Amber Marks: I found A to Zen when my aunt told me she hired someone to come clean her house. She said with her arthritis and hip replacement, she just can't keep up with the dirt. I told her I was considering this too because I'm just so busy I don't have the time, but wasn't sure who to trust to clean my house. She gave me the number to A to Zen and mentioned Hannah's name.They have been Amazing. Hannah, the owner, came out to my house and did a walkthrough estimate for them to do a deep clean and then she gave me the price for them to keep coming back. They are quick, efficient, friendly and security check and approved staff. The owner was even understanding when I told her I'm allergic to lavender. She told me that they have mellow scented products. Most important part now I don't have to stress over when to clean my house; I just let A to Zen do it.

Dorinda Carter Andrews: Very disappointed with our experience with Hannah's company. She came recommended. The lack of professionalism was appalling. They were consistently late (sometimes 90 minutes) and would not call to provide forewarning of tardiness. The lack of apology on several occasions further underscored the lack of professionalism. The cleaning was decent/mediocre. While the team was responsive to our feedback, we felt like we could have done a better job ourselves on some occasions. The professionalism was awful. We ended up having to fire Hannah and her team after only a few months of service. What angered me even more was that there was no apology for the 90-minute tardiness and attempt to reschedule our appointment on another day the last time. That was the straw that broke the camel's back. It seemed like she didn't care that we were unhappy with the lack of professionalism.

Angela Baranski: I know that everyone else has given A to Zen five star-ratings. However, my experience has been much different. My husband and I have used this service for several months and it has been very disappointing. I'm not going to list everything that wasn't up to par, but a few things in particular: they didn't move the shoes in the closet to vacuum, the beside nightstands were not clean and still had something sticky on them, and the rims inside the toilet. bowl are still dirty. I think what bothered me the most is that right after they were here to clean, I came home to scrub and scrape off a sticky spot on the toilet bowl for five minutes. I would not recommend.

Rachel Cooper: This is a horrible company to work for. They will change your last pay from direct deposit to a paper check. They don't even inform you of doing so. Then you can't even receive your pay check unless you return items or pay for them. They say they are not with holding your pay but because I'm not willing to pay for shirts that they provide and your required to wear your not releasing my pay check to me. Pay or don't get payed for hours worked. Then not only that they remove you from the ehub app so you can't even access your pay stubs.

Matthew Moorer: So my experience was awesome! Loved it. But with most of all companies they begin to grow too big and stop to care for the employees. While I was there the communication between day porters and head office needs better work. There have been countless of people from Mackenzie at dart container to even Gary on the construction crew who feel undervalued after performing and being there for years. Gary has been with the company for almost 20 years and he stated he never really talk to the ceo or anyone else in the office after giving almost 20 years to a company and helping them grow I would’ve expected someone to appreciate him a little more. The pay isn’t the most , I always heard people complain about the pay. The construction crew has the best supervisor who is underrated and handles everything when put against the wall. What I mean is that his boss Jake would schedule several assignments without once again COMMUNICATING with his subordinates to even check to see if he has people for the job and that leaves the supervisor stretched to make miracles happen with less man power and a lot of work. Shanna and Anna of day porters also complained about their Account Manager name Jess that she doesn’t do her job which is true. You’ll get there at 7 and have to find what car to drive on your own and where your going last minute because she hasn’t done the schedule and Shanna and Anna stepped up. Those 2 should be responsible for day porters they know and do everything. The day porters have stressed that Jessica was inadequate at Auto owners which is why she had to leave their, but due to her being family the day porters feel hopeless for change. I’m not pushing people against it but there are several problems that if the company could change, then it could blossom before loosing contracts because of unhappy workers and bad communication.
