Steven Mccornack: This morning my wife and I went Christmas shopping at the store in Eastwood Towne Center. While there, we were assisted by an absolutely PHENOMENAL Associate, named "Charlie." She was SO incredibly friendly, warm, helpful, and knowledgeable! Even though the final sale came in around $200, she acted as if it was $2K: displaying extreme attentiveness, giving my wife numerous excellent suggestions for pairings, and also making the effort to include me in the conversation. It made our shopping experience SO enjoyable; and I will be recommending this store to everyone. Charlie deserves the highest praise!
Tore Clark: Very rude customer service. Walked in there for a quick browse. The employees instantly stopped talking, looked us up and down, and went back to talking. Heard them whispering vulgar things about my friend and and then never offered to help us. I have gone to different WHBM locations in the past and have run into some lovely people! So sad to see that!
cheri staples: The staff were so attentive and once I walked in and said what I was looking for, they kicked into gear and gave me all sorts of suggestions. They were so helpful!
m m: I came in to exchange some clothing on 4.11. I took some items in the dressing room. After trying them on I open the dressing room door to a staff member (short with glasses) abruptly telling me to give her the blue sweater. She took it from me and handed to another person shopping in their store. Just about the rudest thing I've ever seen! Another team members did see it happen and asked me if I wanted the sweater but at that point I couldn't get out of the store fast enough. I made my return and left. Don't go to this location!!! Great clothing HORRIBLE customer service!
Scott Scotson: Allows people to use stolen credit cards, and when you call to get information they can't find anything. The lady I spoke to was probably the person who was trying to use my credit card. These operations are usually inside jobs. Luckily the bank can reverse it.
Alexis Hutchinson: I went into WHBM with a friend this evening and we both came in wearing leggings and sweatpants and the two consultants working treated us no different. They were extremely helpful and nice, they gave a very personalized experience and helped my friend who doesn't dress up often find a few nice outfits. I was very impressed with their sales and style skills as a wardrobe consultant myself in another business (Men's Wearhouse). Tammy and Brooke were very kind and I highly reccommend asking for them specifically. Thanks again!

C Le: I would not recommend anyone coming here to resell any shoes. Owner took a full week to pay me after telling me he’d send it in a few days ! Then on top of that didn’t send any extra money for the inconvenience of him lying. He definitely does not care about the customer just only him making a profit !

Lisa Cacioppo: The staff is always helpful and friendly. They have a good selection of plus size clothing and have excellent sales! Love shopping here.
Judith House: As I don't live close by I don't visit this very often. I wish they had a store near the west side of Lansing as their selection of clothes is plentiful along with fair prices. I really enjoy shopping here except for December 1. One of the clerks was SO LOUD in telling her coworker about her trip to Bronner's and Biggby's and her distaste for Michigan basements and peas and other things that were of little interest to anyone within the entire store . If the coworker walked further away tending to the racks and sweeping she just yelled louder. She was so obnoxious!! Shopping should be fun...this girl made it less than pleasant.
Shaneen Gaston: The staff is nice and helpful. The building is clean & spacious. The clothes are neat & orderly and the store is pretty spacious. I shop here for work attire or for my god mother. Pricing is affordable for the most part.
