S Dawson Warren: I had an appointment with Dr. Onika and he was so so professional and answered all my questions and more. I would highly recommend him to anyone.. the receptionist for professional and kind. They treated me like a person with respect and dignity. I hope that you read the Dr. Michael Onika. And very respectful to made sure that I was completely comfortable.. I would highly recommend him to anyone...
Amelia Sepkoski: They have people sitting in the waiting room for hrs when it comes to dental, so long to where people just leave. Me and my mother was waiting for 3 hrs and still didnt get called.

Okay K: UPDATE: it’s taking me 2 years to get this dental work done… TWO YEARS!! I have proof as well. And for those who are like “just come in with patience.” Hun, multiple of us have came with patience. But when it’s taking 2 years, TWO YEARSS, to get simple dental work done, you have nothing but NO PATIENCE.June 2022: I’m giving 2 stars mostly because most of the dental staff/dentist are very nice and understanding, but when it comes to trying to schedule an appointment for anything it’s like they purposely put you to voicemail and never answer. I’ve tried multiple times on my phone and no answer, but as soon as I use a friends phone they do…VERY horrible at getting any message through. Mind you, I’ve been going to this place since I was very little and as an adult now, I’m very fed up. If it’s an emergency or you want to take care of any dental work right away, do NOT choose this place…they are horrible at getting back with you and setting appointments up. Very nice staff though, just not good at getting back with their patients. Takes FOREVER to get an appointment!

Samantha: I had scheduled an appointment months in advance due to them being booked, requested the day off of work even, just for them to call me mid afternoon... Shortly before my appt time... Telling me the hygienist is not in and will have to schedule me a few months out again! Then when asked if this will happen again... They replied " your guess is as good as mine"!
Auna Lashé: Receptionist is very rude!!!!! They’re very unprofessional and unorganized. Can’t even schedule an appointment. What’s the point of still being opened if no can schedule? Seeing these other reviews just made me want to stay away from this place permanently. Finding a new office today.

Dana Woodard: I gotten off of chemotherapy had a toothache and was told I had eight cavities as good as I took care of my teeth during chemo I felt in my heart the dentist was having a bad day or either thought she was going to get a Payday thankfully I got a second and had 0 cavities I only needed one old filling replaced from when I was a teenager please make sure you get a second opinion if you feel something in your heart is not right as if I had not been through enough she was not caring about my best interest only about using this opportunity to cash out!

Christopher Nickels: It's hit-and-miss depending On the days I've never had an issue in the medical part when I go to see a doctor but the dental is the worst I got feelings done one time Had a parcel cleaning then just got dragged on for a year and a 1/2 of Off reschedule in me trying to get The rest of the cleaning done and I still haven't had any treatments for that stuff done and I've had 3 feelings get capped open and I have a few missing teeth that got infected that I needed done and they could have done it but they keep Rescheduling me every time I was ready to go in And putting me down as a new patient so I have to wait 3 or 4 months when I needed have my s*** done that day

They do NOT make sure you have your meds, Do NOT give refurrels to go to other Drs that can help you.Make you prove you have medical issues! butthen don't treat you for them.even tho everything is in your chart.The Dr sucks!!! rolls and bats his eyes at you and then dismisses you being in pain..smh I honestly don't know how this place is even still open!!I will never go back to this hole they call a Dr. Office because it surely isn't one!

Sumayyah Abdur Rahman: I went here yesterday and have used this facility a handful of times over the years. I have an unrealistic fear of dentists. No reason. Never had a bad experience. I'm just one of those that fear the dentist so I avoid until I can no longer endure the pain. With that said, arrived at 8:15 a.m. I did not have an appt. Signed in and filled out paperwork. Receptionist said I was second to go back. From that moment on, I was in and out in less than 40 minutes with a tooth extraction. Dr. Moore was fantastic and ever so gentle and kind. I apologize for not remembering her assistant, as she was just as wonderful. Thank you all for your professionalism and compassion.
Sarah Arnold: DISGUSTING. Don't take your kids here, yourself or anyone else. They treated my sister and brother in law like absolute trash. They had an appointment for my niece at 1:40... and ended up just walking out at almost 3PM!!! The "nurse" weighed my niece, left and they waited for the doctor... one came in, realized they had the wrong room and left... they never saw a doctor. This place needs a serious overhaul or just shut down.
lolo ra: The worse clinic. They never answer the phone. The front desk doesn't care about customers. The doctors are the worse, they treat people so bad. Especially the dental . Shortly, very very bad service. One year i call i make appointment, no one answered. And if you go there , they dont let you to enter if you dont have appointment.

Hama: I’ve been going to appointments here for over a year and and have gotten a good feel to how things are. Current staff is very friendly and helpful, I see a lot of older reviews with negative comments on staff however things must’ve improved. The providers are flexible and do their best to do what’s best for their patients, my advise is to be active in your healthcare and feel free to ask them questions and decide with their expertise what’s best for you. Overall Willow Health Center along with all the other Community Health Centers have been dependable and excellent in their services. They are accepting new patients so if you’re looking to switch or start new healthcare services I would highly recommend Willow/Community health clinics.

Sarah Hillman: We have been coming to the Willow Community Health Center for years, for our kids health checks, vaccines, and illnesses. We have always recieved polite and professional service. Dr Worthington is wonderful, and her staff is friendly and helpful.
Mathison Allyce: I have to say I don't understand why the reviews are so low, I saw jeniffer Ludwig and I thought she was great the assistant nurse that took me back was one of the nicest people I have met. I've been trying to find a doctor out here for 3 years now and I finally feel like I found a doctor that cares!
Rochelle Fidler: Terrible. I'm pressing the numbers for the prompts on my phone and it won't do anything/: just replays a long message about covid over and over. Also last time I was there the nurse stood way too close to me the whole time and accidentally stuck me in the arm(through my clothes) with an open needle and used the same needle to give me my depo injection.
Hernandez 1999: Call in for some request for information of a prescription I’ve been sending them and asking for updates and they just will not work on it. It’s sad that I have to wait 9 months to it to be available and now that is they will not send the referral/order nor answer the calls.

Megan Ann: I experienced the worst medical care I have ever had in my life. I went in for a copper IUD removal. They had a student medical resident attempt the procedure without even asking me if that was okay. She went to do a swab and accidentally shoved the swab in my urethra. I now have excruciating pain every time I try to pee. Not only that they didn’t even have the proper speculum and I was unable to even get it removed. And even after the student injured me they still let her attempt to do the removal before finally letting the doctor take over when she continued to struggle . All the pain and suffering was caused without reason. Uneducated providers and awful treatment. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone.

Study SnackSmile: Absolutely horrible service. The doctors are nice and attentive. But the receptionists are rude and mean with no idea on customer care. They are also discriminatory and make fun of people with accents. Usually treating them with blatant disregard.
Brian Iveson: Worst service Ive ever received from a medical center. It took them a month and a half to get me a referral which they forgot to give me while I was there. When I called to inquire about the referral, it was somehow inconveniencing them. Because of their service, I have had to deal with an injury for an extra month when I should have been getting physical therapy.

Jessica Hamock: It is one bad thing after another with this place. The front office staff are rude and always act like you are inconveniencing them. The Dr my son sees doesn't seem like the brightest and always has to check with another Dr with questions. The last apt he had lasted until 7:30...the apt was at 5...and we only saw the Dr for about 15-20 mins. Today we went for an apt at 10:40 to get told that the Dr was not in. The rude lady in front said I got a call on Friday about it. I in fact did not get a call about it. I got a text on Friday to confirm the apt alone with a phone call last night confirming the apt this morning. Needless to say as soon as I got home from the apt I found my son a new Dr. He missed a morning of school and I missed half a day of work because of these people. We will never go back and I advise everyone to just go somewhere else. Don't waste your time.
Lauren: The only office I've been to (other than my neurologist in Ann Arbor) that genuinely cares for their patients. Great counselor as well.
Jaymelee Kramer: My appointment was at 10 am. We were there before the receptionist. I waited for over an hour for them to tell me i couldn't be seen because i was 3 months over they're age limit. Which i should have been told when i made the appointment with brittney.
Kristen Grafen: Willow is honestly the best health center I have been to in my life. They are very friendly and have great service. You might spend more time than what you want in there, but they always make sure that everything is okay and that you get what you need.

Esmeralda Puga: I have no complaints about the medical service, Dr. Amy cannot be better, however the reception staff are rude, rude. If you call by phone they pick up and don't answer, many times it has happened to me, even when you feel that they are talking on the other side. In the end I decided to find you another doctor for my daughter. I don't want to keep dealing with these people.

Rram4127: If you want to be seen by a real Doctor don't go here. Religion SHOULD NOT be mixed with science. Not having your health being treated properly with the correct science behind the medicine is absurd. Should not have nuns shame you for medicine you have to take and should not deny giving medicines you need. This clinic needs better direction.
Kenyatta Garrett: Heard terrible news that this clinic is planning to not properly help patients due to an integration with a church? And that they even wouldn't be prescribing medication anymore? Don't mix medical science with god.
iliana Tamayo: Due to the pandemic, there you have to wait outside for the nurse to call you, they don't even have a chair for patients to sit and wait for them to call. there to be more than 25 minutes waiting without a chair .
Ashley Jennings: Doctor Martin is the most attentive doctor I have ever met. She is great with my children and very flexible with scheduling. I moved out of the Lansing area, but still continue to see her because I have not found another doctor with half of her qualifications. Absolutely love this place!
MARTHA TORRES: Nurse Practitioner Rochelle (I think that's how her name is spelled) is AMAZING! she really cares about her patients, is very attentive, and orders the right tests and treatment plans. She makes a huge effort to communicate effectively with her patients and even speaks Spanish. Rochelle is a great resource to the clinic and she delivers great care!
Be Mitchell-Imler: The pediatrician is amazing here! My son adores her and she is thorough and quick.
David Page: I called and told them I'm severely depressed and it's been weeks I barely can function they told me it was a 4 week wait and could not help me at all with maybe other places that take Medicaid that could help me.

Alissa Malcolm: I've seriously tried to call their WIC office at least 3 times a week since August. I left a message complaining this morning around 10 am, and they called me back 20 minutes till they were closing. I called back 2 minutes later just for them not to answer yet again. Way to go at getting your jobs done WIC. NOT.

Diamond Wiggins: Don’t go here if you’re pregnant!!! They’re the most unprofessional people I’ve ever went through the lady doesn’t even speak fluent English and never answers the phone!! Will schedule a ultrasound and will give u a different time so that u miss your appointment !! I’m 40 weeks and I’ve never had prenatals everytime I’ve told them to send me prenatals they’ve never sent them so I went this whole pregnancy not being able to take prenatals they’ve never scheduled me for a glucose test and I’m over my due date and they’re trying to make me wait untill I’m 42 weeks to get induced which is very risky !! Don’t go here or your baby’s health will be put in danger and when u ask to speak to a supervisor they will hangup on u and keep declining ur calls I also asked to be put on bed rest the foreign lady wrote me a doctors note excluding me from work but when my short term disablitly faxed her paperwork to fill out she told them she never wrote me a note to begin with and I still have the note for proof‼️
