Okemos Event Center: what do users think?
R: It was a great toy show
Tammy Garner: The building is nice Google maps need to inform people it is located; n back of motel
JaLynne Thayer: Went for Crystal show. Small area. Good for small events.
kevin thatcher: Great place to hold an event. The staff let us setup everything the night before. The people who own and manage this facility truly care about their clients and it shows. Highly recommend events here. I've booked this place twice in a row and have never been disappointed. Thanks Jessica and Scott for being amazing.
Codi-Ann Jeske: I was here for the Holistic Fair a few days ago, and I was underwhelmed by the set-up. Very small space for so many booths and hardly any walking room. Definitely could have been planned better for the booths.
Ed Meurer: Uneven housekeeping service. Restrooms were dirty on day 1 of our weekend event, staff didn't get around to cleaning until mid-afternoon (in the middle of a 500 attendee event they closed down the only restrooms on the main floor for cleaning!) Luckily, elevator to 2nd floor had additional restrooms
Nathan H.: It was clean and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were kept clean. It’s very nice that it’s connected to the hotel so you don’t have to step outside in the winter.
Mary Jackson: Beautiful and the food was amazing!
john grundy: Had our training seminar & awards ceremony here yesterday and today...a very clean establishment...staff was very kind and courteous...ample parking.Would absolutely recommend this venue for a seminar or whatever your banquet hall needs may be...thank you O.E.C. 👍
Great Lakes Narwhal Michelle Erskine: It's a nice space to have smaller events
jenny res: Went to the toy show. Was amazing!!!!
Sita Sita: Nice conference center located in a great area with easy access to good and beverage local favorite restaurants.
Wonuola Yomi-Odedeyi: Cosy event center
MsAMJ LLC (Alycia): Business Event — Great Venue!

Shawn Bain: Had a Blast!! Very nice venue. Tesco Vee puts on a great show.
Roger Calhoun: Was a good clean place to have a meeting easy to get to and find

The James B. Henry Center for Executive Development: what do users think?
Sheila Ide: Great place for a conference! Technology. Service & catering top notch.
Tammy Schrock: Our team attended a business meeting at the Center. Very nice facility,, equipment and staff was top notch. Food was great,, options for everyone. Thank you for a great opportunity to get work done in a relaxed environment with our peers from other organizations.
Island Ewert: Nice place for classes, glad there's free parking, but I wish there was a microwave to heat up a hot lunch when I'm there.
Lisa Benson: Well prepared. Assistance was quickly provided, when requested. Beautiful view of the golf course. Room was comfortable. Food was well prepared and very tasty, The dessert options made it hard to pick.
Mary Jackson: Very clean and Beautiful. It was easy to find what direction to take to get to my appointment. The employees were very nice and respectful. This is a photo of a real green wall. It's more beautiful seeing it yourself.
Sandy Walsh: New building, new experience!
Tennille Young: Love it
Debra Kipper: It's very nice. Friendly people.
Steve Kosloski: nice
Leslie Comstock: Excellent place for a meeting!
Noah Berns: Awesome
Jim Peacock: Great staff very friendly.
Kellen Woodard: Clean place and staff are very accommodating.
Kevin Schultz: Would not be possible for me to sufficiently explain how great this piece is.
Michael Spalding: Not a bad location to work at
Ryan Michael Dinkgrave: I attended the James B. Henry Center for Executive Development recently for a conference for grantees of the Michigan Health Endowment Fund. It was my first time at the Center and my first time being aware of it, despite having attended Michigan State University and having visited many of its ancillary facilities around the campus and Lansing area. The facilities were excellent for the conference I attended. While we would have preferred more open space to have small group breakout sessions, I think that is something the staff at the Center would be able to accommodate if we asked for such in the future. The food was good, too!
Kevin Blaser: This is one of the lesser known conference centers affiliated with Michigan State University. The conference rooms are decent sized, although the one I was in a number of the chairs were really squeaky. It was a mild annoyance that was easily offset by the fact that this venue is one of the few that has raspberry yogurt as a pre- conference breakfast option. The food was better than most conference meals, but I'm guessing it's all prepared by the same staff that does the Kellogg Center. Way better than any of the event venues I have been forced to attend at U of M over the years.
Corwin Black: It's a conference center. Nothing great, noth negative to say about it. Was clean.
Richard Spata-Merrill: Great spot for a retirement party
Robert Frost: high class place, great for meetings, great food
James Mitterling: Enjoyed meeting here. Friendly and convenient
