Erin Reincke: Dan Harns is great to work with. He always has a positive attitude and communicates any issues clearly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend Alta Equipment Company.
Carla Lavery: Great service from Collen Kelley. He had to get parts twice as the first one had a factory defect. But he stayed on task until he had our fork truck up and running as quickly as possible to have our work disruption minimal. Thank you Collen!

John Gruell: Bobcat of Lansing is a great dealership and has been very good to me. I have purchased 4 pieces of equipment from them over the last 8 years and have nothing but good things to say about the service I received. They were very reasonable and easy to deal with and I never felt pressured by the sales person one time. If you need high quality equipment or just want to rent it for a project Bobcat of Lansing would be my first call, even if I lived 100 miles or more away. The dealership has always had everything I needed for my equipment and it has always been in stock, their service department has been exceptional with quick turn-around on routine maintenance and were able to fix anything that got broke. I have been very fortunate as a customer and I could go on with praise but I don't have enough time and don't want to sound fake so I will just stop there. As a personal note: I want to say thank you to the owner, Todd, for all the hard work you and your staff has put in to keep the lights on and the doors open. Your dedication and commitment to the industry gives me confidence and peace of mind that my past and future purchases will be secure and in good hands from the people I actually bought them from, that means everything to me.
Amanda Fraley: Currently at zap zone. Where you are having your grown up company party. Your worker have bullied all the kids out of the play areas and almost hopped on top of my child in the foam pit. It really gross to see a group of grown men bully children. Please explain why your company has come I to public and shown a lack of common community values.
