Dave Carlo: no experience with this business..but seeing that they just sprayed some lubricant onto a customers clock mechanism and charged 4200.00 I would be afraid to try their services..Clearly it states in my clock's owner' s manual to never do so..Any one claiming years of repair service experience such as this firm surely must know this...and not seeing any response to this customer's complaint by Abraham or offer to fix the problem says it all...sorry ..no confidence not willing to use this firm . Shane Broyles: Our 100+ yr old Grandfather Clock was missing tones and would strike 12 no matter the hour. Mr. Abraham came by for an evaluation and took the mechanism's & weights back to his shop and within a few weeks he notified my the clock was ready for delivery and install.He patiently explained what the process was and how the clock worked. The problem had been a broken part of the striking mechanism, something no longer available (of course). No problem, Mr. Abraham was able to hand forge the part and now the clock is in "Tic Tock Shape." and keeping time better than my iPhone.As you can see, he took the entire mechanism apart, cleaned, polished and reassembled to a like new condition. I asked him to leave the patina on the weights and pendulum because I don't want a brand new looking 100+ year old clock, just one that works like it's brand new.Besides being a wonderful, old word craftsman, he is one of the nicest men you'll ever meet. Will gladly do business again if ever needed.
