Severe Clip: One of their trucks was speeding through St.Louis at about 60 moh this morning in a residential area where the speed limit is 35.There is a school in the area but thank God the kids are still on summer vacation.

Joshua Nash: Noone has a clue where you need to unload. This place has 3 shipping/receiving offices and they don't communicate. Broker will likely give you the address for main building, but that's probably wrong if your delivering pieces of equipment.

Aaron Clark: I rented a skid steer to work in my woods clearing some brush and moving earth, they sent me a skid steer with no doors or side glass and no functioning working lights. The day I gave them my credit card information, my account was hacked and charges were applied (unlikely coincidence, in my opinion). When I tried to sign their online document my phone popped up a notification from Google saying my information was just shared to 10 other websites from the nowyoussign.com site that they use for their online contracts. It took them 4 days to come pick up their skid steer after my time with it was up. I came to this company to rent equipment thinking they held themselves to a higher standard than the smaller companies I've used but the smaller companies have never given me issues on this scale. I highly recommend not using this company mainly because of their unsecure payment and contract system.
Gail Johnson: Great service and availability of the excavator we wanted. Gary processed our order online. The unit was ready when we arrived, clean and well maintained. We even saved money by being able to use our own trailer. Highly recommend MacAllister Rentals.

Joel Pierce: Not so good. Needed a tow behind lift for half a day but they only rent 24hrs and it's pricey

Brian Antcliff: Parts manager Ron was awesome
Scott Tombaugh: They are a specialty shop for equipment parts. So small niche , but they get the parts you need and help with questions. Since another of our machines are older they have to cross reference the part numbers and Vin numbers to get the right parts. Have been to other shops where without the serial number and Vin they won't even try, buy southeastern will even print me the newer referenced parts for the old vins.

R: I called about 10 AM inquiring about a cutting edge for one of my skid steers and spoke to someone who was not in parts. I gave him the measurements of what I wanted. He told me they probably had it on hand and if not the other store would have. He was going to have the parts guy call me back in just a few minutes to confirm availability.I figured when I went in to pickup the cutting edge I would discuss trading my komatsu excavator for a new case since I was going to be there anyway.Needless to say I never got a call back and based on the reviews of others here these people have no intention of delivering on their promises. In the mean time, I'll continue to deal with AIS and Michigan Cat where the customer isn't just another inconvenience.
