Joe W: I ordered only a few small things but I had to wait for quite a while before they had it ready for me. On the upside, the food was hot and delicious and the employees were friendly.NOTICE: If you’re driving a low riding vehicle don’t try to exit through the driveway right at the end of the drive through. My car bottomed out when I tried to exit there. Thankfully no damage was done but it definitely could be bad if a person was not aware of the situation. There is another exit at the back of the parking lot.

Man at drive thru was very fast and professional also. Front counter woman was friendly, smiling, and did awesome too. Restaurant is clean as possible considering it's rush hour lol. Rachel L: I went to the drive thru today, 4/17/23, and ordered #5 chicken,bacon, swiss medium combo with Jamocha shake. Staff today was nice ,but some have previously been rude. I was giving them a chance to redeem themselves from my last bad experience and it was a fail again. I don’t plan to return again. The curly fries were stale and hard like they had been sitting out all day. There were very few curly shaped rings like I received the batch from the very bottom of the supply fry bag . Also, the Jamocha shake tasted more like vanilla since it barely had mocha. This is the second time I came (last time in March 2023) and previously had same issue that curly fries were hard . I left and returned within 5 min. to ask staff to replace fries when I came last month and he told me they’re low on supply and can’t be giving out “free” food , which I thought that was offensive. Again, I had to ask them to add more mocha since the shake was lacking flavor.

Aryanna Moon: Today only 2 people were working. We ordered a meal, a large mozzarella stick, large jalapeno bite, and two Mac and cheeses. Cold fries, exploded cheese sticks, cold Mac and cheese, didn't even give us forks to eat it with. And they took 10 minutes just to take our order and no one was there but us. Food was gross and we asked for ranch and they didn't give us any.
