They refuse to work with me to pay this off which is the only collection on my credit report! The CSR then started asking personal questions that have nothing to do with my debt to them! Long story short......have your debt transferred or just don't pay them at all, better than stressing yourself out to pay a debt, which is stressful itself!

They claim to have mailed out a bill and the bill never got to me and they suggested I use my tax return to offset a bill that they failed to give my insurance company 3 years and a month ago and they never wanna accept responsibility for their action(s). Very unprofessional in their conducts.

They won't let me explain the situation; which is; my doctor told them to put a hold on the account because my doctor needed to submit the bill to a secondary health insurance yet they keep contacting me. The lady assigned to my case is a real moron and her supervisor wasn't any better. They keep cutting me off in the middle of me explaining the situation and I'm ready to take them to court for harassment. I feel bad for anyone who has to deal with this JOKE of a company!!!!
