scheduled time.Checking at the guard shack with BOL, ID and your cell phone. They text and call when you have a door. When unloaded they text a link of your signed paperwork.Amazing experience.
Vladimir Vitosevic (Vito): Check in 9:00pm, my appointment was at 6am next day. Check in at guard house, everything is professional. You leave your phone number and they called me at 4:45 to give me a door. I parked at 5am and was empty at 8am. Looked app and empty time was great for DC!
Ron McKnight: 2nd time delivering here. They unloaded me slowly. I got into door quickly. But they do have a bathroom. Check in then use computer to scan all documents, bring license, overnight parking.

Iurii Babenko: If I could ill set negative star. I’m late for delivery for my reason reefer didn’t work properly. And they delay for tomorrow. Im wait for tomorrow and get my door so I loose 20 hour. Then nobody tell me rules or what I supposed to do. So when I notice green light on door im going to guard and guard told me I should wait in door why I leave. But Its ok they let me wait for documents on parking. And guess im waiting for documents already 5 hour and it is not the end. Im going to guard every 30 minutes but it won’t help to get my documents. I began hate this place. I hope they work only with me like that

Scott Leith: One of the worst stops I've had, took more than 3.5 hours to unload 7 pallets! Still have to deliver to 3 more of their DC's and will now be late for all appointments yet always falls on the driver.

Jay Murphy: +1 star for parking however the loading/Unloading times are abysmal more over, the local drivers and yard dogs drive so recklessly, they fly through the overnight parking lot (and everywhere else) this is going to get someone killed eventually.
Under Siege: The worst experience I ever had at a distribution center. The security at the gate was disrespectful and the office wouldn't answer my calls when I inquired why it took over 4 hours to unload. I was told I had to wait while they checked 500 cases. Um that's not my job. Then the warehouse had the nerve to break my next deliveries display and then just put it back in the truck and never said anything. If you don't like your job then get a new one
