Eric Brockway: My wife ordered a bowl with chicken (dine in). She received a sandwich with no chicken. She didn't want to make a fuss so instead of complaining she went back to the cashier and re-ordered. The second time she did get a bowl, but still no chicken. She went back up and their solution was to give her about a quarter cup of chicken in a take out container.My food was fine; nothing special but not bad.

Kathleen Flaherty: Terrible Panera location!!! I was told by co-workers not to go to this store and I should have listened. Portions are always extremely small, almost non-existent. My daughter ordered a Pick-Two with chicken noodle soup and a grilled cheese. The soup had one small piece of chicken, no noodles whatsoever, and the rest was carrots and broth. Her sandwich was barley the size of a large piece of crust and the cheese wasn't even melted. In addition, this was my 3rd pick-up order from this location that was incorrect. Today, I was missing two items that were paid for and listed on my receipt, and when I called, the response I received was basically "oh well". Zero customer service here. Save your money - this is not the Panera you want to visit. Very disappointing. AND shame on management for not recognizing that they have a problem.

Stella Morris-Bell: I ordered the creamy chicken with wild rice soup and a half Greek salad. I have a disability, but I can still do a lot of things for myself, like picking up my order, but getting about is no easy task. As I walked in, what appeared to be the shift manager, store manager , and an outside contractor were holding a conversation in the path for order pickups. They saw me coming but never moved aside to allow me to pass. In fact, the female looked at me indignantly. I picked up my order and had to part the Nile again to get through. To my disgust, dismay would be putting it lightly, I was given chicken noodle soup, not chicken and rice. I do not care for chicken noodle soup at all. I did call to tell them, and was told I could come back and get another soup another day. No thanks! A very simple order. Big difference between noodles and rice! Between the order error and the asinine attitudes of the store management, I'll drive to the Okemos location before ever going to the Frandor location again. And I live within a mile or Frandor.

Anthony Lupi: Miguel is the definition of great customer service. A lady took my order by accident and he quickly offered to let me have a couple cookies from the bakery and they remade my order asap. As I sat there watching him interact with other customers, I realized he is the type of person you want working in your establishment. I work at the JW Marriott giving 4 diamond level of service to multi-millionaires. Miguel exemplifies this type of service. I see this guy going far in customer service. Hailey Amarie: Whenever I go to this location they’ve forgotten to put my food in the bag. Or have always given me the wrong item. I get mistakes happen sometimes but this happens too often that it’s really inconvenient when I’m in a rush. And nothing was even put on my Asian salad today. Just lettuce and dressing and I was charged $8 for that?

Emilee McClain: Tried their Spicy Chicken Sandwich (take out). Got back to my place of work, and it was just a plain chicken sandwich and nothing was on it as advertised. Since it was plain, it was also kind of bland so really could not taste the "spicy" aspect of it.

This time I wanted to double check. My bagels were extremely hot so I couldn't really keep checking 2 see if the cream cheese was in there... so I finally ask the guy (that gets paid to be nice to the customers) and he rolls his eyes at me and with a nasty tone says check the bottom of the bag and walks away. Jason VanSickle: Just got broccoli Mac and cheese and the temp was 65 degrees? What on earth is going on Panera. I asked for my bread to be toasted and it wasn't toasted either.

Susan Mitchell: The only thing good about this place is the soup, and even that, they didn't really have to put effort into that. I ordered the soup in a bread bowl, and my bread was hard, and then my side was literally a piece of rock from more bread. It was like bread with bread with bread and not even soft bread. They need options for other sides. Maybe a side option for more soup. There was barely any soup once I realized how small my bread bowl really is. My son probably had more of a healthy and fulfilling meal than I did, and he had a kids menu sandwich with a gogurt and cookie on the side. My husband ordered a salad, and it was small with a hard piece of bread on the side as well. I am not impressed whatsoever with this place and have no intentions or returning unless they change their menu around and add other options. If they did have other options, then they failed to mention that, and I am disappointed. The environment wasn't even all the enjoyable with the sun directly in my eyes, my husband had to get up and walk across the entire restaurant to close the blinds and even the blinds aren't that great at blocking the light as they are sheer see through almost. I missed their last place with the fireplace and such a more relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere, at least. This place comes with a wall right in the middle of their seating area for no reason, not even a fireplace or decoration on it. Just such disappointment.

Mrs. Clark: Spent $35 on 2 chicken sandwiches and a small Mac and cheese. The buns were so tough and dry (like over a week old stale kind of dry). One sandwich had no sauce. We tipped 15% and they barely filled the small macaroni half way. Most disappointing meal we've had in a very long time and price wise, we learned our lesson. Won't be back.
