Phil Damico: Depending on who the workers are or whoever answers the phone dictates on if they can deliver to u or not.I used to love eating here and did so frequently. Have always been in their route to deliver as I'm maybe a mile away straight won Kalamazoo. 2 out of 3 times they've delivered. This last time they said sorry we can't deliver to u use the east Lansing one. I made it clear that I've ordered there before which they knew cause my information popped up for them.Frustrating when u want to support a local business but they pick and choose who they want to deliver to. And it wasn't like I ordered five minutes before they closed either. They were open for four more hours.Disappointed as we will never spend a dime there again. Just an fyi.

Ashley Megan: Downtown Lansing is where we ordered from. We did online ordering, and it said we would have our order in an hour. Well 1 hour goes by and the. Another, so here we are 1 hour passed delivery time. So I called… The first guy says my order is made and on the rack and is next out and they are 2 hours behind the online ordering won’t tell us that but puts me on hold to figure out what is going on with is. Here goes 15 minutes on hold… A lady picks up, says my order is next out but they don’t know what happened to it or where it’s at, then says they can remake it. So I said, so now that my family has already waited over an hour with no call stating you are 2 hours behind, we have to wait another two hours with no compensation? She said told me I can either go with the remake or I can cancel there’s nothing else that can be done. Worst customer service and should just be closed. There is always a 1-2 hour delay in delivery, pizza is always cold, they are rude and don’t care about the Custer. Again this is the downtown lansing Michigan pizza place.

Adam Ferris: I’m done going to this location. I’ve tried too many times and they fail miserably 50% of the time. They don’t customize your order, or they are really late, even when you are the one picking it up. Not to mention brown salad.

Jesse Rouhman: Now two times i made an order over the phone and first time was told the lobby is closed at midnight with lobby lights off, door locked and chairs up with no indication the business is open besides the open sign being left on…no where on any of the doors or hours of service does it state that the lobby closes before 3 am…yet both times the lobby was locked and shut down let’s not mention the times I’ve drove by and assumed it was closed and didn’t place an order. Ericka is the manager who told me it closes at midnight but couldn’t explain why it doesn’t state that on any of the hours of operation…I love cottage inn and it’s a shame to think our downtown location is losing so much in sales due to this especially because tonight downtown was extremely busy and not one person was aware that they are and in fact open. So much money lost due to poor staff and employees that doesn’t want to work. Cottage inn please address this issue because the night manager ericka is running your business to the ground. I have always seen the lobby open until the hours posted online and the door until recently and as a business owner myself I would be walking out the manager ErickaNot to mention she is rude with no people skills and didn’t even want to talk about the explanationWorst experience I’ve ever had with cottage inn ( My favorite pizza place in Lansing!) and besides the last two times I’ve never had any complaintsThe young man working was polite and doing what his boss told him to doVery sad!!

Brandan Clifford: My gf went in to pick up my order fell over their rug and busted her lip on their table. Lip was Bloody so she gets into the car to come home she can't eat the pizza because of the huge gash in her lip and being bloody after. Getting it to stop bleeding she calls up their almost two hours after to see if She could get a replacement or credit for it and the manager was extremely rude and nothing he could do about it at this point and told her she should have checked the. Pizza. After getting into the car which she wouldn't have be able to eat anyways at that point are we wrong for. Being super annoyed and upset with this ?! Update she. Went the doctor today found out. She would have needed stitches on her lip and she also has a concussion

No one ever showed up at our hotel from Cottage Inn, as confirmed with front desk, and I was waiting the entire 1 hr 40 mins for a phone call with my phone in my hand because I am pregnant and was starving. When people have already paid you for something, it is your responsibility to follow through with getting the product to them. Should have just used DoorDash.

sarah mcmorran: If i could rate zero stars i would. I got a pizza, insta sticks, and a small caesar delivered to my place. My salad had literal dirt in it, like someone prepped it, dropped it and scooped it back into the container. My boyfriend drove up there immediately and the lady at the front desk DID NOT take anything serious and was rude. She opened up a fresh bag of lettuce in front of him and made a fresh salad and no refund. Its my last weekend in lansing before i move back to my hometown, they dont have cottage inn, i used to love it but I’m very disappointed and actually happy there’s none in my hometown now.

Amanda Bullen: Got to know this staff really well. They deliver to the hotel I work at and to my home. They sign a voucher everytime they come into the hotel. This voucher requires 10 signatures (10 deliveries) and we get up to $20 worth of what ever items we choose. Every other pizza place only offers a large 1 topping pizza. And some of the drivers other places try to skate by the desk without signing our vouchers. The BBQ chicken pizza and the Philly Steak pizza are their best! Thank you cottage inn!

Jennifer V: Being newer to the area we weren’t sure which pizza place would be good AND have prompt, decent delivery. Tried a couple other places and finally landed here. So happy we did. First order was like a trial run for us….just a larger pepperoni pizza delivered. Good size pie, good quality/taste and delivery was about 5 minutes quicker than the estimate. Just ordered from them tonight and got large pepperoni pizza, large italian sausage &green pepper, breadsticks and the apple cinnamon pizza pie. Very good pizzas, perfectly acceptable bread sticks (personably I like mine a little more done but that’s simply a personal preference thing) and the dessert pizza was very yummy! Delivery was about 5 minutes after estimated time is all and the delivery guy followed instructions on specific delivery. This will be our go to place for sure.

Kyto Ashley: I have eaten here for 4 years,and never had it been so bad. Breadsticks were in a very large box. They took up maybe 1/4 of it. The sauces were spilled. The driver was wearing no employee shirt and had pajama shorts on. The breadsticks looked like ones from Little Caesars,only they were atrocious. The pizza was OK. It’s not anything special. I will never buy from here again.

Kenzie Hiler: The food here is good, Im very fond of their ranch. My issue is the no use of gloves. I came in on a Saturday and everyone working wasn’t wearing gloves while they are making food. When we went to order the computer keyboard was covered in flour and she checked us out and didn’t wash her hands and continued to make food after. My debit card and drink was covered in flour. I don’t think this meet the health codes and I don’t see myself returning.

Miran: They have great pies and are open pretty much always. One of the best places to grab a quick bite when you get those late night munchies. Seating runs very low on weekends because of how crowded it can get. Highly recommended.

Molly Bancroft: Not many places that deliver pizza here in EL offer salads, not to mention other non-carb items on their menu. I like the 50/50 pizza options and the salads have always been super FRESH not some after-thought. Drivers are friendly and prompt, even on moving-in day for students. Kudos.

Matthew Miller: Ordered pizza to feed friends and family that helped me move. Pretty big order and everything was hot, delicious, and made exactly as requested. The manager, Joe, took my order himself and suggested getting the cheese bread and the garlic cream cheese dipping sauce and they were both great. Also paid a pretty good price for how much food we got. Love Cottage Inn, especially this location... Highly suggested!

It's not on there just once but twice to call upon arrival. It was late and I didn't want my dogs barking and waking up the others I live with. Lori Alden Holuta: A reliable old standby that's probably delivered to every building on campus over the years. The pizza's good, the salads are REALLY good (they are my favorite place in town for a good, big salad!) and they do have a gluten pizza crust if you need that.

He also understaffed to save money while blaming employees for his mistakes. He lost a very loyal customer tonight. Do not go here if you believe in quality customer service and a stable work environment.

Shayla Anderson: Living here at the cottages isn’t that bad, my only problems are the ventilation throughout the house, downstairs would be very cold while upstairs in the rooms aren’t getting anything. the maintence request might aswell be jokes before my former roommate left she put in a maintence request july 15 for the wash and dryer move out, that was july 16 they still haven’t came to fix it so i made another one myself and still july 18 and now it’s july 19 and still can’t use my washer and dryer. on top of not have a clubhouse………. or if you would even call it a clubhouse.

Jacob Shew: I moved in this past August, we love living here because it is like we are living in our own house. It's very reasonable in price for all that is included and having access to the 24 hour fitness center is nice

jordyn marshall: Absolutely dreadful management.The first few weeks, they came in unannounced without masks. They made false claims about my roommate leaving things on our patio that weren’t allowed. They fail to update tenants in a timely manner about changes they’d be making to the website and method of paying. If we’re paying them, they should be able to answer ALL the questions having to do with rent. I shouldn’t have to go through a third party website to get my questions answered. The townhouses are nice, but the management is terrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone living here.

Justin: Management says they take the first 2 weeks to clean apartments in August, but they don't clean anything, leaving you with a mess to clean upon entry.If you have a pet, don't bother living here. They don't know how to take care of the grass.There is no waste disposal so smells can be a problem.Ventilation is poorly circulated and not contained in the upstairs rooms. It's either too hot or too cold.Guest parking is a pain, and they are quite strict.They give temporary solutions to big problems (example: the entrance to the front of the Quarters Apartments always floods).The cottages clubhouse is barely a clubhouse.They charged me after moving out, but they never clarified the issue when I reached out to them via email.

Hilam Mandwee: Terrible management. They retaliated against my girlfriend for calling out maintenance entering unannounced without a mask. They made False claims about the charcoal grill stored outside on our concrete patio. With that being said the town houses are beautiful but they have terrible guest policies.

Katlyn Day: The management here is horrible and poorly organized. I would never recommend this place to anyone. When I first moved in my door was broke and did they not notify me. Also, it took over a month for the door to get fix! I will never stay here again , they are rude and poorly managed!

Christ Xiong: Nobody is answering my calls or emails. I tried to go to the leasing office DURING their hours and no one was there. Horrible management, dont rent here!
