Jonathan Adkins: Ordered a part don their website that will not work with apple based software. Needless to say their website and productdescription doesn’t mention anything about requiring a windows based compute to use said item. Now they refuse to give refund even though their product description neglected to mention those details.
John Lewis: Top tier, the customer service is over the top, had an issue with receiving a part that kept showing up damaged.Michco handled the issue each time, no questions asked.Even though the issue was not in the control of Michco, they handled it with swift precision and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.We are very pleased with the outcome and will definitely keep Michco in mind for any future parts purchases.Thank you Michco!

Mark Klaiman: Just got off the phone with Kirk Curtiss. Kirk spent about 45 minutes walking me through the best option to clean the floors at my small business. He asked questions about my needs, listened to my answers, was knowledgeable about options and not salesy. Maybe you can purchase equipment cheaper somewhere else (honestly, don't know if you can), but you won't get Kirk and his team.

Sabrina Martinez: If i could give a -5 i would. Applied to a job posting and called for 3 days to inquire. No answer or return call. Finally called another number the guy was a complete jerk said i was rude because he said their positions were full. And i applied to a new post. I said i dont want to work for your company anyhow. What is wrong with peoples morals!i did tell him to have a great day. Hope they treat their staff better than their applicants!

AG Huff: Called and left a message and contacted via email. No return phone call after 2 days. On the third day I received a call from the owner. Owner apologies for being 2 days late and gives me the small local business spiel. Owner states that this is the "busy season." Fine- I ask him to come by for an estimate and he tries to schedule it for the next week. I ask for the estimate today and he then he tries to provide one over the phone. I refused the service. Local small business or not, terrible time management and customer service. FWIW- Check out Molly Maids and Merry Maids. Their estimates came within $3 of each other on 3200 Sq ft.
