I had a few last minute people place orders after I had already submitted my order, so, I placed a couple separate orders. My representative went above and beyond by calling me and combining my orders so that I would save money and she even allowed me to change a size of a shirt. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely use this service again. The shirts turned out exactly like I wanted them and the quality of the T-shirts were amazing.

My order arrived a day early and in great shape. The fabric on both shirts was soft with nice bright coloring, and bright print.I ordered 2 style shirts, with the same design. Was contacted almost immediately by my rep to let me know they could refund a portion of my cost due to the same design being on both shirts. Was super awesome to get an unexpected, and unsolicited refund!If you're putting in a multiple product order, I recommend a call to their customer service to handle over the phone to avoid this issue up front - their online ordering system only allows you to purchase 1 product at a time.

The owner Al was very friendly however unfortunately he was not knowledgable enough with their equipment to assist me with creating a logo for a rising local business. He asked that I return in a few hours to have their so called "pro" James assist me with the fairly large order for our automotive crew.I returned to the store a few hours later as previously discussed to meet James who was mindlessly and quite frankly very slowly unwrapping items to be stocked on shelves. After explaining my needs, showing him a few ideas that I had come up with, and informing him that this was to be a surprise Christmas gift for the owner of the automotive company, James informs me that he is far too busy to assist me and that I would need to return on Monday (in 2 days). Mind you that there was also another employee on duty with James and only one other customer in the store besides myself, who had already stated that they were just browsing when they were asked if they needed assistance.While writing this review I sat directly across from the store observing James assist a man with a single hat purchase for over 10 minutes. Apparently a $20 hat purchase was far more beneficial for this business than assisting me with a uniform for a crew of mechanics that would each be needing multiple shirts, a hooded sweatshirt, a knit hat, and a fitted hat with screen printing and embroidery and most likely many future orders. Needless to say, we will not be doing business with Lansing Athletics.
