Tracy Soules: Gave me an estimated time of 55 minutes. 1 1/2 later I called. They then said another half hour. I told them to cancel the guy literally said bye and hung up. I haven't had their pizza in 30 years. And I guess I won't ever again! This was the Cedar street location. Only about a mile from me.
Ken Ryu: Pizza is delicious and driver was friendly. Could use better people on the phones though. They dont write down the delivery instructions so I have to wait 10 extra minutes out in the cold for my pizza.
Linda Roose: I went into Sir Pizza on Lk Lansing Rd. I went to order a pizza, the girl making pizza wasn't wearing gloves or a mask, she was using her bare hands on the cheese, also the delivery man was carrying supplies in thru the front door with no gloves or mask, this needs to go viral, I'm not done yet!
Kayleigh Dawn: I called at 1:20a.m. to have a pizza delivered to my residence (not even 1 minute away), I understand that, 1 a.m. is an early hour but Sir Pizza does not close 2 a.m. so that is 40 minutes for them to make and deliver a pizza not even one minute away from their location.... I was then told that they were no longer doing deliveries so I requested carry out, where I was then transfered to a woman (the "manager" supposedly) who told me they were closed because they had no business, even though I was just told I could order for Carry out. The "manager" was very rude and hateful. I will never even so much as call this business ever again.

Dan B: I won't lie... I have done much business with each dispensary in this city. This is a very inviting-looking dispensary but some frequent downfalls include things like absent bud tenders and lacking professionalism. As opposed to other dispensaries of interest, it seems that I am always served quicker and with more knowledgeable staff at other locations. Even the Pure Options in Mount Pleasant has these issues. I don't want to interact with a giant screen I want a salesperson to come over and describe why I want a certain product versus another. I don't think Pure Options thinks this is a priority, and it may not be for others, but for me it sure is. Weed is good though.

Barry Rose: The Marshall County, Indiana Farm Bureau Insurace office treated my wife and I poorly. I have been a member over 40 years. One of their agents didn't follow through the process of making changes to our policy when we were going through tough times. They raised our premium 10% and then told me they were saving me money. Actually charged us more. In the process of paying, the agent didn't follow through the signing process. My wife, who was taking care of folks who were in the last days of their lives didn't have opportunity to sign papers even though we paid the premium on time. It's tough to change insurance companies but after reading how others have been treated, it's time to go elsewhere even if the premium is higher. The agent was only looking out for her commission, not client care and had no remorse for her actions for those most vulnerable. Allison, I hope you find comfort with your poor and sick decision. Rating should be "0"
Jennifer Tunnacliff: We have a camper that experienced wind damage on our last camping trip. Took it to Camping World to have fixed. The certified technician at Camping World says it’s a fact, that it’s wind damage. But at Farm Bureau, they believe it’s a manufacturer defect, yet the camper is 4 years old, so a manufacturer defect would have happened a long time ago. That was their opinion. And anyone that knows the definition of an opinion is,” a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact and knowledge. “ So now they have denied are claim, after it has been over there getting worked on. We are stuck paying the bill. The adjuster Brenda P was rude in emails, and would not return calls. We took it to Headquarters in Lansing, and same result, DENIED. Sara at headquarters was very nice. That’s the only good thing I can say about this whole experience. We are dropping Farm Bureau and finding another insurance company. 13 out of the last 30 years with Farm Bureau, 1 claim 12 years ago with them, and this is what we get. Read the reviews people, stay away from them.
dustin scott: Was insured for over 7 years through farm bureau. Saved 70 per month by switching. I Canceled my insurance effective immediately on September 11th 2021 and was charged on October 20th 2021 150$. Then charged another 50$ for membership fee. This was all after i received my cancelation papers in the mail. I still have not received a refund check. I warn anyone looking for insurance to go else where!
cjy9374: The people who handle your claims are rude and will try and bully you to get the answers they want. I was a customer of theirs for over seven years and never had a problem until I had a claim. Terry Peterson and Jason Keller were the two people I worked with and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They were ready to deny my claim before they even talked to me and they refused to hear my side, then when I wouldn't just lie and agree with them or tell them what they wanted to hear they refused my claim all together. Zero stars - go someplace else.
Bernard Yantz: I have been a Farm Bureau Member for over 30 years. They were very good at one time but no longer. I have NEVER had a claim. Their TRAVERSE CITY office is poorly run. What was once good service is now WAIT A WEEK AND AN AGENT ASSISTANT WITH E-MAIL YOU ASKING QUESTIONS. Do your yourself a favor, go to one of those other insurance companies.

Larry Smith: I have homeowners and 2 autos insured for the last year with FBI, while I haven't had any claims or issues to date, what bothers me is the lack of concern during the pandemic. I'm the last person that expects something for free (wasn't raised like that), but seeing all these commercials for other large name ins. co. giving their clients a month or two credit to help during these times, NOPE NOT FBI, we're gonna demand every red cent or cut you off. Gotta admit has me a little concerned if I DO need to file a claim whether they actually GAF about those paying their salaries and after reading some of these reviews I'm inclined to wonder if I made the right choice switching.
Amy Tomasello: I have to wonder why I never get a bill. I have had to go to the Iron Mountain office to pay the bill. Luckily my payee representative puts on calander when due. I have a perfect driving record, also my car was in Marquette newspaper for being rated to mid sedan car in 2012 for safety, crash testing, etc. When my payee rep waited for bill the first time for car insurance he paid immediately by check. Next thing I'm getting notice of policy cancellation for failure to pay on time. Had called corporate office in Lansing (very nice lady fixed problem asit wasn't our fault. Now still no bill ever comes. My payee rep paid by phone at head corporate office my homeowner's insurance and my car insurance a month ago in full(car insurance 6 month policy and home owner 1 yr policy. They assured us we'd recurve my receipts and proof of insurance. We are still waiting. This is really not acceptable. Had Farmers for 10 yrs. I got bill early always paid and got my receipts for Insurance and proof of insurance. The proof of insurance always stated that I was covered w/ policy# etc. This farm bureau not only don't send bill but also don't get proof of insurance. Now we trusted the corporate office to send proof w receipt( we paid early) they said by paying on phone we wouldn't have to drive there to IM office and shouldn't have to anyway. I guess again we will still be going 60 .Iles to get proof of insurance. This is a card that states this person may or may not be covered under this policy. Basically if ever pulled over it would look like you are not insured. What is wrong with this picture??? If it was by my choice I would have stayed with Farmers. I remember yrs and yrs ago paying insurance Getting all discounts I'm entitled to and never had to worry about the bill . They sent it out at least 3weeks before due with my proof of insurance. Now driving to get proof of insurance that's been paid for over a month ago paid early and driving to get this "proof of insurance" card with absolutely no proof I've paid. Very bad business. Very disappointed and have to wonder is my home insured??? Sent a revised home owners policy??? No bill but even for my payee rep it's gotta be frustrating.. c'mon.
Jesse Sanchez: If I could give them a zero I would! Never have I made a claim through them but the moment I do, they hand me off to one of their insurance adjusters to inspect my roof. The very first moment I spoke to Terry Gonzowski (adjuster) he was very rude and already had his mind set on declining the approval for a new roof which was damaged due to a bad storm we had which caused leaking issues and damage to the inside of my house. Well, today I spoke to him and told him I wanted to be there and have my contractor there as well so we could go over the issues I am having and he basically said he can get on the roof himself with no one else there (already a bad start). Well I told him no. So he basically said he was throwing my claim out and hung up on me! I will be looking for a new insurance company very soon if they do not resolve this issue very quickly!
Mohi Sh: Not recommended!! Three problems in my experience: First: after changing my bank account they still charged my old bank account that I didn't have money on it anymore that cost me $90. Second: they changed me after cancelation and receiving all confirmation letters that my insurance has been canceled for $50 and from my old bank account that cost me another $30!! and after 3 weeks they didn’t return money to my account it sounds like scamming. You should check your bank account after canceling your contract- third: their price jumping each 6 month which is more expensive from other insurances! -

Eric Shevchenko: I was just informed by my insurance company Farm Bureau of Michigan that they made a mistake by paying me for for a similar situation that occurred recently so now they have denied to me my insurance claim.... it absolutely blows my mind that they have admitted to doing wrong twice . 1 by paying me and 2 by not paying me giving me a sense of security and safety net and then denying me that sense of security and safety net . I was very thorough with Eric zyber from Farm Bureau in Chesaning on why I needed insurance and what I needed it to cover. He was aware of the issues with pastures poultry. The lack of time he had and the lack of communication with him was very concerning. Due to an uncontrollable situations that has occurred due to weather and equipment failure . I am doing my best to stay as professional as possible in this. I had a claims person come out Named Randy Knoll he was very unprofessional. Sent him emails and he promised me to get back with me in 2 days. I left him messages multiple times. Took him a week to open my emails then could Not find 2 of them.I am also informed that there are other farmers with these concerns. Do not recommend! Stay away from Farm Bureau.

Joshua Wyatt: The only thing this company is consistent at is making burnt tasting over priced coffe. Doesn’t matter what location you go to, you will get burnt coffe 9/10 times. Clearly this company doesn't train their employees anything about making good coffee. This entire company could stand to teach every employee about coffee and the importance of consistency. Pretty ridiculous you can order the same drink everytime and have it taste different every time.
Devo Pace: I have been trying for 2 days know to get help with a over charge on my card. I thought I talked to a manager when I went to the Mason , Mi location but the person was not. I was charged $48.61 for a $6.45 Coffey and still have not gotten no results for this matter no call backs from a real Store Manager or Any Manager I will be contacting corporate for information on when this will be resolved.
CJ Russ: I have had trouble with one employee in particular at the Sturgis, MI location not scanning my card property to get credit for my purchases. It has happened twice, both the same employee. All other employees don't have a problem scanning my rewards card. The first time, I contacted Biggby home office and got a point added to my account. After the second time, I contacted headquarters to let them know about this issue again and hopefully train the employee correctly on how to use the scanner. It has been about two weeks with no response from the home office. If the home office doesn't give good customer service like this instance, then the stores definitely won't provide superb customer service. The reason I am giving this review 2 stars is because hq did reach out to me the one time.

Donald Neukom: We go to the bigby in elkhart ind on casseroles st. We go about 3-4 times a week. Every time we look for our points. They never give us points. We have changed cards 3 times. Their customer service absolutely socks. Coffee we order has been wrong numerous times. We like bigby coffee alot. They are probably gonna lose us for good. The staff in elkhart is absolutely horrible.

#mybuddyandme: Without fail every time I have ordered HOT beverages at the location on Alpine Avenue I have been offered them WITHOUT receiving a sleeve. Almost as often when I have requested one the associates working have seemed offended by such a simple request. The last time I nearly spilled hot coffee on myself as I was headed to work due to the absence of a sleeve.

I should have know better than to order this sandwich when the barista told me they never have enough avocado for their sandwiches because the staff always forgets to thaw out the avocado. WHATTT???? She rolled her eyes as she said it as if she was frustrated that it was not done that day already and explaining to me they could split up what they did have for avocado and put it on two sandwiches (as I had originally ordered) And the photo shows the sandwich I DID NOT EAT and I am sure you can understand why. Gross. Who in their right mind would put this on a sandwich and serve it to someone. I would be MORTIFIED. (Kalamazoo West Main location)

Have not received a call back from them either. Not real happy with the Jim existent customer service.Thanks Biggby for nothing! This company is very disappointing.
